I’ve been coming here for few years now. They always exceed my expectations. They do a thorough job and always honest with their advice.Once I was driving long distance and stopped by to top up oil and remove bike rack. These guys were kind enough to do this free of charge.I highly recommend Mobil 1 on Route 1 North.

Gave them a chance as a locally-owned business. Recently started seeing my low oil sensor triggering. Went to my regular mechanic for maintenance and to check the sensor, thinking it needed to be replaced (when I needed the oil change last time, my regular guy was on vacation). My mechanic informed me that the car was two quarts down on oil, there was oil all over the pan, and the drain plug was so loose it was almost entirely missing. Luckily, I had enough engine oil to prevent the seizing of the engine from a lack of oil. Last time I will use this place.

The sign over the counter say 24.95 for tire rotation. When we got home we realized we were charged 39.99 when I called they told me that was the starting price.dont get ripped off my these guys.not fair at all

Mobile 1 Lube express gives professional service, with polite mechanics, and the owner is always there, and hes always ready to assist you.Ive been there 4 times, and each time the level of service was excellent. The location is easy to get to on Rt. 1 North in Edison; its very clean and very safe.I highly recommend using this business for all your oil change need!

This place is fantastic. The employees are very friendly and kind. The employees give special attention to each car. Especially when they dry the cars with microfiber cloths. They dry the drain channels for the cars very thoroughly. I will definitely go back again. I gave this place 5 stars because they deserve it.The interior cleaning is spectacular. Everything is vacuumed very thoroughly and the windows shine . They don’t even miss the rear view mirror which some places do.Exterior - 👍Interior - 👍

This experience probably saved my life. As well as a speedy oil change and tire rotation, the crew and owner were very professional and made you feel very welcomed. As they were doing my rotation, they noticed a huge tear on the inner portion of the tire, which I could not see from where I was standing. They took the tire off and put on my full size spare. I probably would have had a tire blowout if it wasnt for the tech that said something. Very reasonably priced and just an overall great experience. They gave me coupons to return. Definitely will be going back!

I went for an oil change here because my parents told me they wouldnt up the price. I was told an oil change would be $60 for my type of car and the more expensive would be 80. Turns out my local mechanic would have done it for $30. Idk why I couldnt have gotten the cheapest oil? The owner seems really nice I wouldnt say it was his fault. Ive came here before and the price was cheaper but I had a different car at the time so I figured it was my newer car. It would be more convenient to bring my car here for oil changes than bringing to my mechanic but I dont want to be told I need a special oil everytime. I think I just feel more comfortable going to my mechanic because the price is less. But overall they are professional, I just couldnt get past what I was told I needed.

I had passed by on the way to work for over a week and noticed the locally owned signed. Being from out of the area I figured if my car could be serviced at 8 a.m I would try it. I was in and out quickly. The manager was just exiting his car 10 minutes prior to opening and helped me immediately. They also vacuum your car and wash your windows which is such a nice touch! I will definitely return! Support local!

I asked them to check the power steering oil they are saying we dont change anything we will do only oil change.and they didnt do any multipoint check

Didnt put my name in the system, I had to tell them to put it in and also the they told me they had reset my light but it was not true but I could see that someone tried to reset it. As I was driving off I was asking myself if I even got the right oil and right amount of oil. I like the one in HILLSIDE. Those guys are business people .

Great place. Prices are reasonable. Usually not long of a wait. They have the synthetic I use along with the Lucas I add in there. They do a good job at changing the oil.

Ive been to this place three times and every time Ive gone here Ive had a somewhat decent experience. If I couldve written this review without giving them a star at all I wouldve given them no stars. I went in yesterday to get an oil change done. By the time I got home my car notified me that I needed oil so instead of me going back to the place to have them check my oil I figured I could just do it myself. So as I proceeded to open the latch to my hood I noticed that my latch was completely broken it literally fell apart in my hand, and prior to me taking my car there the latch that opens my hood was in perfect condition. I immediately called Mobil 1 and spoke with Mike and I explained my concerns to him, he then told me to bring the car back in so they could take a look at it. I brought my car back to Mobil 1 they worked on something that wasnt really a concern of mine once I expressed to Mike my main concern was someone fixing my latch he told me I would have to call back in the morning between 11am-12pm to speak to the owner of the company. I called back this morning only for the owner Eric to be very rude and nasty to me. Needless to say I got nowhere with talking to the owner so I will take matters into my own hands starting with this review. If I were you I wouldnt give dishonest people like Mike and Eric and the rest of the employees working here ANY of my money. The situation couldve been handled differently if they wouldve just been honest with me telling me that they broke the latch that opens the hood to my car, and that they would work on fixing it or pay to get it fixed.

Went to get an oil change on my f250. They tried telling me it would be $200. Ive had my oil changed many times and never over $150. Their excuse was that they arent a franchise. They should be cheaper than a franchise since they dont have a franchise fee. Sounds like BS to me. Went to Valvoline down the street and got it done for a lot less. Valvoline was alot busier and I can see why. Better service and better prices brings in buisness.Response: Your response actually confirms my concern with your establishment. The 6.7 litre in my f250 takes 13 quarts not 15. You would have over charged and over filled. Thank god I went somewhere else.

The guys there are great. I moved out to Oklahoma but on a family trip which we drove I took my truck there. I took my previous cars here for just about every oil change for 4 years befor leaving the state.

Pulled in, no cars in line. Told us 45 minutes for an express oil change. Decided not to go there and while leaving was blocked by 2 trucks and was told by the manager and employees to reverse our way out. No service, low class attitude.

The oil here is delicious! A must try if youre in the area.Edit: having them offer to replace your engine air filter is not an “up sell”. If you’re filter is in good shape, they tell you as such, if you’re filter is filthy, they show you you’re atrocious looking, horsepower draining, performance sucking, engine contaminating, filter, and offer to replace it for you.I mean, ... if you don’t care about your car. Keep it in.

Decent prices, good service, friendly, didnt try to sell me crap I didnt need. The one time they told me I needed my air filter replaced it actually was dirty and needed replacing. Most times I was in and out in about 15 minutes, one time it took 30 or 40 minutes but they were extra busy and that wasnt the norm. I trust them to do what they say, not muck it up, and not try to swindle me, pretty much all you can ask for in an oil change place.

Always great service and hospitality. The waiting area has water coffee and tea for their customers plus free WiFi and TV. Usually they are pretty quick so never get to sit and see how well the WiFi works. They don’t come in try to up-sell you on anything you don’t need. We talk oil change, air filters, and that’s it. I am out the door. Great work guys thank you.

Wonder how this place got plenty of positive reviews.They claim its an express oil service and it took me 2 hours to get an oil change.Upon payment, when I asked about the long waiting time; they said that they were busy that day. And if you dont like to wait, you can visit other oil change service next time.I asked if there is any feedback form that I can use to write back the owner. The staff said we dont need any feedbacks and so don t keep any feedback form.

I will make the trip all the way from South River because they treat me like a special client, and appreciate how important my two vehicles are to myself and my significant other, the lovely Laura Marie! They always smile, the whole crew knows my name, and Eric is the kind of owner who isnt too busy to share his years of sage wisdom in the car business with me when it comes to questions the gnarly car mechanic might just answer in a called in kind of way. A couple other small notes that showcase their attention to detail. The bathroom is always clean! And whats more, if you need a bulb replaced, your tire pressure checked or your window washer fluid or motor oil topped off, they are more than happy to do it! Big thumbs up to Eric and the cool crew at the Mobil One in Edison...theyre my pals!

Great experience, higher than expected price.Oil change done on the spot. You drive around, the mechanic drives your car into the bay while they change your oil. The wait area offers pod coffee and water, and is overall pleasant. I just thought that the prices were on the higher side.

The people are so nice and gets done what needs to be done. There are always coupons too so thats always helpful. Dont get my oil changed anywhere else.

I have going for about 5 trips and i said they havent ask me about my air filter. So i decided to check it my self and found that they werent checking my air filter. i am pissed i will be there Saturday to complain......

What an absolute ripoff. Scam alert 31 $ for oil filter that should be included in 75$ oil change price. He even had the nerve to tell me my 4 cylinder engine needed extra oil. 125$ for an oil change. Aka rub for your life.
