We had a wonderful tax preparer to work with us. Linda explained everything well to us. She was very friendly and was very careful as she went through our taxes.

Tim is very RUDE I will never go back too any H&R Block again!I asked him to check and see bout my taxes because I was unable too pull them up on the IRS site so I figured there may have been a problem. He was able too pull them up however he was so rude about it.But before I spoke with him I talked too two different ladies that didn’t know anything regarding taxes so why are you guys employed with a tax service if your unable too even answer tax questions! So regret going there! I won’t be back EVER!!!

The customer service was horrible. Patty the receptionist very unprofessional, they dont want to help with any questions regarding tax refunds, stimulus updates or anything. One crew mate hung up in my face and when i called back the manager of location did not care about how rude the employees were. ive been going to HnR block for years but after that horrible experience i might start using turbo tax

Quick kind and easy service

I didn’t have my taxes done here but I had a real sticky situation of a mess and they were able to talk me through steps to take without me even coming. Great phone conversation the man was very knowledgeable and agreed it was a sticky situation and told me up front there wasn’t much he could do to help me out. I appreciate his honesty and guidance and not trying to make me come in for an appointment and charging when it wouldn’t have gotten resolved anyways! Thank you!

I think this has been 30 years with H&R Block with very good results. Currently I have been seen by Robert Isbella who has been a great tax preparer. His friendly, knowledgeable, and caring attitude has help me get through some sticky issues of divorce and other tax difficulties.
