This year the HRB advisor was very friendly and helpful more so than the other 10 years I have been using H&R Block services. I was able to make an appointment that day and have my tax services completed within around 30 minutes. Definitely will be going back again for next years tax season.

We had an appointment on Friday 9/14 at 10:00. No one showed up. Doors were locked. I called the number to speak with an agent that oversees all locations. They filed a complaint on our behalf and then set up another appointment for Monday at 11am. Just showed up and once again the doors were locked and lights were off. The sign showed they were suppose to open at 10am. I called the main number again and spoke to an agent. They said they would definitely be filing another complaint against the office. He asked if we wanted to set up another appointment. I laughed. I think he was joking. Overall, the agents are nice and seem to do their job well but this office at 108 E. 15th is horrible. Skip them and schedule at the location on Broadway or Danforth. This one should be shut down or find a new franchise owner.
