I had to ship some of my late fathers paintings from Scotland over to the D.C. area where I now live - Lace and the entire team went above and beyond for me and my family and ensured that everything arrived in pristine condition! We used Vital Worldwide Logistics to get some very treasured items of furniture from the States to Ireland. We had no idea how to do this and from the moment Lace answered my first phone call until the items arrived at our home she was endlessly helpful and patient. She helped us navigate the whole process every step of the way in the most pleasant manner possible. I dont know how we would have managed without her. It was a pleasure dealing with her and the Company.

Highly recommend! I used a different shipper to ship items from Uganda to the U.S. and the other shipper did the paperwork incorrectly. Our items could not clear U.S. customs and we were in jeopardy of losing them all. I contacted Farhad and Miriam and they were amazing!! Not only did they get the paperwork corrected and save our shipment, but they did it cheerfully, quickly and were very responsive to me day and night! I will never use anyone else!

My company Cress Brook Ventures booked a load from Bensenville, IL to Middleton, WI to be picked up on April 29th. When our driver arrived at the shipper, the shipper said they would not load our driver unless he provided all the pallets for the load. This is something that we never do and this was never communicated to us from Vital Worldwide Logistics. We communicated back and forth with a person named John who was working on the situation. John told us that in fact pallets were required, so the load was no good and he would send a TONU. We told our driver to leave at this point. About an hour later, Vital Worldwide sent us an email saying to have the driver check back in and he would be loaded. We communicated that he was now an hour away because they canceled the load. They never sent the TONU and now we cannot get anyone to respond to emails or answer the phone. IF YOU ARE A SHIPPER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS. IF YOU ARE A CARRIER, DO NOT BOOK A LOAD WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY EMBODY EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH THIS INDUSTRY!!**Update**- We called and emailed for two days and received no response. I did get in contact with someone with their company who was in a different department who seemed to care about their reputation. They did end up paying the TONU, but there is no reason it should take this much effort on our part to get them to do what they committed to.

They have handled all my shipping with professionalism and at very competitive rates.

I am very pleased to have found Vital, they took care of all my shipping from beginning to end. They are the only freight forwarders I use now.

Worst company they will book loads without having them, double broker or book them for a price and then keep looking for better rates without letting you know carriers, shippers, freight forwarder beware
