Went to H1 Tax Services in the spring for help after I made an appointment for my taxes. When I got there they said I didnt have an appointment and told me they couldn’t help me. They were nothing but unprofessional and rude to me, and I had my son with me. Thankfully I then went to someone else. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. They could use a class in customer service.

The negative reviews here seem to be the fake ones based on my experience with H1 Tax Service. I have been using them for 20 years now (no exaggeration) and have received nothing but the utmost professional service, courteous treatment and outstanding tax advice. I cannot begin to tell you how much I have benefited from their services and how helpful they have been over the years. As the tax landscape changes, they always stay up to date and provide the most knowledgeable and current advice, never cutting corners but always ensuring their customers are getting the very best deal possible. To the haters, I say that your accusations of them being rude most likely only mirror your own characteristics. To the reviewer who calls them cheap because they charged you $1 for notarizing a document - most banks will charge you more for the same service - ask yourself who really is the cheap one here? Overall, I highly recommend that you give them a try and judge by your own experience. If youre anything like me, youll never go anywhere else for your tax services!

I’m not sure why I just handed over money to my tax rep here. I handed in multiple documents and there best suggestion was to minimize my claims for my business.So basically I filed again with them and got the same results I got from Turbo Tax the last two years but I saved money. My profession isn’t taxes, but I feel completely and honestly ripped off. The owner or general manager gave me a math lesson about payments and such, but I don’t feel helped or like my tax was properly handled, not to the fullest extent. I can only encourage others to go elsewhere and find a tax rep or establishment that won’t do the minimum for customers and return customers.I sure hope I can claim my tax fee next year since it was so expensive, and I got the bare minimum done.I’m glad for the reviews also, because if this helps anyone, I strongly suggest not using them. It doesn’t make sense to me and they don’t seem patient enough to go through everything and demand top dollar.

This time I had excellent experience with this Firm. People over there were very helpful. Their Son shaan helped me very well explaining everything steps by steps & also provided me the appropriate documents which were required to submit to the IRS office. He also advised me what should be done in future to avoid further circumstances. I will recommend others to go to this firm. Also last imp thing they will never charge you more. They charge you decent fee.

I started a new business/entity and cant say enough good things about H1 Tax Services. I had my individual returns done by a CPA from Virginia but as my situation this time is little different I wanted to meet my CPA in-person when required for a better connection and communication and this place is recommended by one of my friends. What I was really looking for was someone who could explain things to me and give me some new business tax advice and Mr. Rasik and Mr. Shaan did just that.I was a little skeptical in beginning due to negative posted reviews, later on I interacted with these folks on numerous times and I got the effective answers on timely manner, they are very busy during tax filing season but they are very professional and have a friendly staff. During my travel for business they are always accessible via e-mail and I was able to get my answers quickly. Highly recommend their services.

Rude and cheap people.They dont do anything more than any online tax applications. For 4 years, I filed taxes with these guys, and once I wanted to get one page notarized, they charged me $1 (one), which I paid with no complains.. thats why I call them cheap. Rude - they said we dont need you, as I did not buy their investment plans. Will never recommend, stay away. I am happy filing my taxes online, much reliable and peace of mind. No appointments, no waiting. There are lot of other good CPAs as well. Never ever these guys.

Well, I couldnt resist! Being that I just sat here and read nothing but crap! So, here is a true review on H1 Tax! My name is Jackie and I have been using their services since I do believe 2002. I have nothing but the best experience from this office. My husband and I relocated about 3 years ago to a different state and I refuse to use anyone else. Rasik (the owner) has always given the best advice. Dont get me wrong, I do have to wait for sometime before our work is complete, but I would rather wait and everything be done correctly, then have it rushed and have to do it over. So, if at all your in a bind and need money soon, then that is what H&R Block is for! However, keep in mind those there dont know half of what H1 knows. Yes, some of his staff, lately needs to have their customer service skills sharpened. But I have always been welcomed and every time I call in they know me, they know my husband, and they always ask how Kiran is doing. They are busy no doubt, but that also speaks of them. I remember when they werent as busy. So at least goes to show that their growth speaks of their knowledge. Everyone I know I refer to them, always have and have always gotten great responses. Rasik bends over backwards to help! He is honest and very dependable. If he wasnt, Im sure he wouldnt have grown so much. So, if you cant deal it...by all means go elsewhere. I will put money on it, you will be back! And, nope, I have never been asked to leave a review.

I have been using H1 Tax Services for over a dozen years after being referred there by my colleague. I still use them even though I have moved out of NJ as I feel comfortable doing business with them. I have been treated with respect at all times and the work was done at the scheduled time. I have not had any issues with their work, service or with their advice in financial matters. I took Rasik Machhars advice when I started my consulting business and upon his recommendation started an LLc. His son, Shaan, has helped me with my retirement funds. Both of their advices have been extremely beneficial to me.It is very much possible that there are better guys out there and there may be those who do it for a lower price but I have had no need to go find either of them and burn myself in the process. I have been happy with H1 tax services with no issues so far and hope that this business relationship continues for much longer. Thanks for all the good work all these years.

Going by the pattern of reviews, I see that the business has attemped to purchase reviews first and then when true customers have started to bring their real face to limelight, the owner is stranded.
