Ian and the boys really bailed me out when I was near dead in the water on oil, even notified me about a previously unknown leak! So far the only Valvoline location that hasnt messed something up on my cars.

They always take care of you quickly and efficiently. Better than Jiffy Lube, if you ask me 🤷🏽‍♂️

I was there for 20 minutes and one car was there no body came for service they were not good.

Service was good, speed decent.However, most ran around with their masks not covering their noses and several without masks at all!One fellow was smoking inside the service bay!! Isnt there flammables around?

These guys are awesome! Toyota messed up my oil gasket! They tightened it too much so when the guys here at valvoline tried to change my oil the gasket cracked. Derrick, lil Derrick and the rest of the team went to the parts store and fixed it for me so I could avoid an expensive tow to the dealership. Go here! Theyll take great care of you.

Derek and Jamison are very rude and unprofessional the were arrogant and did not help me at all they were talking on their phones and not paying attention this is the worst place ever do not go get customer service is trash.

I came here spur of the moment with my daughter. There was no wait which was awesome. They let me know my air filter was still good and showed it to me. Unfortunately it was missing one if two clips to hold it down initially and that dropped the other clip. They let me know what happened and tried to get in touch with the dealership to pick up more for me. They were very apologetic and had no luck with the dealership. They ended up finding the one clip and reattaching it. The manager apologized again and gave me a$10 discount (and i already had a $7 off coupon). He read very nice and i wish i could remember his name! Attractive too lol. Honestly it didnt even seem that long even with the clip issue. I work in customer service and Im a harsh critic, but i was very impressed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Super Nice guys, crazy prices. Beware, this franchise doesnt take a lot of the online coupons. Be ready to spend at least $50 for a basic oil change. They are fast and friendly but the cost is close to triple what it would cost to do yourself.

Shout out to the guys at Valvoline over on 2nd, great experience - I came in for an oil change, but also with some questions about leaks etc. regarding my Kia. Derek and the guys were all extremely knowledgeable and helped me out no problem, will definitely be coming back!

Can you tighten up my oil drain bolt and oil filter too tightly had to use the jaws of life to take them off please do not use power tools to do oil changes

Over tightened oil filter, after the first oil change I couldnt remove it and Valvoline had a hard time removing it. Left 2 bolts off if the skid plate, returned after noticeing the skid plate falling off my 4 runner.....cheap oil and horrible service, enough said.

Jamison and his team were very helpful they did an awesome job. They went above and beyond . I had a really bad leak and I didn’t even know it but it was really hard to fix it and they took care of it as lightning ⚡️ fast i very very highly recommend them. They are super super nice guys.
