We used their services last month and had issues again with our AC not cooling yesterday. The repairman who came out this time was on time, respectful/professional, thorough, quick and most of all fixed our AC issues completely!! It was very hot today and I’m so thankful that their answering service put in a request for someone to call yesterday evening and get us scheduled quickly to get our issues fixed! It would’ve been extremely hot in our home if we had to suffer through it or cost quite a bit of money to get a hotel room. They advertised that they specialized in air conditioning balancing, so we scheduled an estimate online. Luckily, we thought, they were available the very next day from 8am-12pm. The tech was prompt and polite. I showed him the coldest part of the house and the warmest, then he was shown the attic where on he spent approximately 10 minutes. He came downstairs, spent another 10 minutes outside, he said talking to his DM. He then came inside to give me the news which was to add a third whole unit to our house with all of the duct work. Our home is 3000 sq ft. This is unheard of. So, I asked what the plan B was, and he said there wasnt one, no other options. So for this, he promptly charged me 89.95. For 90.00, this info was unnecessary. I didnt need you to offer another unit, we could have thought of this on our own. What I needed was an idea on how to balance what we have, which is what you are supposed to specialize in. This obviously is why you all where so available so quickly! When you dont do good business, you dont have business to do!

Michael is a great guy! He diagnosed our problem and ensured the rest was in working order very quickly. He was very professional and I will be using them again soon for an AC tune up. I can’t say enough positive things about Jesse and Above & Beyond. He was able to come out quickly on a Saturday afternoon & diagnose out AC problem. Unfortunately the part we needed had to come from the dealer, which was closed for the weekend. Above & Beyond folks made some calls and found the part from a dealer who was willing open on the weekend. Sunday morning Jesse was back to get our AC going!

Jesse arrived at the stated time, (on time) had booties on to protect flooring, also wore a mask and gloves upon entering my home. Will and the 2 others helping him had no problem working in 15 degree weather to make sure our new heat and air system was installed properly..they had a little issue hooking up to the old thermostat so they ran new line instead of just trying to make it work making me feel better about the longevity of the install. I really just can’t say enough about this company. But I want to mention a few things, for those that are trying to decide which heating and cooling company to choose. First of all, the communication. I received text message updates as to when the tech was on his way. From the time I called the company, to when they arrived was less than an hour, on the weekend! My repair had challenges that made it almost not repairable on the weekend, however, the skilled technician figured out a way to get me up and running, so my family and I didn’t have to go the entire weekend without A/C. My system died on Saturday morning, and it’s in the upper 80’s and 90’s this weekend. We would have had to pay for a hotel. When the tech arrived, his service vehicle was very professional looking, and it was very obvious that they didn’t send some sub-contractor. The tech was efficient and professional. Honestly, I’m not usually one to do reviews, but I’ve used this company a couple times now, and at this point, they have earned more than a 5 star review, but that’s all we get. For anyone needing quality repairs or even a new system installed, I have to recommend this company. Give them a shot, they will earn your business!

I didnt get the standard sales pitch, which was refreshing, and they took time to explain everything while laying out all my options. My experience with all the staff, beginning with the owner, tells me they have integrity in their business approach-not so common these days. Above and Beyond literally went above and beyond to complete my HVAC needs. A tech was sent out the same day I called at 8:00 AM. He assessed the situation and unfortunately I needed a whole new system. He did give me three options to choose from including a bandaid fix, but ultimately I knew investing in a brand new system would be the best option in the long run. They appreciate teachers and first responders so make sure you ask about any kind of discount if you work in one of those industries. They came out the next day to install, first thing at 8AM again and unfortunately the equipment was damaged, which was not their fault, it was the company that delivered the goods. Even the general manager was here to do the install and I felt bad because he cancelled a trip to come help us because we had been without heat. However, they were back out here on Monday, essentially with the entire Above and Beyond Team to get the job done as fast as possible since we had to wait and had no heat. They were all so nice and showed us how to work the new thermostat. I’m a teacher and don’t have that kind of money laying around and they also have financing for those that need it. You just need to be approved. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone that needs anything related to HVAC needs and will continue to use them in the future. The package also comes with a one year included maintenance on the unit which I can continue at a decent price past the first year. Also, all equipment comes with a 10 year warranty. Will wasn’t our only tech here, there was also Michael who is working to be install manager and many others whose name I did not catch. Honestly I feel like I know the whole company. We can also not forget the office staff, especially Chelsea who responded with estimates within minutes.
