Amazing service! These guys are spectacular!I have tried other carpet cleaning services and could never get results in my place (I have pets). I was about to rip out the carpet and replace with hardwood floors at a cost of $9000. But decided to give these guys a shot and carpets looks brand new. The crew from Pure Light were great! One technician arrive to clean the carpets. He quickly measured and gave me an estimate that was in line with what I expected it to be. I can truly say after working for this company for 5 months I decided to take my leave with a warning to all customers about the dishonest nature within this company. I was a lead technician assistant for those 5 months and will share my experience to ensure customers know what to watch out for with this company.1. Damages- Make sure you take pictures of all the areas being worked on in your home. I have seen the workers consistently chip base boards and take pictures after to act like it was there before they arrived.2. Prices- If you are a wealthy person be sure you get a quote from another company as this one will charge you extra based off of your personal wealth.3. Workers- The workers seem extremely friendly and give you a wonderful Christian personality but in reality the workers talk bad about customers when they dont receive a tip and say rude and inappropriate comments.4. Unfair Environment- I can see now why the company only has 4 field employees, one being my close friend as of right now. The company treats its new employees poorly and conducts unfair treatment based on your status within the company. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.5. Reviews- Customers that are looking at this company may notice that the reviews seem to be mostly good. But in truth the company staff block customers from creating a review or just dont invite them too leave one if the customers is unhappy with the work.6. Check the Work- Ive seen many jobs that were not completed and we left with a full paycheck for the company. The counter top and tile jobs are the jobs the workers seem to make mistakes on the most. On top of making mistakes they do not always fix them leaving unnoticed unwanted marks that the customer does not notice immediately.

They were neat and courteous on time .machine wand, hoses were clean. Powerful truck mount system got all the stains and cleaned the carpet great. They took care not to hurt any of my walls or furniture, I would highly recommend them...

We turned to Pure Light because they were recommended to us by the company that installed our carpeting 18 months ago. We had it professionally cleaned because its required to maintain the warranty. Regardless of that, I can say Pure Light is fantastic. I could go on and on repeating what other reviewers have posted but the bottom line is I dont think I could find another business that provides the quality, service and cost for Pure Light does. Yes, its a bit more expensive than your run of the mill carpet cleaning service but you can clearly tell it is worth it.The other important part of this review is that the technical, Martin Geronilla couldnt have been any better. He was profession, informative, friendly. Again I could go on and on but in the end, Martin was great on all accounts.Also the carpet was the highest quality very low traffic and didnt look like it needed cleaning, I could tell when Martin was finished, there was a noticeable difference in the look and feel and even the smell in the rooms was nice. Its amazing what the natural environment can do to carpeting over time. Will be back in 18 months to do it again and I hope Martin will be available and if not Im confident that anyone from Pure Light will be just as good.Thank youi Pure Light!

The did a great job cleaning our marble shower floor.

Pure Light Cleaning was amazing to work with! I used them to apply a special sealant (anti-etch) to my brand new marble counter tops. They were communicative, on time and very professional. I plan to use them again for my guest bathroom!

My shower needed a tuneup ... cleaning tile and grout, then re-sealing it. Its not something I should do because I really dont know how. Pure Light does, though. After an hour or two, the shower looks like it should, and I have peace of mind that itll stay that way. Periodic maintenance saves lots of ache and dollars in the future. Pure Light was very generous with advice, and I know I can trust what they say and do. Very happy to recommend to others.

The experience of having them provide the same outstanding service and care throughout our new home cleaning and sealing floor tile and grout was over the top! Pure Light came to clean and seal all of my new and old tile floors. Some of the new tile butted up against old tile, and there was a definite difference in color and shine. They deep cleaned the old tile and blended it so well with the new tile. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and very good at what they did. I could not be happier.

For a Christmas present I hired the team from Pure Light to clean the furniture and polished concrete floors in a third floor condo. They came prepared from beginning to end. No accessible water spigots could be found, so a portable unit was brought up three flights of stairs. The couches and chairs again look like new and scotch guarded. Every year we get our floors cleaned at the end of the year. We are a business so down time is not an option. Pure Light always works around our time frame and days that work for us. They came in on the 31st, cleaned at 7:30am so we were up and running by 9am. We have pebble tech flooring so it gets dirty all year long. They do a great job and it looks like new every year!!!! All I can say is WOW!!!!! We contact Pure Light on a Saturday afternoon to have a clients wood floor cleaned. We werent sure if it was dirty form all the construction completed or a manufacture defect. They arrived first thing on Monday morning. Right on time!! Camerons staff were punctual, friendly, careful and did a great job! They really had their work cut out for them in terms of cleaning a large area of ceramic tile and grout. Its been 6 years since we installed the tile and the grout went from white to black. Same with our couch and chair-crème to dingy due to our pup laying up against it.We are so impressed with the results-white grout and white furniture!! Im finally happy to look at my floors and furniture again! We will be scheduling wood floor cleaning and stone counter restoration as well!

Cameron and his team did a wonderful job repairing the cracked granite around our sink as well as a large crack on our outdoor granite. Turns out they put metal rods under the granite when they install it so of course its going to rust and cause damage. Who knew! We are in the process of getting new carpeting and were trying to decide if we rip out the tile or try to rehab it. After their cleaning job, the travertine looked new and the clean grout lines brightened up the room. The workers were terrific, explained the process, and made sure we were happy before wrapping up. I would definitely say that it was completely worth the expense to clean the floor and Pure Light was great to work with. They also did a fantastic job fixing my very expensive marble countertop.

Great cleaning and sealing of my countertop

Martin and Carter did an amazing job. My 20 + year old sofas and chairs look almost new!

Came at appointed time. Explained the process and gave us booties to wear if rugs were still wet and plastic pieces to place under furniture. Very professional and rugs and sofa looked great after cleaning!

The technician took off mask and had to be asked several times to wear it properly (over the mouth and nose). This is not compatible with current COVID situation--they should not have done it to start; and asked several times.

We had PureLight in to repair our stone floor - fill in some deeper gouges and removing all the scratches - the 8 year old floor looks like new. Some damage was incurred in our baseboards, but they gave us a discount to account for that. Otherwise impressed by the professional approach to customer service, the speed, price and quality of work.

What everyone else said.....Martin was great. Will definitely use again. Carpet price was very reasonable, area rugs more expensive but worth it, all 3 look brand new after 6 years of abuse. Thanks Pure Light!

They came and cleaned my travertine floors and did an excellent job. Didn’t realize how dirty it was until they were cleaned. Had to deduct a star because they did have to come back and re do the entry way since it wasn’t cleaned properly. But it was not an issue and they came right back and made it right.
