Ethan has been out twice now for treating fleas and other bothersome insects. Because our 16 year-old cat couldnt have a flea bath or more than a collar, we were worried about the treatment being successful. Ethan clearly explained how his treatment worked to interrupt the life cycle; therefore, no worries. He was completely understanding about not truamatizing our cat. Ethan walked the yard with us so we could show him known problem areas with respect to ants and listening to our concerns such as not spraying poison around our food garden, which he agreed with, of course.When we returned home, the only area that still had ants was near the garden, which was proof positive he gave a wide margin to that area.When he returned 2 weeks later, the ant trail was still there, which meant the aunt home was somewhere other than our yard. His solution was to use all natural oil crystals, which worked.Being bug free is wonderful! We are enjoying our outdoor living spaces more than ever before.

Red -E pest prevention is a great company. Every time we call Ethan, the owner, he takes care of business. We were being overrun by ants, they were everywhere! He came and worked his magic, no kidding the next day ALL of the ants were dead and we were 100% pest free. 6 months later after a heat wave, they came back and Ethan scheduled us immediately and came and took care of it. I have had great service!!!I believe I live on a large ant hill. One day you do not see any and the next the yard is filled with the little critters wanting to come in. I call Ethan and he comes out the next day and does his thing! We had a rodent problem and Red E was recommended to us. The recommendation was well founded. Ethan placed baited traps and told us what to expect. Three hours after his visit two traps did there job. He will be back every week. We are very satisfied with his work.

My home had been vacant for at least a year before I bought it. When I moved in it was overrun with ants. Ants everywhere! I sprayed and cleaned and they kept coming back, Rats had made homes in the palm trees and in burrows in the yard. After Ethans first treatment, the ants were gone!
