Carpet Cleaning Express was awesome! Needed my carpets cleaned after having a puppy and the two year old son run around the house making a mess and taking food and drink outside the kitchen. The serviceman arrived and got right on it! He started with the yogurt, strawberry and other spots on the carpet and scrubbed them with their cleaning mixture before going over the entire carpet. He was very thorough. Before he was even done you could see the difference! When he was completely finish the carpet looked even better than what it did when we moved in! The team that cleaned was on time but worked like they were behind schedule. I felt like they rushed the carpet cleaning and did not take there time with the process at all, it could been done better. The soiled spots were cleaned but not at the level you think a professional service would clean them. In addition, the carpet was left super wet which is forcing us to leave our furniture off of it for more than the suggested time.

Stay away!!! They lure you in with a $69 dollar special which quickly becomes $300 if there is a hint of dirt. The technicians show up in what ever beat up vehicle they might have. Then do a crappy job which ends up leaving your carpets soaking wet and attracts more dirt to make your carpets worse off than they were before they came. Stay away!
