I have never had problem when I had Ted do my taxes…he has been doing my taxes for ten yearsor so. I don’t trust anyone else.

Ted has done our taxes for years. Hes very knowledgeable and does a great job. Hes also very quick with the turnaround time. I have recommended him to my family and friends.

Highly unprofessional group and this just reflects how well versed this team would be when it comes to doing their job.Here is what happened:Two weeks back, I called their office and asked for appointment. They gave me the appointment after 7 days and I was ok with it.This terrible set of people called me few hours before the appointment and told me that they did some mistake and office cannot take the appointment.I was polite and asked them give me another appointment which they gave me for next week (after six days)Now, these guys called me again when it was less than 24 hours for the appointment and told me that they are overbooked.Terrible experience, this cannot be set of people with whom you would like to share your financial information.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC SET OF MANAGEMENT !!!!
