Our a/c was blowing warm air and of course it happened on the weekend. I had called the white glove dudes but no one responded. I then remembered Anderson! They were so responsive and the technician that came out, Michael, was amazing! He asked a couple of questions and he knew right away what it was.He spent some time and showed my hubby everything. It was fixed within a half hour! I will call them back any time we have hvac or plumbing issues. You have a customer for life!

Dylan arrived on time with mask and booties. He quickly ifound the leak and dentified the problem pipe. He quoted a price and said he could get the job done in in few hours. He then worked his way into a way too small space to be able to fix the pipe. After the repair he cleaned up and left the house as if he had not been there- except there was no longer a puddle.

I have nothing but praise for Anderson Plumbing. They’re very easy to deal with and have enough people on their team so you don’t have to wait forever for an appointment. Our AC decided to break down, I called them at 3.30pm on a weekday and they managed to get someone out within a few hours (the 6 other companies I also called didn’t have anything until a week later). The technician (George) was amazing. He was very honest about the issues, explained everything in terms we understood and went the extra mile to get the AC back up and running. He was with us for hours and he was very diligent. We used AP a year ago for a minor plumbing issue and that guy was also very good so based on 2 excellent experiences, we decided to sign up for their maintenance program.

We had a remarkable team from Eden who bid our project, answered myriads of questions and concerns, and in general looked out for us, to Ramiro who was here every day as our lead person and was on top of everything and made sure that all the work was done well and explained it all to us, to Juan who did most of the heavy lifting. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, how pleasant they were to be around, and how they cleaned up at the end of each day.

Called Sunday because the toilets and drains clogged. They responded quickly and arrived within a couple hours. Our tech, Chris Espinoza, sent his photo and greeted us with courtesy and professionalism. He checked several locations to get a good assessment of the situation and laid out the options for us. He worked quickly and was able to resolve the clog in just a few minutes. He had a great attitude and took pride in his work, and let us know that if we had issues in the future to ask for him directly. We definitely will.

Miguel came and fixed our shower faucet, which had begun leaking overnight into the tub. I called and they got my repair scheduled and completed today. In fact they apologized that you couldnt get anyone out before late afternoon, however, your rep worked her magic and got someone out within an hour. Miguel was finished with the job before the time a technician was even supposed to be here. You cant ask for more than that. Miguel was courteous and respectful of both myself and my home. He was up front about what needed to be done, cost, etc. And patiently answered all my questions. Today I was Wowd, and you made me smile. Thank you

The best service ever. I called this morning and I had several calls letting me know when the teck would arrive. Now it is all fixed. I have used this company 3 time now and I have been very happy every time.

Mike was very helpful although I was not planning to buy a new garbage disposal? Mike did his best to remedy the problem beforehand. Mike was efficient and had knowledge to disposed of the old garbage disposal and to install the new disposal. This plumbing company is efficient in having communication to insured the technician arrived in time to complete the job in hand. Outstanding service all around I would highly recommended them!!

I had a drain that was clogged very badly, they were able to help find the problem, a plumbers tool stuck in the line from my previous attempted clog removal. It was great to learn how my plumbing is connected in my 1959 house through the use of their camera. After removing the tool and reconnecting the pipe they did a Hydro jet service for me. Plumbing is working great. I would’ve given five stars except they left a wet mess at my clean out and some stains on the driveway from the process.

Two really polite guys showed up and did a fantastic job. I called last night because my water heater was leaking. They came out around 1300 and worked their butts off installing a new water heater and some corroded pipes.

The tech was nice and explained what he was doing, but in the end I spent $148.00 and the drain still did not flow. What was the freakin’ point. Edit: another Anderson tech came days later, “for free”, with a camera. He told me that my pipe needed replacement, for about $12,000.00, not including replacing the tile floor or the shower that would also be destroyed. I’d need to hire someone else for that. So I bought a snake from Home Depot, went on the roof, and had it fully cleared in 10 minutes! I’m 100% sure that the first Anderson tech could have done that. Apparently their business model is to pretend to try, fail, then try to sell their ultra-expensive, unnecessary repiping services. I have since heard from many people who’ve had the same experience with Anderson’s. These guys are scam artists, avoid them at all costs!Update: Anderson has, without comment, refunded my money. Not bad.

He explained what he was going to do giving full explanation of cost options and asked for an ok to proceed with agreement of services.

I had heard this company was really good based on some co workers. However my experience wasn’t good. The guy was on time and was professional, however I was quoted $489 dollars to replace a 1.5 foot piece of 1/2 pvc pipe. I have the pvc cutter, the 1/2 inch pipe, couplings, pipe cement and purple primer. It didn’t seem to matter tho. If I could do it myself I would. I am very upset at the waste of my time. I can’t tell you if it was because they didn’t want to do the job or thought that I’d be desperate enough to pay that amount of money. Either way I had the guy leave and I refused to pay the service fee. I feel like they should have told me what the charges could have been and I would have never had them come out.

Tech was nice And knowledgeable. The tech tried to upsell whenever possible. And the prices were high to me. He was on time and very polite.

Sunday March 21 2021 @ approximately 11:30 amTheir employee flipped off my family today while in Lemon Grove on our way to church.Truck #165 ran the red light on the west bound corner of broadway and Massachusettss.We were already in the intersection of Massachusetts when he did this. So I had to react quickly and apply my brakes very stongly to avoid hitting him. I then honked my horn and went around him. As I pulled past he flipped us off.He further doubled down when he pulled up along side us again and stared into our car while laughing at us. My wife and my 11 year old son witnessed his behavior.This employee should not be on the roads much less in customer service. A VERY negative face for the company who prides themselves in WOWING clients.Very upset that my family had to experience this today.

Great professional and friendly service! I just wanted a tune-up/check for piece of mind before summer and all good.

We signed up for the Loyalty program to get our HVAC, and water heater, and furnaced serviced on an annual basis. We had the HVAC service today and were really disappointed. First, the tech arrived about 45 minutes after we got a call stating he was 20 minutes out. He also turned off the gas and refused to turn it back on, stating it was a CO2 risk. As he was leaving, he started trying to sell us on a new furnace and HVAC, pointing out all the costs we are certain to incur in the next few months if we don’t immediately upgrade both systems. When we said we were not interested, he replied “I’m a mechanic, not a salesman” but continued to try to convince us to sign up for new systems.

The tech was kind and professional. He took the time to explain the cause of the blockage and offered possible actions, that might keep my system operating as best it can. Thank you.

The service tech was great! Felt pretty stupid though that I paid $70 for something that shouldn’t have been done. That was why I called ahead and asked if it were something I could do and was kind of disregarded and told a service tech would have to come out. That was a little disappointing.

I have some replaced the old faucet. They completed the job, but the price is super high. For such a faucet, it cost me more than 700 dollars! I will avoid using the next time because of the super high price.

I had Matt come out to check out my heater which is in the attic and hasn’t been used for several years. I doubt that it had been maintained properly in the past, and I knew it probably needed a lot of work. After Matt spent a couple of hours inspecting my entire HVAC system, it was determined that it needs so much work that I should just replace it. I’m definitely going to use them in the future when I can afford to replace it. Matt was awesome and my experience with the company was great!

Was able to call for a warranty repair and estimate on another issue. After the tech left, we tried to call to discuss the estimate, ask questions several times and never got a return call. Send several emails to try to get a hold of someone and no response. In the end, we found another plumber to do the work and was much cheaper, same or better quality, and much much better customer service.

Called last minute and they were able to squeeze me in to get a toilet unclogged. The plumber arrived and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made very quick work of a difficult clog. Highly recommend this company!

Repairman said furnace was not safe and led my wife to believe it had to be replaced. The gas company checked it and said it was safe. Had it repaired by another company only $300. Tim Speller

Very expensive. I strongly suggest getting comparative quotes. The plumbers did a great job, however, after researching the details most other companies would have been 15%-20% less.

My wife and I own a 4700 sq.ft single family home, which we purchased around 6 yrs ago. We’ve made systematic improvements and/or upgrades requiring the talents and experience of various professionals/trades. Although we’ve been most fortunate, in that, all the individuals/organizations we’ve selected were very good, the absolute top of that list are the individual technicians performing any of the plumbing-related projects we initiated. These men were all employees of Anderson PHA and it is truly a great pleasure to communicate how incredibly impressed my wife and I were (and still are!) with every aspect of each interaction (total of 4 different jobs). These tasks included both indoor and outdoor types. Some required a good deal of expertise; whereas others were much more simple. In every case the results exceeded my expectations. The men, who performed the work were not only highly competent, but also extraordinarily polite. They all represented their organization in the finest manner. The Anderson PHA screening process used to identify and hire employees is very good. I say this, since each of its technicians were excellent representatives of the organization. Based on these experiences I assess the entire team at Anderson PHA to be of the absolute highest quality. I have no need to explore alternative companies for the services I have used Anderson PHA and I’ll reach out to Anderson PHA for any future projects I initiate requiring plumbing, heating, or air conditioning expertise.Sincerely-Jim Hauske

Contacted Anderson about two items; Service on a Toto Washlet, and Repair of plug on a bath tub. The Customer Service Rep was very helpful and schedule an appointment the next day. The Technician could not have been nicer, BUT that was the end of the good. The tub repair was easy, I need a new plug, but the Anderson price was $489, or I could buy the pug part at Dixieline for $9.99. The Toto issue was worse, they actually do not service theToto Washlet, instead I was given estimates for a whole housewares filter and descaling system for $6,6653. Why explain the problem if they dont listen I spent $42 for an opinion. No thanks.

We had an emergency issue (water leak) at our home which required us to shut off the main water line until it was repaired, so we called Anderson Plumbing to see what they could do. They were able to route a technician to our home right away, and Mike L arrived 30 minutes after we called. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We showed him the problem, he walked us through exactly how it would be fixed and he completed the job in under an hour. As new customers, we were extremely happy with Anderson Plumbings prompt response time and the excellent customer service Mike provided.

I really just needed the flush valve & the flapper stuff installed, and the old one taken out. First thing on the list was a completely brand new toilet! No thank you! I will go to Home Depot, get the product and repair it myself!!!

Johnny did such a great job with helping us solve our AC issue. He was punctual and thorough, and made sure to check all components to get to the root of the problem. He explained the parts we needed and why, and what the cost would be. He even called in to consult on a price and then used his own best judgment, giving us a very good rate for some wiring that had to be redone. He had the AC working good as new within a couple of hours. I also appreciated his respect for social distancing and mask-wearing during this pandemic. He wrapped up by encouraging us to do regular maintenance so we don’t wind up in this boat again. Thanks for your help, Johnny! So happy we get to enjoy our AC this summer!

On time, did the job, cleaned up. Took pictures under the house so I could see and understand what they had done. Sent a picture of the technician before arrival. Professional all the way. Our guy was Leo and I would recommend asking for this guy. No complaints whatsoever!!

They were able to come out on Sunday to repair water leak outside mymobile home. I was surprised but pleased. Eduardo was very professional and was able to go get necessary supplies and repair the same afternoon. He explained in terms I could understand what was needed and why. I was thinking while he explained that he would have to come back another day, but was able to do it same day on Sunday. I have used Anderson several times for plumbing, heating and air issues and always great service. I feel comfortable having them come to my home and feel prices are giving me good value for service. They WOW me.

We were so happy about the $53 drain cleaning we decided to try them & support female owned businesses, they cleared the drain & left. We had to have them come out the next day for the same issue, we were not charged but Brian came out with camera looked and stated they can dig and clean it out to the drop where it goes into the city line and all the sudden it was over $3,000 but there would be a $95.00 senior discount. They came out again the following day and dug up the yard, they explained that they were wrong about where the city line was, but removed a portion with roots inside but the outside was intact, they told us the camera showed that another pipe had collapsed and needed a reline for another $7,000 and would come back in 2 days for that. The next day we called are regular plumber, who charges more than $53 (remember you get what you pay for) he cleared the roots to the city line & showed my husband the pipe while he was looking at and it was intact with no sign of collapse. Anderson Plumbing told me it would cost $10,000 to fix an issue that my regular plumber charged me $250 to fix!!! Obviously we canceled the reline. Really a bait & switch! On the positive side the crew that did the digging & filling were very professional. By the way we did not get the senior discount we told we would get from Brian. Very disappointed, will not look for a cheaper drain clean when I have a great plumber already.

Anderson plumbing is the only plumber we trust. Weve wasted so much time and money in the past with the other guys. Andersons employees are absolutely trustworthy. They even give you tips on how to do small projects yourself to save you money. They are not out to rob you like the other guys.

Everything, from my initial phone call to when the technician drove away, was efficient, customer centered, and professional. Other than the sound of water running freely through my drains and some water from my faucet on the sidewalk, I can’t even tell that anyone was here. On time, charged as promised, and the technician was very polite and friendly.We had our kitchen drain line jetted.

Basically had my water heater go down for a pilot valve. Called Anderson Plumbing and asked if I could get a quote. They told me they can come in the same day to quote and diagnose, ordered the part, came in two days later and fix it. Fastest, easiest and no doubt professionals!!! Best in San Diego!!

Ken provided excellent customer service & fixed the bathroom shower faucet that would not turn off. Anderson Heating & Air was the only plumbing company that would provide same day service even though it was an emergency. Daniel who 1st answered the phone was excellent!

Very responsive communication. I described my problem via the website chat box and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Service tech was very professional, explained the necessary repair in straightforward terms, wore appropriate safety gear, and verified the repair promptly. Payment was all electronic. Quoted cost for replacement of the dual capacitor was $289 total. Check the website for specials--I got a free diagnostic with repair, which would normally be another $68. Will call them again for future repairs.

Our Furnace wasnt blowing hot air so we called the number on the magnet on our furnace. It was Anderson! Well, the technician came and told us the problem was the thermostat. And also told us our duct was leaking carbon monoxide, and and the wires were backward. And of course, we needed a new system. 60 minutes later, our heater still didnt work, but she had us certain that we needed a new system, from them, NOW. The technician told us to go to Walmart to buy a thermostat because hers would be $400. She left, and our heater didnt work. So we called someone else. He plugged the hole that was spewing out Carbon monoxide, he fixed the backwards wires. and he said Yes, you need a new system. Then he replaced and installed a new thermostat for a great price. Yes our system is old, but it still works. We will replace it when we are ready to replace it, we will go with the company that listened to us. Anderson, Sometimes you make more money when you listen to your customer, and leave only doing a small fix. I felt slimy and manipulated after talking to each one of Andersons workers. Who wants to feel that way? WHO???!!?!?!?

This was a plumbing checkup including the tank-less water heater, which Anderson flushed. Got some good information from the technician and he was very quick, polite and professional.
