Excellent Service. In and out in 30min for smog.

Havent been to them in awhile because of poor service. Went today to give them another chance. They raised the prices since I have last went to them. They did a very poor job inside and out. Went home to do what they missed...not going back to them

Paid 25.99 and 5 dollar tip and the work was horrible. the inside did not get wiped and 2 wheels & tires got cleaned & drowned in armour all and the other 2 on the other side all dirty. not recommending this place at all. KEEP AWAY!

I purchased the luxury car wash, I got no such thing. They were kind enough to scratch my interior though. I do not recommend this place.

Prices have gone up and services have gone down. For spending nearly 30$ after trying to be up sold, they didn’t not wipe the plastics on the bottom of my car, they would not remove a sticky spot off my window, they did not wipe down my center console or my dashboard, and the car was done in 5 minutes. When asked for the extra service that I thought I paid for they told me no.Do not recommend, do not go here.

Paid $25.99 for a car wash before my vehicle was getting shipped and was irritated to still see dead bug spots on the hood and bumper of the vehicle. The dashboard was partially wiped. I had to do a complete cleaning to make in turn in ready.

Absolute disappointment... I paid $30 including tip and there was still bug spots on the car...dust on the inner doors... I ended up wiping it down myself there because the guy told me did you want detail insinuating I should pay for a complete detail in order to get the bugs off of my car and the door is wiped... Ill never go back to that place and I could tell they were fighting amongst each other about something???... the boss came over to try to settle it... very unprofessional establishment

I went to the car wash for 39.99 oil change plus car wash and the guy that took my car said go ahead and speak to the people in the garage when I did I was told it would be 59.99 because I have a newer car and when it was time to pay they charged me 99.99 when I told the person at the register that I was quoted almost half of that he told me That it was a communication error on his part and he was sorry I ended up paying 79.99 for a sub par car wash and a oil change I will never come back.The car looks like it hasn’t even been washed on the outside there’s spots they left a water bottle inside of my car and the owner got really upset with me because I asked him about pricing and how they could make a mistake like that complete bait and switch.

My car was not clean when they finished with it. There were small pollen patches from trees on the paint, easy to get off, but still there. The inside of the windshield and dash were not really clean, either. I went back and pointed this out to them. They were willing to send the car through the wash again, but I also suggested they speak with the workers to avoid leaving a car with clean dirt on it when finished. After the second time through, the windshield and dash were cleaner, but there were still the same pollen patches on the car. And Id paid for tire treatment, which was washed off with the second wash and then not replaced.I guess if youve got more than a bit of dust on your car, you will only get it back with clean dirt when they finish with it.This is not the first time Ive had this problem. It doesnt happen every time. But this was one time too many, though. I think theyve lost my business.

We went to the desert yesterday and drove over 50 miles in the sand, mud, and dirt. You can imagine what my Lexus GX470 OR looked like. They cleaned it up beaufifully. Looks good as new.

I spent $170 for interior cleaning of my car. It looked good inside however, they didnt finish drying the car off on the outside. Nor did they do the rims and tires. They missed placed my car antenna after taking it off to wash it. They did order me the antenna after looking through my car with two guys to make sure that it wasnt there. I got a hole in the back of my trunk after they were done looking in my car. I had no proof that they put the hole there, but I wont be back!

These guys are AWESOME! I usually take my car for a wash but needed a SMOG and the mechanics were so friendly, the cashier was funny and so nice. And Victor always takes good car of me when washing the car. I highly recommend Happy Car Wash for all their services!

Absolutely amazing carwash. They do everything and anything you could possibly need as car as washing cars goes. They also have a great shop full of accessories and other useful things while you wait for your car.

This place used to be a decent place but now all they do is wash the outside and the wipe down crew is horrible. Vacuum is mediocre at best and the window guys use dirty towels...and a basic wash is $16.00. Very disappointing!!!

I had them wash, waxed and had dashboard, tires and all parts treated inside and out. However when I got home I told a closer look I noticed a lot of the areas on my truck was not treated. My bed cover was not treated, passenger side bed rail not treated, splash guard under my front bumper was not treated. I will go back to them again and I will do a complete inspection. I normally dont inspect the vehicle but to much area was not done.

Should name it UNHAPPY CAR WASH! paid nearly $18 dollars and all they did was wash exterior, vacuum front floor boards!! They were to clean indoor car doors and they did NOT! It was awful.... I spent 30 minutes when I got home to wipe down my car doors, and windows! Still dirt and dog hair all over my doors and side panels. ABSOLUTELY terrible service, especially for $18!!!! Im still shocked at the quality of this company!! What a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT, and I cant afford the $18 to begin with, and I feel like I flushed 20 bucks down the toilet!

Took my semi truck in for a wash and wax. Victor did a excellent job.

They were open but I was the first car there and some employees would walk out and see me but say nothing. I waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me.. Also their gift area was dirty along with all the nick nacks they were selling. It looked like they had been sitting there a very long time with dust and dirt caked on everything. I wasnt impressed one bit.

Worst car was I ever paid for. It was not cheap eathier. I especially made it a point to ask about the package to purchase that focused as much attention on my interior as they do the exterior. I purchased a more expensive one in hopes of seeing some sort of good wipe down and shine. At least in on the surface of the interior l. The obvious like my dash, the odometer area, the shifter section and for sure inside of my windows. All of which was told to me was be cleaned as part of my package I purchased for about $30.+ a $5. tip given before I got into my car. Well none of those things and a lot more were ever even touched. I wish I could say it was busy so maybe it was forgotten or mistakenly overlooked...but I cant. It was dead. Zero customers there waiting or cars being worked on with at least ten men standing around waiting to wash any car that pulled up. So not even with s full able bodiied staff present were they able to fully complete the job I paid for. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone else to go here.

Today I picked my car up after a detail at happy car wash in San Diego, and I could not be any happier! I got a great deal on it and they did an amazing job! My car looks like it just came out of the show room. And on top of that the staff were really friendly to make my experience even better.all I can say is I will be a regular there now :)

I know my car had a lot of dog hair and I didnt expect all of it to be removed but I ran my fingers in the crease of my car seat and pulled out lump after clump of it. They only vacuum their line of sight. They dont move the seats forward and backward to vacuum the carpet.

They do a great job of washing your car. Theres lots of different options but you do almost always have to wait in line because theyre that busy. They have four or five people working on your car and they clean the windows inside and out as well as everything else. If youre not happy with the work or the cars. Clean they will send it right through again if necessary

I just recently got a new car and I took it to get my first ever car wash and they were extremely helpful beyond measures!!

Dropped my work truck off for a complete interior detail. It was very pricey. The guy SOAKED my interior with Armor-all, even over dirty parts. It was literally dripping onto the ground when i got home. It took half a kitchen roll for me to towel it down. Plenty of dirt still wiped off with the Armor-all, yet when the supervisor looked over it he thought it was alright. Needless to say, i wont be back.

Ive gotten my oil changes here for a while simply because it was close to work, and a free car wash to go with it felt like a pretty good deal. Well today my wife took the car because i was busy, and they decided that we needed two air filters replaced and charged her an extra $60+ for it, when i know that the parts are around $10 and the labor is literally 2 minutes of work that anyone can do. A great way to lose customers is by preying on people who are unsure of what they are doing, convincing them to buy additional services than what they came in for, and then price gouging them on it. I doubt Ill be coming back.

Had oil change and they didnt replace a $2.50 washer. oil leaked all over my 2 month old new driveway! Brought back 2 times. And still wouldnt fix the drain plug right. Had 2 car washes there and neither time did they vacuum the center carpet between the sits or the back. Never asked what scent. ... I wanted till I asked about it😒

First and last time I was there. I went to this carwash after work (@3 pm).And I spend almost an hour at that place and my car was not ready when I left. the people who work there looked like they dont even care about their job. They were not that busy but the problem they have is that They start cleaning one car at a time and They dont finished it and star doing another one.Not recommended.

Went here today, like I do every week. I pull up and guy asks me how can we help you. I said I would like a vacuum plz. The service man says to me just a vacuum? Why dont you take your car across the street and vacuum it out, you dont have to pay for it. So I just told him fine you dont wanna do it I will take my business elsewhere. Completely rude, if I didnt want to pay for it I wouldnt have gone there. I told the manager I think, cause he went right out and talked to the attendant. I have been coming here for years always had good service. Never again.

Waited an hour. Week day around 11:00.New staff . Seems to be allot of change. Go if youre not in any hurry.

They did not clean interior well at all. A simple wipe with a rag on the console would have done it. For 17 bucks I felt ripped off.

Really not sure what happened. I stopped there on Friday and asked about detailing prices and was given a quote. This quote was about the same as my neighbors said they paid for their recent detail.Fast forward 6 days and a different gentleman not only gives me a different quote ... but refused to let me speak to the other guy, would not honor his quote, andreally wasnt reasonable in listening to me.The neighbors were spoke very highly about this place and have used them 3 times all for the same price. Im not sure if this guy just tried to hustle me or not ... but when a quote goes up by 250% ... well ... I wasnt born yesterday.

Long story short: They put the radiator cap on wrong, radiator blew as a result.out several hundred dollars for a radiator repair, not to mention unknown engine damage due to the excessive heat because of this place. Will never return here.Just took my car here for an oil change / car wash. When they checked all the fluids they did not screw the radiator cap back on. Did not realize this until the car was overheating and the radiator blew. Opened the hood to find the cap out of position improperly tightened.

This place is a one stop shop for oil changes, anything DMV related with no hassle or lines and a great car wash. Great place.

Never again.Got a quote yesterday, they closed well before their normal hours (due to a brake job that was holding them back). I was very friendly about it, saying no big deal, even though I am in desperate need of an oil change. I Was told to bring it back today and he said they would do it right away. I even gave him a time and he said perfect, hell see me when I get here. today I come in and they are telling me it is going to take over an hour, minimum.... i opted out. Im going to take my business else where.

Sometimes I get a really great car wash here and other times I dont. Its a bit expensive. They never vacuum the backseat. The cashiers inside are always rude.

I went thru this place about 1:30 in the afternoon to get a car wash.I spent 56 minutes there and complained to the guy behind the register who could care less and made no attempt to resolve the issue.Then when they said the car was ready, I went to get it only to find that it sat in the sun and was all spotted and the wheels were not cleaned well.What a rip off.I have been having cars washed for over 50 years and by far the worst ever. Took 3 hours for a mini detail and they didnt even do all of the inside not only that but they stole 2 $100 gift cards from my purse in the trunk!!! Also their car wash ruined all of my rim covers scratched them all up.... dont use them theyre thieves and their wash will ruin your rim covers

This place is $5 more on every price point compared to Crystal Clean car wash and others in El Cajon. And even though it costs more, the service was much slower and did not do as good as a job.
