I called 1st thing this morning and she gave me the choice to come in or over phone. We communicated over phone and text message and email to get all the proper documentation. A little pricey but Professional and fast and been going to them for years and NEVER have any issues. I would recommend. You never have to wait

First off, I was told over the phone when making my appointment that the cost of a simple tax return and stimulus rebate would be around $100-$120. After completing the tax return process, to my surprise I was told that the total cost for the return was $300. These people will say anything to get you in. My mother went there a week before and paid $100 for a more complicated return. Guess if you aren’t pushy enough they rake you for every nickel and dime.

Bless God good morning i have been using JH for a few years and theyve always come through for me. Today I called into the Edison office I spoke with a very nice lady Lakshmi. She explained what we were going to do and she was very kind and caring. She spent the majority of her day helping me through texts and emails. A very patient person she truly knows what she’s doing. I appreciate her hard work I’ve never met her hopefully I will one day. She had to help me multiple times with the same thing because of my phone. She didn’t seem to be upset at all she kept showing me over and over.. until I finally got it right😂 Thank you Lakshmi I truly appreciate all you’ve done for me!!!!! 😍 sorry I thought I posted this! Well I will continue on... I reached out to my tax preparer once again and she was right there for me! Thank you so much I appreciate your help and dedication diligence to me. Not professional. Shakar calls to inform of taxes being completed but then 35 mins later im still at the office watching him print paperwork and type at his computer furiously. Best part about this whole ordeal was being quoted three different prices only to havr it changed last minute and make it $50 higher than discussed. NEVER AGAINN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HONESTLY!

Im going to fill out my w7 form they are filling totally wrong way and IRS REJECTED MY ITIN APPLICATION now i call them to refund my fees as they promise but they didnt respond my phone calls and i pay almost$ 350 very disappointed 😞 better to go HRor someone

My second year of doing my taxes here, and I promise to God I will NEVER go back! They robbed me of close to $800 this year for my federal & state tax. They don’t even explain to you about any of the costs... while filing your taxes. If your reading this review PLEASE stay FAR AWAY from here. AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY!!!

Please be aware of the preparation fees at this specific office. I cant believe they charged $610 for a tax return. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE PRICES

I was just here today, very clean place, easy to get to, no waiting, very friendly people, ask for Lakshmi, very easy to speak to, professional, speedy and even waited for me to get my w-2 sent to my email and printed it out for me, I will never get my taxes done any other place. In a time when things are so hectic Lakshmi made it very pleasant to do my taxes!!!Update Feb. 11, 2021I can’t believe how easy it was to do my taxes this year, like I promised I called Lakshmi this year to get my taxes done. All I had to do was take a picture of my form and email it to her, that same night she had my taxes prepared and at a reasonable price. Very professional easy to speak to, she is very friendly and understanding and even remembered my personal situation I told her about last year. My taxes are done easily and correctly! With covid going around I did not want to go into an office or have to be around other customers JH made it easy for me Thanks again Lakshmi!

I have been going here for last 7-8 years. Its a small office that can accommodate 3 customers at a time. I would recommend taking an appointment for your convenience. I had very good experience with Gautam, Kajal and Mrudul Jhunjhunwala. This year I had to file 2019 and 2018 amendment due to a mistake on employer side, Mrudul was very patient answering all my questions. He was focused on getting the filing correct and ensured he was in contact with me throughout the process. Their charges are decent and I would continue to go to them.

I would never go there again, they didnt give me all my documents and the fees are to expensive. Ive been trying to get in contact with them for a week now and no one is answering, not to mention they dont have an email address.

I cant believe how unprofessional these branches are they say they are open certain ours and when you call or go there no one is there. Ive tried several times reaching one of the locations in Edison NJ and noone would answer the phone the voicemail was full and when i went there the doors were locked. Now i need info on my tax return and cant get anyone so I have to call the IRS. I will never have my taxes done there again .

I had an appointment today at 5:00pm but when i went its closed .and timetable on their doir shows they r open untill 7:30 today.
