I recently purchased a used car and I needed a complete vehicle inspection to make sure the car is in good condition and there were no hidden defects. If I could give Dave the service advisor ten stars I would. I was expecting a longer wait time but I was out in less than two hours (while conveniently waiting in the mall across). I was not offered unnecessary repairs which happens a lot. I usually go to a different Firestone but this store would be my first choice now!

Had front brakes done and they failed in a few months. We took the vehicle back and they initially said it was a rear differential issue, however it was was a front brake issue as per another mechanic. We took the vehicle back again and they did the right thing and fixed the brakes free of charge. Firestone doing the right thing prompted me to trust them with the purchase of 4 new truck tires and a life-time front end alignment on another vehicle. I feel I got an awesome deal with rebates and coupons.... so far so good. 5 stars if they had gotten the aforementioned brake issue on first trip. Excellent customer service.

Rob (service advisor) and Marlon (technician) went above and beyond for me and my fiancé when we were in a bind. Had a bad flat late in the day when most places were closed, and despite a backlog of cars, they agreed to get us in same day. Both of them had to work late to get us on our way, but they were super positive and friendly and had great attitudes despite.Rob kept us apprised the whole time of where things were for our planning, and Marlon went above and beyond too - when he noticed a looser lug nut on the tire he changed, he came out and checked the other 3 tires for us just to be safe. More than that, also just friendly guys to chat with - attitude goes a long way!

I had a nail in my tire and got it checked at Firestone by Quaker Bridge Mall. Rep from that store mentioned that there is leak from my TPMS system and it was not replaced along with the tire when I got my tire from Firestone,parsonage road and suggested i might get a good deal or discount if i go check with them first. I was very happy about their transparency and took my car to this store. I explained everything, they checked my car and said there is no leak from the tire what so ever. I clearly explained I have been pumping air in that tire every other day,for past 2 weeks, as there is a leak and I am pretty sure about it. But the Rep from store said they didnt find a leak and if I want I can get the TPMS Replaced. It sounded like an excuse and wanted me to pay for the TPMS.I would I have paid and got the servise but he said there is no leak at all and it definitely is an excuse to get us out of door.I am very very disappointed and upset with the experience at this store and will never go back or recommend any one.Even before I reached home from the store I had a low tire pressure on the same tire which they just checked and filled with air.

I bought 4 tires for my sienna in Dec 2017. Hardly 10K miles on tires, two tires in front needed replacement. They never provided how much is given back on tires which were purchased for 70K Miles. Asked me to pay 207.00 dollars to replace two tires. I was expecting refund of 85% of cost of two tires. The reason for replacement was because tires needed replacement only after use of 15% and Firestone did not stand stand behind the warranty. No benefit in buying tires with higher mileage or are they screwing customers ?

They did my wheel alignment quickly and professionally.

Walked in on a Sunday at 3pm and talked to McQuade, who was very friendly and helpful. I needed one new tire put on rim and mounted. They had a packed garage and said that they may not get to it since they were closing at 5pm, which I fully understood. He called the Woodbridge facility and they couldnt do it today. McQuade said he would do his best to get it done b4 closing. He is a man of his word and we were out of there by 4pm. I reccomend this facility to all my friends and family. They are located on Parsonage Rd., in Edison across from Menlo Park Mall. The pricing is very reasonable too. I will be going back for sure. Thank you McQuade for making this process a great experience.

I dont always write reviews, but when I do, the merchant must have done something extraordinary positive.I had an emergency with my vehicle on a Thursday, where all the dealerships Ive called around here all got their calls routed to some sort of Call Center thousands of miles away, and I was speaking to someone on the phone who really did not care about by car care needs. I then called Firestone on Parsonage Road. They told me to get the car in there asap. They fixed it quickly and fixed it right the first time. The Managing Partner of this branch, Pat, actually came out of this office to greet me, which made me feel that they value my business. The way this branch operates should be a model that all other business should look up to. Keep up the great work, Pat! See you next time!

I had the WORST experience ever at this place. Horrible customer service. Not only was I lied to, they were rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Im sick to my stomach that these guys are collecting a check to treat people like dirt.

I had a dire emergency with my vehicle and I was alone with my 4-year old and 7-month old when it happened..at the mall parking lot...smack dab in the middle of the Christmas season... minutes away from our scheduled appointment to see Santa. Long story short, I drove my car to this location as soon as I was able to and was immediately tended to by Patrick, the owner. He was the one I spoke to on the phone and put me at ease right away, knowing my situation and how terrified I was. He was beyond kind and caring towards me and my children. The employees made me feel as comfortable as possible, showed us where the kids toys were kept, showed me where I could plug in the bottle warmer as I would be there for a little while. I will never forget the care that Patrick showed us. Don’t go anywhere else if you can help it. These guys are honest and tell you exactly what is needed with your car-no funny business. Plus, it was so nice to see that 90% of the people who walked through the doors were a regular and returning customer. Very great customer service these guys really know what they are doing!!! Pat who I believe is the store manager goes above and beyond to help break down everything that needs to get done on our vehicles. He does not push anything and is very understanding. Dante who is the tire manager is very welcoming when you first walk in with a nice Hi how are you. The service manager Gary lets us know what parts are going onto our vehicles. They always have the parts and tires I need. I will never go to another car shop besides here. Amazing team they have everything you could ever need. 10/10 would always come back.

I take too much tome for one tire

This service center is absolutley fantastic. As a loyal customer who would go no where else I can honestly say its wonderful to walk in and be recognized and attended to immediately. I recommend anyone to become a regular at this service center. It is much more than just a chain store. The service you request comes with an auto check and update on other potential needs for your car safety. The guys and general manager have been friendly and attentive since this Philadelphia transplant landed in Jersey a few years ago.

Most disrespectful management I have ever came across for any service. I arrived to the shop with a slow leak in my tire trying to get a patch. They took my car back and filled it with air I’m assuming to see where the leak was, causing 2 huge bubbles in my tire. Gary got loud with his hand in my face telling me my tire had a bubble before I arrived to “his” shop. I told him that isn’t possible my tire had low PSI before I arrived and that the air he put in the tire caused the bubbling. I would of gladly just got a new tire if Gary wasn’t disrespectful with his approach. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he is the manager. Gary needs to lower his tone with his customers and re evaluate his approach, could only imagine how much business he scares away.

One word- FANTASTIC. They were able to take my car the same day and returned it quickly. Dave, my service rep, was genuine, professional with a great sense of humor! Made me feel cared about at Hello. The bill was MUCH more reasonable than I had expected, as well. Excellent on all counts. A Service facility you can trust!

I would say worst customer service ever in my life. I cant give negative or else i definitely would have gave them. I was there to drop my car for alignment and the person i spoke with to do that was just bad customer service i ever have encountered. It was 7:15 AM in the morning. I don’t understand how someone can be so rude and disrespectful That early. The Guy was just mad i guess because i bought the new tires from somewhere else and not from them. Fire stone was the worst .. I went there the other day with my son to pick up his car and long story short the broke the radio,changed belts that didnt need changing and now it has a leak .. I know they did something to the car because its an older car .. I would never tell anyone to go there Firestone in Edison NJ parsonage Road .. My son even proved with paperwork that the belts were just changed.

Have used Firestone on Parsonage Rd across the the Menlo Park Mall for years and have always been completely satisfied with their customer service, professionalism, trustworthiness. Pat goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right and the customer is happy. They go out of their way whenever they can. Long ago I went to firestone for my wheel alignment.They suggested me to buy a package (ones off) that’s allows you free wheel alignment any Firestone. My job location changed. This place was to my work.I made appointment.Arrived to the location they checked on System I took package guy at Front desk was unwelcoming attitude. After so many questions.he took my car in.brought back my car and tell me I have spend money because XYZ. They are bunch of con artist.I definitely never go there again. My personal advice to whoever reading... get your second opinion before you spend money.

Called before going to see if they have someone available to do wheel alignment and they Said it will be done within an hour. When I went there are told them that I paid for life time wheel Alignment the guy at reception said that he do not have anything available for a week so I have to setup an appointment for next week. I think they have their policy “fundamental honest is keystone of business” no longer applies to this location....

Set an appointment about three weeks ago when I went to the appointment I was 10 minutes late AJ or whatever his name is the young guy,started shouting and asking me why am I late??thats how you train your team to address customers?spent almost 3000$ in October there to get my tires,brakes and rotors replaced, when I go to the dealers to get work done on my car if am 10 minutes late for my appointment they would call and see if everything is ok or if am still going to make it, even if they dont call they never scream at you and ask why you late...seems kinda unprofessional

I wish I could give less than 1 star. They are a scam artist operation. They run up the bill, lie to you. The funny part is that I had bought my car there after having to go to the dealer. The manager Pat said that the dealer was ripping me off.I got my brakes changed. I needed them. I was told my suspension was shot, and I needed to get the tire rods replaced. It is dangerous. I get the tire rods replaced. 3 weeks later, my car is leakingI take the car back, and to my surprise, there is a cover that is bouncing around in the engine, not attached to anything. Pat joked it off that it was no big deal. I was told the air hose was ripped and needed to be replaced. My previous bill was approximately $1,400 dollars and they pulled apart my car, it was a rather large air hose rip, how they missed it was beyond me.I dropped my car off at 8, they had the part then. Nobody calls, and at 3:30, miraculously, they put the car in the shop to work on, and they dont have the part. They say the car is drivable, but i get a bill for a transmission sealant (which was never discussed)1 week later, my car starts making noises. They laugh it off, I file a complaint, corporate says they need to make sure it wasnt me.I just took my car to a reputable auto shop. The tire rod is the wrong size, they never did the alignment on my car when they fixed it If they did, they might have noticed that they put the wrong size. The tire rod, which was a necessity because it was dangerous, pushed my tires out. Now it is dangerous, and I need 2 new tires. that will be another $1250.When I was there, the guys like to joke around. They even prank called me a few times.Most liars and con artists are very personable. Maybe if they spent less time goofing off and more time working, I wouldnt be out close to 4,000 and I might have a working car.They are scam artists only interesting in racking up the bill. You will regret going thereAdding a picture of the damage caused by Firestone in Edison. That gash was caused by them- if I continued to drive, it would have popped. I had to replace both front tires. If you value your safety, stay away.

Great service, with a smooth flow!

Very bad experience with my car service. I have been used the garage for a couple year. But this will be my last time to use them. They always suggest me to for some expensive car service. Most time I would follow, but last time, I decided not to use them to do some service they recommended. Only use their oil change and tire service because my tire all changed from their store. Last time, they did my oil change without notice my one of my lights off. Then this morning, because I did user their expensive service. Their technicians were very rude and mean to me . Left my car their for a couple hour but done nothing. When I come back to pickup my car. They were through me the attitude. Worst of the worst place, and never suggest to go to there again.

We have been going here for years for tires, oil changes and minor car issues. The staff is great and I never feel like they are trying to fleece me. The waiting area is nice and they even have kids toys. Of course, I prefer to drop my car off and walk to either the mall or Target. I know my car is in good hands.

I love the guys over at Firestone in Edison. I always go to them for tires! This weekend I ran over a sharp piece of concrete and my tire deflated immediately. Fortunately, I was close by and the guys took me in expeditiously. Thank God I purchased the tire insurance too! I just paid for the new insurance on the new tire (10 bucks) ✨ I would 100% recommend them!

I received a flat of all days, super bowl Sunday, for the next 3 days it rained so I finally filled it up with air just to get to Firestone, being the afternoon I was prepared to sit around for a while which I would understand, I was in and out within 45 minutes, get this with the flat a thing of the past.Ive said it before and will say it again, if you utilize Firestone, I assure you that once 3try parsonage Rd Firestone you will never go to any other. I purchased lifetime wheel alignment package cost $180.Thinking..that’s the Wise choice.what I noticed, they unnecessarily tell you,need to fix this and that unnecessary because they want to make money... When I take my car for alignment after one week I notice it there is a problem in my car especially exhaust pipe or other... one of my friends told me he had the same problem, that made me realize,Just to warn you.don’t fall for they trick, you think you save some dollars but you end up paying 100% more,

Had bad experience today. This is my first negative feedback in social media. I booked online appoinment for 10 am. But it Seems the online appointment booking only for just name sack. They told me that they cant give any commitment when it will be completed and we need to wait whole day. Even they didnt give alternate option. Someone from their office told that we are not jiffylube to take our vehicle for service directly on appointment and tell the time. Didnt expect this kind of service from Firestone. Overall i will not go again and not recommend to anyone in my friends circle.

Service is fantastic. Prices are the best around and Anthony is a wonderful mechanic. Very knowledgeable and doesnt try to rip me off. Dave is very sweet also. Always does the right thing by me. As a matter of fact, I am now sending my boyfriend there for new tires and other work that is needed.

After reading some of these hateful reviews, I’m left wondering if they went to a different Firestone and are confused. I brought my car here about a decade ago when I needed a new set of tires, and as my car has gotten older and has needed repairs (it’s almost 13 yrs old), I will only bring it here. The service advisors and technicians have always been courteous and respectful, and they have NEVER tried to talk me into services I didn’t need or inflate my bill. If anything, they’ve worked to give me reasonable prices for the services/parts, and they have ALWAYS explained what I needed, the time it’ll take to do it, and the cost of parts and labor before I sign the work order to start. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend this location to others.

Go to Jiffy Lube because thats literally what they told us. If your plan is to waste your time and money go here everytime. We were given a time to come in for an oil change and rotation, 12pm. We arrived on time and leave the car. When we come back at 145 the car is still not serviced or being serviced. Were told at 2pm the car is next. Why did we get told to come at noon then? At 230, my girlfriend calls out the desk worker and she was told Its not my fault people work slow.Really?? You dont have an impact on scheduling and time managing your employees? Looking forward to the day people like this are replaced by automation.

I’m very happy with the service I received at this shop. A metal piece on the bottom of my car had come loose and it was dragging along the road, making a grating and quite unnerving sound. I took the car to Firestone and they took care of the problem in a cinch. You will get a very reasonable price for their services.

Brought 2 cars there bought 8 new tires. Was happy with the service 1 year later was going to do my brakes on one of the cars and every lug nut is extremely tight. One lug is stripped, cant even believe it. Never again will I go there.

He suggested to do 60K maintenance and a new BRAKE. Sugar coated poison, and I took it.When I drove, found that I had to step brake all the way to full-stop.On 4/19/18, I could not stop my car, hit the car in front of me!!! The new brake did not work at all, I stepped all the way, my car STILL kept moving forward!!!! Air bag deployed...I had AAA towed back to his shop, because, he said: Ill take care of it.Next morning, he called: Theres nothing wrong with new BRAKE, I took all wheels down, lets wait for your insurance inspection.Would you believe this? My was in his lot, waited a week. no inspection from insurance co.This is life and death, not about money; it may cost my life and others!Do not go to Edison, Firestone. DEATH TRAP.

My experience is not good. I went there for flat tire. I got them replaced my tire as per their advise. I believed that my donut tire was placed properly under the carriage but it was wrong to believe. They dumped it in my van. I had to go back to place back at its original place and also I saw low pressure tire sign. It took another 45 minutes. After a day, I got again sign for tire issues, went back and spent one hour to re fix tire sign. Got into argument for not doing job right and my waste of time and gas to revisit them twice. I do not recommend them for sure.If I could give them less than one star, I would surely give them.I hope Management reads the review and get customers satisfied .

Complete rip off. I drove my car here and I was told that it need to be towed unless I get it fixed and spend $2400. After few hours manager called me and told me not to put a bad review and he will refund some money. When I tried to get some money back, I was told to come next day. I was suppose to get $100 rebate from third party vendor. When I called them I was told you are not eligible. Stay away from the place.

I came in with a Volkswagen Jetta that had a lot of issues. Some I knew and others were uncovered as the crew did their inspection. I had the best service and best experience I’ve ever had with a automotive franchise. From repairs to even paying for the repairs that were honestly costly but necessary, they had the solution. I’d like to just say that Mr Jason and Mr McQuad at the Menlo Park mall location, deserve recognition for going above and beyond to make what could have been a nightmare of a car repair experience seemless and and downright pleasant. Please come here if you enjoy waiting and wasting your time. Called in for a same day oil change and was told they had availability all day and to come in at noon. Came in at noon, drop off the car, run some errands at the mall. Return 1:45pm surprised I had not been called yet. 2pm am told my car is going in next. At 2:30 my car is still outside, when inquiring about the wait am met with defiance and defense and told “I can’t control how slow people work” and am proceeded to be told how some people have been waiting 3 days, other 3 hours. Again, deflection and irrelevance to the fact that I was told there was availability when in actuality there wasn’t. And that’s how 3 hours of my day were wasted when it could have easily been avoided.Oh, and the kicker? He says, “jiffy lube does 5 minute oil changes.” So it makes sense, how can they run a good business if they are sending their current business to their competitors.

Kind and efficient staff helped me out of a pinch with a tire issue on my rental car (when all the local rental offices were closed). Excellent service!

Untrustworthy, will try to rip off, by telling incorrect diagnostics. I had a flat tire and wanted to get it fixed. When I went there, the mechanic said that he couldnt fix it but he could sell me new tire instead. I told him that this doesnt look like a new tire is required. I found something fishy and I went out of the store to a nearby gas station where they fixed it easily. And I was told, the tire is good. No need to change right now. So instead of a $180 on a new tire, it was fixed for $15.Do not trust these guys at Firestone.

Purchase my tires there. If you apply for t HG e Firestone credit card you receive coupons plus any repairs over $149 you HG ave six months to pay with no interest. It helps if need. Most repairs are warranted.

Lost a tire on my truck on the Garden State Parkway. They sent someone to get a replacement at another location, and are on track to finish it out within 2 hours of coming through the door. Excellent service!

Tech told me i can swap the rear tires in front of sales persons who was recommending otherwise and was pushing for a new set of tires, still jumped in saying we wont recommend that.the bill comes with a quote of set of tires.not going back and not recommending for a service.

I brought my car in because the windshield wiper motor was not working correctly. While they were fixing the vehicle the windshield cracked and they blamed the crack on the wiper blades being too violent. There was no crack on my windshield prior to my arrival...I will not be coming back to this firestone. Yes, mistakes happen but it was not very ethical of them to lie to me about the damage they did on my car...

Great, fast service. Found a bulb out & replaced quickly. Very satisfied 😌!

Their customer service sucks. I went there for tire rotation and wheel alignment. 4 hours and 2 trips (to drop off and pick up) later, I found out that they didn’t do anything because the tires were worn off which was just an excuse to not do the work. When they called me about the tires, they didn’t even mention that rotation and alignment wouldn’t be done. An hour and half hour later, they called me to pick up my car and I went hoping that they would have done the work. Don’t buy their tires...they don’t last long. They recommended me to change my tires just after less than 25k miles on them. I would have given 0 star but it’s not an option.

I can’t even express how helpful and accommodating this place has been. We have been travelling from Canada, Ontario and ended up in New Jersey with a flat tire after hitting a pothole, which I don’t understand why a big effin pothole is in the middle of the highway (we definitely ain’t in Canada anymore). Any who, we almost got scammed by a local towing company which is very disappointing because they were taking full advantage of the fact we were out of the country and had no idea what to do as we were stranded on the side of the highway. Once I got ahold of FireStone, Paul, I believe that was his name, he said to make our way to firestone and they will find a solution for us and have us back on the road so we could enjoy our trip. Once we arrived at firestone, Paul was able to help direct us in the right direction on what our best options would be and had our new tires on within an hour, given that they had to order in other tires from a different location.I’m so happy we found this place and extremely thankful for the help we had while here.Thanks again, Firestone crew!

Great experience, came in with a loose tire valve and a flat tire, walked out 20 minutes later with a brand new tire thanks to the guys in the shop and David who was a real big help, turned my whole weekend around. Thank you!
