Well. This was my go to car wash. Got the 60$ interior detail package. Got back in my truck and they broke my center console latch and didnt want to admit to it. If the took responsibility they would of realized it was a 8$ part and lost a customer that would bring several cars every other week. Well guess Im taking my business else where now. What a shame. Everyone just acted like I was crazy. My trucks nearly brand new.......I even tipped the guy before realizing this. I wouldnt take my car here again.

I try to call before to place a complaint. Since, nobody answer the phone. I have been a loyal customer for the last 2 years. Today, I m very disappointed. My car wash was badly done, and there was very faint vacuum work inside. There is still a lot of bird poop spots on the car. They also left rag lint all over the windshield.

Disrespectful owner who does not know how to communicate civilly and humanly about basic questions and concerns. Resorts to yelling and choice language instead.

I have been going for years, the quality use to be better and so were the prices.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all, how unprofessional to go thru things in my car to call me to pick it up. Owner said 45min to an hour. 40 min later he’s calling to pick it up because he’s closing. Google says they close at 530pm not 5pm. I was back in 50 minutes. Not even an hour and they closed before posted business hours. After confronting the owner about going thru paperwork in my car and arguing back and forth he repeatedly said “f you, f you..” when driving off another employee yelled “f-ing f@g got”. Very rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Poor quality!!! Never vacuumed the car, didnt do the selected sent spray, left dirt and dead bugs all over my car and forgot to armoral the tires. Mike did help a little with what I showed him was not done and or left behind. I called to try to speak to some one in charge after I paid $40 and realized things not done, but the phone just rings! The guys just stand around as if people dont pay attention. Not the same quality as it was 15 years ago. Thats why Ive been going elsewhere.

Do not come here.... they broke my windshield and did not take responsibility for it and they did a terrible job washing and detailing my car. I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to come here, I would have gone somewhere else. My bad!This was my first time at this car wash, and boy, was that a mistake.First, they took 2 hours to do a exterior and interior wash which was twice as long as the time they gave me. Now I know why, my windshield was cracked from bottom to top. At first the manager, said that it was already cracked when I dropped it off. Which is completely untrue. The clerk inside suggested that I ask to see the video, so when I asked to see the video the manage stammered and said Oh, I dont have the password The clerk also said that this man was the owner. But he insisted that he was only the manager. That I would need to contact the owner. I doubt that I will be able to get a hold of the owner ever. They refused to show me the video and said that the windshield probably broke because of the heat .....hum....only 80 degrees today...... I finally called the El Cajon Police. They showed up and took an incident report. Deemed it a civil matter and suggest that I take the car wash owner to small claims court. Its very frustrating! Such dishonesty...and they left my car a mess on the outside. Not even clean for having it two hours.

Took my truck to be detailed and they never opened the back to clean the bed. Told the detailer and his excuse want that he wasnt told to detail the bed...He did pull the truck around and rinsed it out, but it was not professionally cleaned.The detailing job was subpar at best.They missed huge sections. Both on the inside of the can and the exterior.I paid 260 to have the truck detailed completely and waited 5 hours for a call to pick the truck up.I received a car that was wiped down with armor all and washed. Bed was dirty and so were the vents (when detailed these would be cleaned with a long swab stick).I wont be coming back.The manager acted like thats what I requested... Expensive and not worth it.

Horrible customer service. Paid $250 for a detail job. Spent over an hour showing all of the spots they had missed, areas they hadnt even touched yet. Cobwebs still hanging from the tailgate, pools of dirty water sitting in the center console, mud and dirt still on the back window. The list goes on and on. When I asked to speak to a manager I was given the runaround. As a female, they wouldnt even speak to me. Acted as if I wasnt standing there. Unwilling to negotiate. Held my keys hostage until I paid. Will never go back again. And I suggest you stear clear.

DO NOT get your car washed here. After they washed my car I had white scratches all over my car. Had to file a claim with my insurance company, due to soooo many scratches. Showed the scratches to the owner/manager, and he was a total jerk. Dont risk your car here.

We have gone there for years and everyone is nice but $20 for vacuum, wash, wheels and tires and they dont do the wheels and tires. The first time that happened I pointed it out and they did them, second time I was done and just stopped getting anything more than the basic wash. Today is my last time there as they have gotten worse and worse. They dont wipe down the cup holder or door handles, still bug remains and bird pooh on the windshield.

I dont know what happened with this place. They use to be really good and my car was always very clean in and out. But they have gotten sloppy and forget to do simple things. My dash, arm rest and radio are never wiped down. Inside of the car looks the same as when I brought it in. I always have to remind them of the tire dressing. And they are more focused on upgrading the wash you get instead of doing a good job. Will not return.

I flew into Baghdad International Airport once, but my baggage didn’t arrive. I went to the lost luggage counter, and was ultimately surrounded by 5 shouting Iraqis.It was much the same at Superior Car Wash when I questioned the water spots and paint scratches on the brand new paint of my Camry.The manager, the head wiper, and all the other wipers gathered around me and loudly and repeatedly insisted the water spots were from parking near a sprinkler. The car was never ever parked anywhere near a sprinkler. I told them that, but they insisted that their expertise led them to believe that these particular water spots resulted from parking near a sprinkler with hard water.I firmly believe the water spots came from dirty recycled water in the car wash. And the faint scratches came from dirty reused wipe down towels. I won’t go back.

Did a good job on the car, but my GPS was stolen out of the car. Owner claimed he would check the cameras and call us. No reply. Avoid the place.

I will seriously never go to this carwash again. I paid $18 I wanted just to get some wax on my 2018 Audi S5 and a good quality car wash. They had 3 guys drying my car, you would think it would be done right. I was in a rush tip them 5 bucks, got my car home and the whole front end grill was never touched water everywhere. Spots all over the car, the wheels looked worst then the way they were. I spent 30 mins cleaning it right. You would think they would take extra care of a $90,000 car. Wasted $18.

Great place and never had an issue with their workmanship. They do need a little more help in the detail area because they get backed up by like 2-3 hours for a wait.

I asked for no dressing inside or out. They said it will cost $100.00 washing inside, out and wax. Roof not waxed, Windows not done half ass vacume, and Crome spotted everywhere. The biggest rip off ever. I will make sure anyone I know will get my personal review. Dont go there, unless you want to redo your vehicle.I will look into turning them into consumer affairs, and the BBB.GOOD LUCK!!!!

I had my van detail they did a good job on it. the only thing they weted the carpets to much the thing that I have against them it is they lost my mats and when they clean the ceiling they weted too much now my ceiling is sagging on my van.I talk to the manager about it and they denied it I would not recommend this place to have detail done on any cars of mine even the inside smells mouldy because they weted the carpet too much even the sun visor cover they broke it and they didnt say nothing about it Bad Business tactik wont give him my business anymore

I bought a pre-paid Car Wash package for $300.00 last year. But because I dont get my car washed every month they wouldnt honor that package they sold me. Because their prices went up, I had to make up the difference. I will never come back to this place again.

Worst car wash I have ever gotten, the guy in front of me was complaining also. They did not do anything but a crappy vacuum job and a horrible wipe down, and the managers and cashiers dont care to help you with an issue at all. Dont go here

Staff needs to be a little more friendly and acctually talk to their customers, not ignore what they are trying to say and assume that they know how the procedure of how the car wash works.It was a bad experience with the staff final product was definitely not worth 10.99 vacum was poor wheel treatment invisible,dash was cleaned poorly, amd the exterior was absolutely not acceptable. Never going there again.
