As a vendor who helps to remove their unused pallets, NFI has the best staff, cleanest facility and all around are a top knotch warehouse.

Gated warehouse. Dont think they allow overnight parking. Picked up with an appointment at 2 pm. Checked in at 1:25 pm, door at 1:55 pm, paper work at 2:30 pm.Washrooms near the shippers office is nice and clean, please keep it clean.Backing is easy, except for the first few docks. Yard is fully paved, no issues.

Only because I cant give 0. Showed up for a pre-loaded trailer as dispatched. Shipping guy was snappy and rude everytime I asked a question! Talking a little louder when youre behind glass with no speaker might help! Told me there are no pre loads here and that my appt was scheduled for the next day. Luckily my dispatch voided the load off me. Never again!

Nfi was great. The shipping department is very understanding, got me loaded and out the door.

Bad place do not come this place. They work by apt only, when you come by apt time you will wait another 8 hours to get a door. Once you get a door, it will take another 5-8 hours to get loaded. People strictly recommend do not used this place, they do not know how to work on time!!!!!!! People at office unorgonized and do not care about your fuel and food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy who checks people in needs to learn communication skills. Sat there for almost 8 hours. I gave them them the correct pick up number multiple times but they said it’s not that, I don’t have it, etc. My company calls and talks to someone else to find out that is in fact the correct number. Go back inside and they say you don’t have an appointment. It’s been confirmed with the Logistics Company, Broker and Customer that I had an appointment sent. NFI is incompetent. I for sure will never go back to this location again. In the end the load was canceled. These people are a waste of time. Not helpful at all!

Had a very poor attitude said that I needed to straps for my load when they only used one never returned II strap and when it comes to the bills you better pay attention because it said counted by driver when I did not have any involvement in counting the load.......

This place is so unorganised to the point it lacks (a) signs directing an incoming traffic to a waiting area (b) information sheet about its shipping and receiving procedures posted on a wall.The situation is compounded by (c) unfriendly office employees, (d) lack of loud speakers.that would enable drivers to hear the employees verbal instructions given from behind a window. Last, but not the least, problem is (e) the place is listed as NFI on maps and its outer walls, which does not match the shipper bills of lading for ARBAUGH.

Come with a full clock because they are going to eat it up. 5 hours for a pallet load. Its unorganized, the guy behind the window has no people skills, yelling at drivers for asking a question. Why?? The only good thing is if you are ready to quit trucking this is the place to come, itll give you that last little reason
