I had a great experience with Mandy’s. They came to tow my car after an accident, and the gentleman who came to get it was so kind. He offered me a bottle of water and asked if I was alright. The customer service from there on out was also excellent, and they stayed in constant communication with me about my car as we resolved things with insurance. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind, and that they were making sure I had the best experience possible given the situation. Thankful I got to work with them!!

By the time I reached Mandy’s service center I was a bit shook up and depleted. My car was inoperable and I was feeling rather defeated. I was met with kind faces and a staff that was very sympathetic. They gave me good advice and helped me to put things into perspective. Jamie and the other employees that I met gave me useful information and by the time I left the station I had a renewed sense of hope. A rainy day made brighter.

Despite some negative reviews on here, Mandy’s has very great guys on their team as they are accommodating, polite and very professional. They make you a priority and care about your safety just as much as their own, especially in certain locations like where we were which was on a very busy, dangerous highway. I had a great experience with them and will definitely be calling them for help again if I need it!

Best Service!!! My car broke down and this was my first experience needed a tow. It was late at night and I had my daughter in the car. The driver Ryan was so polite and approachable. He kept me calm and reassured me I was in safe hands. He arrived quickly and the entire process was flawless. Highly recommend giving Mandy’s a call when you need a tow!

So I just ran into the owner of Mandys towing and told him about my story of getting stuck on the turnpike. HE REMEMBERED. This is about 15 years ago lol. I was young and had no cell phone. My tire blew out on the turnpike and I began walking to a rest area. During that time, a Mandys tow truck tech came and not only picked me up but made a phone call to my parents to let them know I was ok. Then the Mandys driver took me to my home. I am forever grateful that that man helped me that day. With that said, I recommend Mandys service for their genuine compassion to people.

My life saver over this past weekend and today. Car broke down on 287, they arrived earlier then expected and then again were able to tow my car today arriving in no time at all. The tow truck driver was so kind and very skilled! Treated the car so well and parked it in a spot with the tow truck better than I park it normally haha

I just had a delivery from Mandys and not only were they courteous and professional, but they also put everything exactly where I wanted. Driver was very rude to my friend who was already having a bad day with his vehicle breaking down. He was initially told that he wouldnt be allowed to ride in the tow truck due to covid-19, so he arranged for us to pick him up. We were literally on the turnaround to get our friend when the tow truck driver started yelling at our friend telling him he cant leave him and to hurry up and get in, not even allowing for our friend to call us to see where we were.... we were so close we saw the car being put on the truck. I understand being under time frames, but when a customer followed your rules to begin with regarding not being able to ride with, dont be rude and make the customer whos already going through something unpleasant worse. Not sure who the driver was but it was the pickup today at 2pm off 287 south.

So this guy Nick towed my car and he was so dreamy and held the utmost professionalism with my car. I am so clueless when it comes to mechanics and Nick came to the rescue! I felt extremely safe with him knowing my car was going to be transported safely to the mechanic shop. His beard was on point too! I will totally recommend the Mandy’s to everyone I know! And especially give thanks to Nick.

Nick was super helpful and got to us quickly! When my tire got flat in the middle of the night, we called and got serviced quickly. Nick was efficient and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Straight up good ol American towing company

Yes, I had to wait longer than promised. But the driver called me three times with an apology. But I just sat at home and watched TV! This delay did not disturb me at all. When the tower arrived, the driver was extremely polite and highly professional. For a couple of minutes, he loaded my big car onto the tower, having previously explained what he was going to do. My wounded bird arrived at the auto repair shop quickly and without problems. I paid by credit card, it took a couple of minutes. AND THIS IS THE BEST PRICE! In my case it was 40% cheaper than others offered me !!!! Thank you very much!!!I highly recommend these guys!

Straight up terrible, I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.EDIT: Because the owner replied, yes this is the right place. Held my car hostage pretty much, after saying that they’ll release the car if we paid, they said they can’t because the owner left, while the trucks were going in and out still. Had to wait a whole weekend to get my car out and get my stuff from the car. This happened a while ago, can’t remember the date. There are better towing companies in the area I’m sure.

This is my very first review, but Im writing one because I feel the need to commend the worker that helped me out tonight.My experience with Mandys was surprisingly great. After reading all of the negative reviews, I was very hesitant to call for a tow (my car engine died late at night in the middle of a busy intersection). However, it was the only 24 hour service near me that had drivers available, so they were my only option. The lady on the line was actually very friendly and cooperative, and she offered a fair rate of $95 to tow my car to Sansone Auto Mall Dealership which was only about 5 miles away. I waited for about 45 minutes, which was a little longer than I expected, to be honest. But when the tow truck finally came, the first thing the guy did when he got out was sincerely apologize to me for the wait, which I greatly appreciated. He was very professional and patiently informed me about the whole process. On the way to Sansone, he also helped explain how to use the emergency drop mail system at the dealership when we got there, so it wasnt even necessary for me to return in the morning to make a service appointment. That saved me one long trip as I live in Piscataway. On a more personal level, the driver (his name is Tommy) was a class act on the way to the dealership. I could tell he was a hard worker who enjoyed his job because he genuinely liked helping people, and small interactions with people like him make an already stressful day a little better. I cant speak for the rest of the people that had a bad experience with Mandys, but luckily mine was quite pleasant. I hope everyone else has a similar experience in the future!

I am truly so thankful for Mandy’s! Yesterday I was driving back to Maryland from New York alone when I suddenly got a flat tire. I was able to get off the turnpike just in time before my tire completely went flat. They came right out to where I was located and helped with replacing my flat tire with my spare so I could make the last 2 hours of my drive home. 100% professional and just so caring! They most definitely put my mind at ease!!! I would without a doubt recommend to anyone in the area needing car/ truck assistance and repairs!

Everything alot my experience was great. The dispatcher Jamie was kind and courteous. The driver was earlier than was expected. He was helpful and very knowledgeable and even offered me a cold water. They turned what was a nightmare for me into a pleasant experience and actually brightened my day. I hope i never have to use a tow company again, but if I do, I will only call Mandys

Really horrible service. Driver had the address of the location my car was broken down but could not find me. Called to verify myLocation and he still could not find me. Called the driver back and sent me directly to voicemail each time. Texted him a GPS location and address of where I was at but nothing. Called again and right to voicemail. Finally called their dispatch center to tell me he was sent to another emergency and will be with me an hour later. Wish he couldve told me that instead of sending me to voicemail. Called another tow service and had much better service this other company.Keep away from this service and I guess in the age of GPS on all of our phones they still can’t seem find you.Waste of time. Use someone else!

Ive known Mandys for a LONG time, and the owners go ABOVE and BEYOND to help their customers, as best as they can!Mandys has rescued me so many times.They always go out of their way, which isnt always easy to do, seeing how unpredictable traffic and accidents are.The owners and employees are top notch, professional and courteous!Their prices are very fair.Ive had only great experiences from Mandys Service Center, they have helped me ALL hours day and night, in all kinds of weather.I trust them.

The person who answered the phone put me at ease and then the flatbed driver who came out to tow us was also very professional and courteous with me and my Mom. He was a true gentleman to say the least. Hoping I don`t need them again anytime soon but the service Mandy`s provided to us on that freezing and miserable day was very appreciated.

Already tried getting my car out of their lot for multiple days until one day, when we were finally about to tow our car out, the manager was frustrated that triple A would arrive an hr after 4pm, which was the time he would leave, to pick up our car, forcing us to pay another $40 for their daily storage fee on top of the other days. the manager rlly couldnt wait after knowing that weve been trying to get it out of there for a few days. shows how ‘exceptional’ their customer service is. was rlly frustrated and would not recommend this place at all.

Today I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee 1996, had to call GEICO for road side assistance. Mandys Service Center is the local contractor for GEICO. Long story short, great service. Took the guy less than the estimated time to get to my location. Kudos to Nick, from Miguel, for a job well done.

The wait was a little longer than expected but the driver was awsome. My wife felt safe and comfortable he stayed with her until she was checked in to the dealership. She was so upset when her car broke down, but couldnt say anything but positive, as well the driver refused a tip

I got to know about Mandys after my insurance company recommended them when I had a flat tire and didnt have a roadside assistance plan. My call was received well and they were patient when I was confused about the lot address. The mechanic was agile and efficient. Located my car before I could get to the parking lot. He replaced the tire in few minutes and I could get back to my work in no time.

I called my insurance company and the reached out to this company to assist me with my vehicle that had broken down. They suggested it would take an hour to get to me. Not even 30 mins later the driver calls me and tells he should be there in about 5 mins and would be able to answer any and all questions for me. Not only was he extremely polite on the phone but he was incredibly professional in person. From start to finish they were absolutely wonderful. In such a stressful industry that I understand the towing business to be they sure showed me what a pain free and stress free experience this should be. It’s bad enough I’m dealing with my car issues and these guys really made my day so much better. Thanks guys I really appreciate all of your help!

Truly a pathetic and horrible company. Theyll accept cars 24/7 but their hours to get a car back are impossible to figure out. Dont try to call, itll take half an hour to get through.

Mandys was incredibly unprofessional, not to mention absolutely unhelpful. Im sure they are skilled towers but my experience through Roadside Assistance was appalling.My car got wedged over a block of ice one morning when pulling out of street parking…you know, that block of ice from a car being plowed in a week ago, and nobody bothering to shovel, and it snowing and freezing over and it’s just not going anywhere until it melts. I was unlucky enough for that to be the only free spot the night before. I had tried for almost an hour to drive out...I threw down some salt and gravel…the tires just spun. I used a shovel to try to break up the ice...nada.I unfortunately didnt have anyone available to help me try to push it and it was about 6am, so I called Roadside Assistance. They asked me to confirm that I was not simply asking to be pulled out of my driveway, or shoveled out (which apparently some people do...). I insisted that I had been trying to break through the ice myself for almost an hour, and it seemed to be wedged under my car...I definitely needed help. She relayed the information to Mandys, and said they would be on their way.I called Mandys number to confirm the ETA, and the woman immediately stated that the help I needed was not covered and because of this would cost an extra $50 on top of the $50 Roadside Asst covers. She said that because I parked on the street outside of my residence, it was not covered...if I was 20 feet up the road, then yes, it would be covered.I (I believe, reasonably) got quite frustrated. If $50 is what the service costs, then I have no problem paying it...this did not seem to be the case. I again explained the situation, that there was solid ice wedged under up to the undercarriage, no I am not actually in a driveway I am on the street, etc. and asked again why it was not covered. She interrupted me, would not answer my question, and actually hung up on me.The guy came anyway (early, I guess that earns the 1 star) and had obviously been briefed by the very pleasant woman I spoke to. He barely spoke to me, just took a picture of my car (may I mention, from the back, where the issue with the front tires was not even visible) presumably to send to her. He then told me that the price had gone up to $86, in addition to the $50 covered by Roadside Asst.I asked again for the reason behind the price increase, and he said something to her about getting the same response from me (god forbid I know where my moneys going), and she told him to leave. So, like a henpecked husband, he hopped back in the truck and took off.I called Roadside assistance again, and they sent Noll Brothers (which seems to have bad reviews of their own, but my experience was very good). That guy also showed up early, and helped push my car over the ice, with some maneuvering. No $86 needed, just a tip and a thank you very much.

This place is the worst tow company I have ever dealt with. I was towed from a location off of the Garden State Parkway and had no choice but to use the company. When I arrived to retrieve the car the man was visibly upset that I did not want to leave my car there for them to either fix or receive the insurance money for the car if salvaged. He then said he had to work up the price of the tow since I would be paying cash and not using my Geico insurance to pay. They charged me $592 for towing alone. Can you imagine paying nearly $600 for towing not even repairs just towing. Keep in mind the tow yard is approximately 5 miles from the location where it was towed, he calculated 9 miles and charged $5/mile, Winching $250 ( while winching I suspect the tow truck driver caused more damage!!!) $80 for labor...shouldnt the labor be included in the winching or the tow fee???? One day in the tow yard $30 the car was there for not even an hour!!! Admin fee really??? I mean if this isnt Predatory Towing than I dont know what is!!! They will be reported!!

I had nothing less than a positive experience with Mandys Towing! My car stalled on 287 and luckily I was in the right lane and managed to pull onto the shoulder. Mandys has been around for many years in our town and always had a stellar reputation. So I put their contact info into my phone in case I ever needed help. Well, low and behold I did that day. From the first call I made to their shop, to the short amount of time they responded knowing I wasnt the only person on the road who needed help with their car that day and the professional reassurance that they would take care of me is the best thing I could have gotten, and I did! I highly recommend Mandys Towing to anyone!

This place is horrible I got into a accident the police called them to tow my car because it was unable to be driven. So I was waiting for the other persons insurance and what do you know the other persons insurance wont pay another story so my car was there for 2weeks so asked the guy hey can I get my stuff out of the car insurance is not paying I dont have money to pay to fix it I can sign over my title to you this guy says we will take the car if you sign over the title and pay us $900.00 what part of the story did the guy not understand Im poor I work 2jobs to support my family. They are extreamly ignorant and heartless to someones situation.

This is by far the worst company I have ever attempted to do business with. After waiting over an hour and a half the horrid woman on the phone informed us it would be another twenty minutes. When we asked to speak with her manager she said to call back in the morning because no one else is there. When I asked for a phone number for the owner she told me she was the owner ..... wait, what!?!I DONT do business with liars! I canceled my tow and had another company there in 15 minutes!

Totally unprofessional. driver went out of his way to drop someone and then came to my mechanic. it took him hour and half to drive 25 miles on the nj turnpike to deliver my car. when i spoke to them, their operator she start yelling at me as if i was the one to make the driver late and they didnt even wanna give me and reimbursement for the huge delay. hour and half and another excuse is we had yo get off the parkway. well you are a towing company not a car service. you shouldnt drop someone off before you deliver my car.
