Great car wash! Full service! Yes, full service I know that is unheard of these days. Reasonable prices this car wash is a win-win. (Back again) Today I tried the $36 inside and out. Crystal cleaning car wash did such an amazing job I went home got a second vehicle.

I went out of town for the weekend and my SUV got filthy traveling off road in the dessert. After 10 minutes at this car wash it was spic and span and looking good again. Cost about $18 for the deluxe wash witch included the wash, vacuum, air freshener, and tire shine.

A little pricey now compared to what it used to be. The folks do a fairly good job with your car....and they do all the work.

I have nothing bad to say about this car wash. It is very quick and they definitely hand wash your car. My car is white always getting those black smudge marks and everywhere else around El Cajon not do a good job but this place. Dont be discouraged by the long line it really is quick.

Got the Super Delux wash (36.99), 45 minutes later they are still cleaning it! It came out perfect. Attention to detail in every crevice. The Jeep has never looked better! Thanks yall!

The best place for a car wash now. Was going to an automated car wash, then upped their prices. I get a better wash at a cheaper price, than the automated wash and do a better job.

They always do an amazing job. Always friendly, I had my daughters seats cleaned and they got out all of the stains. I would recommend them!

They do a great detailed job. The price is low compared to other places, but they clean your car to near perfection. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered the deluxe car wash my car was finished in 20 minutes but they forgot to vacuum my trunk and they missed a lot of spots where bird poop was on my car on the outside. They missed a lot of other areas in my car with the vacuum like in between the seats and didnt wipe very well so the dashboard was still dusty....felt like I wasted $18 for an effortless wipe down. It was overall not clean at all.....just less dirty.

I Use to go to this pace regularly when I lived in El Cajon it has people who are really hard working and curtious they puy a,lot of effort into making your vehicle look good I always tip them generriously caus they do such a good job i if you see this review and find that is helpful give me a thumbs up

I pulled right in, where I was greeted by two employees to immediately vacuum my car. The cashier was friendly and informative. There were six employees who dried my car and cleaned the inside and my tires. They were effecient, thorough, and professional. Ill be back for sure.

Big complaintI pay for the deluxe wash and the wax and sealer never comes out when my car goes through. They had to send my car through 3 times before. Today twice so pay attention if you pay for wax and sealer when your car goes through. Its a on going problem and has happened to me at least 8 times.

I always leave disappointed. I knew better today but I I went anyway. More disappointed than I thought I would be. The seats weren’t vacuumed completely. The cracks are still dirty. The windshield isn’t clean either. It’s always a bad job. I should have had them fix it but I needed to leave.

I love the place but last time i waited 2 turns my car was dirty though and its still dirty but the guys works hard and they were busy

Exterior was ok, but I paid for the third highest package, and this was the result of an interior clean? Not worth it.

What I really liked about this car wash is that they have the equipment that actually washes the rims/wheels of your car and not just the sides, so your wheels come out clean also. Service was very fast. Prices are very descent for the service.

My truck wasn’t clean they left dirt on the tires, They did vacuum but didn’t clean the dash or the Console. Probably one of the worst wash jobs I’ve ever had I won’t be returning to that car wash

I loved this place. This last time I went there I had a pair of sunglasses in a gold case. When I drove away I realized they were gone. Someone stole my sunglasses from the car wash. I will not be going back.

Fast car wash but they never run the soap and wax unless you tell them.

Prices continue to go up. They sometimes do a rush job, and you have to double check, usually in and out quickly.

I went in there had $200 cash and 2 pairs of glasses stolen one ray bans sunglasses and the other prescription glasses stolen from my passenger side drawer! I found the owners phone number and name on google review (Rita) and i contacted her, she kept on saying that there is no evidence that your items were stollen in this carwash!!! I told all my family and friends to not go there anymore and do not recommend it to anyone 👎🏻

I love coming here. They are so cheap for the services they offer. Do yourself a favor and get your car washed here the next time you want your car looking great. Just remember the San Diego curse; as soon as you get your car washed, the next day its gonna rain. Haha.

I used to go here quite often. It was always cheap and a good wash. Went a few days ago and it was terrible. Bad job of vacuuming. Windshield was still dirty. Paid for tire dressing and was told it is now dispensed during the wash. I wont go back to this place.. Hope you have better luck!!

I have not personally been to this car wash, although I see they get great reviews. However, my stepmother’s wallet was recently stolen in Coronado,and an employee of this car wash found it in the trash. The manager tracked us down to return the wallet. Really nice in this day & age. My stepmother is so happy to have her wallet, driver’s license, and identification back. Thank you Crystal car wash!Mary Sue/Coronado

I come here often and they are always so fast but many of times they skip over my console. Which isnt much of a complaint because they do take care of it before I leave.

Very lazy!! I went there and my seats still had crumbs, my floors weren’t fully cleaned and the smell they put in my car smelt bad

I have been going to this place for years! No more, they cant even clean the windows properly. I asked them twice to clean a spot and they just pretent to clean.

This car wash is great. Very nice people who work here. They give you a car wash ticket, if you wash your car 6× then the 7th is free.

Very busy location, fast service. But they a have very small waiting area for customers. They could use a coffee stand while customers wait. :)
