Used Dewey for ant control at my home. Josh B. arrived on time, carefully sprayed the pesticide around my house, and pointed out (to me) some potential areas that may lead to future rodent issues. His suggestions were appreciated, and I repaired those troubled areas on my own.My ant problem has been significantly reduced. Thanks for your expert advise Josh.I will use Dewey again.
Signed up for a year contract for rodent and groundhog control. The work was done correctly, and helped solve our problems. The problem was getting them here. Our tech at the time lied about coming for a couple of months. We have security cameras, so I knew he never came. Every month I had to call to have them come out, which should have been something they do automatically. I shouldnt have to babysit their business to make sure they do what Im paying them to do. Once my contract was over, I did not renew it. It was the most frustrating experience Ive had with a company. The last few months kind of got better, but not enough to change my mind. Hopefully they are able to turn things around and get better at scheduling their techs and holding them accountable.

I requested cancellation of my service because our family has been out of work since March of 2020. They told me that even though they understand our hardship they require a 30 day notice and proceeded to charge me! Way to be understanding Dewey Pest Control and to help others in need during a pandemic! I will never use their services again and will never recommend them to friends and family.

He’s always so patient (I ask him a 100 questions he always smiles answers them all doesn’t make me feel dumb) he’s in a good mood and does a great job for us. Shout out to Andres thank you. I contracted them for service. Michael was very professional and explained how their pesticides work. I called the office with a question on the billing, and the lady was very courteous and professional explaining their billing process. Thank you!
I have been a customer for a few years now. Every month I have had a new technition which means they dont know where all my rat boxes are and they would not get re filled monthly. They also would give all these new technitions my gate code so now I have had to change my code. I called them with my complaint and gave them a few more chances but they still had new techs and the last time the tech called to say he didnt service my property because the old tech never showed up for the service to show him around. I am not going to babysit a company.
I have been debating if I should leave a review or not but when credit is due credit is due. I had contemplated canceling for 3 months now due to a certain office lady that is totally rude, when I ask to leave my number so if my tech has issue I can be called I get blown off and finally when I have an issue and need him out that day or the next I get told and I quote your service is next week we will have him out then... like REALLY lady!!! My tech always calls, ask how things are going and even takes the time inspect my yard with my 4 year old son who calls him My Bug Guy and my wife and I totally love the interaction. If it wasnt for this tech you have employed no way would I even think about paying $120 per month but the fact my son looks forward to his Bug Guy visit alone is worth every penny. If you are wondering who this mystery man is well his name is Edward and I hope all the techs you have employed are just like him if not find you some...
Pat and Frances in the office are a pleasure to deal with. They are sympathetic and caring when it comes to scheduling service. My technician Destiny is a doll. she handles it better then my previous technicians. staying with Dewey for a long time now that I have Destiny as my technician. DONT EVER LEAVE DESTINY!
My mom has been with Dewey for about 3 years now and constantly raves about the quality of service she recieves. My mom is not as mobile as she once was so the technician takes her trash cans down for her every time he comes. I will be cancelling my service with Lloyd’s on Monday because I’m so impressed by Dewey and all they do for my mom. Thanks Dewey!!

Mark is my technician. The customer service we have experienced due to Mark is A+, top notch, 10/10! Yes, the spiders and webs and pinchers bugs are gone. Thats really Id expect from a pest control service. But Mark gives so much more. He takes the time to talk, hes polite, clean, friendly, and (most importantly) he is a good guy who I feel safe having around my house. I cant say enough about the over-the-top fantastic customer service I recieve from this company! Thank you :)

To Start, I have been a customer of Dewey Pest Control for 14 years without a break. We have had nothing but problems the last 3 months. June 5, not cleaning spider webs (after several months), July 20, did not do the service when they called me.Got a call on 8/17/17 @ 4:50PM from a service guy . No show -- again from this El Cajon office on Bond Ave.You guys are charging me without doing the service now! Before it was just crappy service.This is the worst service EVER!!! No more chances for your company.There are a lot of companies out there to replace you!!! And replace I will.
