Clean store. Great prices and assortment of jewelry and watches. If you don’t see it in store, check if it can be ordered. The best customer service of any jewelry store (including other Kay’s locations), which I firmly believe attitude and competence comes from the top down (leadership). Great Store Manager, Eric, and wonderful employees every visit. Never feel obligated or harassed to buy. I’ve only been going here for the past ~7 years to buy gifts for family and myself.

We never thought we would find our jeweler in a mall, but for over 11 years Kay in Menlo Park & Eric, in particular, has been our jeweler. From my engagement ring, wedding rings, family gifts, etc., he has helped us find the best quality for our money. His expertise along with the stores quality selection & customer service are second to none. His team, including Anthony & Megan, are equally as knowledgeable, pleasant, & always ready to help! Thank you, Eric & your team for always coming through for your cutomers.

I went into the store today and spoke to sales women named Megan. She was amazing she helped me pick out a perfect gift for my niece and stood with in my budget. She was kind and so patient with me. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this store. I sure will be back.

Every time I go into one of the Kay Jewelers stores, I am greeted with warm and friendly faces that recognize me and are always showing me things that I might interest. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I would send anyone I knew to Kay Jewelers if they were looking to purchase any type of jewelery.

If you are looking for help to get your girl her fantasy ring go to Eric!!! Gave great advice and worked with what I got for what i wanted for rings for me and my girlfriend and will definitely go to him to buy my girl her future engagement ring. He was great to work with me and had me leaving the store with a Big Smile!!Any other bad reviews toward Eric i would not believe. They must have the wrong guy best jewelers in the area unlike no other. Thank you Eric because of your help I get to get the girl of my dreams!!

I had been a customer of Kay at Menlo Mall for as long I could remember and recently relocated out of state...I have not been able to find the exceptional and personal customer service at another Kay location as I had with the staff in Menlo.Absolutely recommend all to visit this store location...they are fantastic and I miss em!!!

My boyfriend of 8 years and I walked in today to ask for a ring sizing, where the man working immediately says to me “how much do you have, $10?”. It was extremely rude and I held in my anger about it, but decided to write this review. My boyfriend and I are very well off and have never been judged so quickly and wrongly by someone. Absolute worst service and my boyfriend will definitely not be spending any money there.

Me and my boyfriend went to look at engagement rings . My boyfriend was then pulled to the side to have a conversation with a lady sales member . She basically told my boyfriend she doesn’t want me to fall in love with something he can’t afford. Terrible . She doesn’t know that my boyfriend CAN AFFORD any ring I wanted . We know we walked into an expensive place . Next time stop judging people by appearance . YOUVE LOST YOURSELF A CUSTOMER!!!! And a sale !

My experience with Kay, and this store in particular, was horrendous. Ill spare everyone the details of the issues with the actual order I had, but this store refused to help me once I had problems from my order online.After taking a look at my invoice, the employee here said they couldnt help me since there was a glitch with their system. I essentially had to beg them to call someone to see if they could help.In the end, I needed to wait another 5 days for resolution, and chose not to go back here. I will be avoiding this store and Kay entirely.

Kays in Menlo Park mall is one of the best stores to shop at. Eric the manager is 1 of the best jewellers I know and Meghan is also very helpful. Anytime I have a question or want a product I just make a phone call and they do their best to make it happen.

Brought in a broken watch, they told me it would cost more to repair than to buy a new one (its a $350 watch) I called the company and the company said it would cost ~$50 for them to do it. Feel like this store tried to scam me. Not happy

This is a good place. Katherine and Angie were extremely patient and helpful. We ended up with amazing rings. Make sure you ask for either of these two ladies and you won’t regret visiting the store.

I went into the Kay Jewelers in Menlo Park Mall to ask about getting a few links removed off my watch that my boyfriend had purchased from their online site under a year ago. Right off the bat the man who came over to help us was extremely rude. I didnt catch his name but he was an older guy. Im assuming he was not happy with assisting us because this was a service that didnt bring in money. He begrudgingly took my watch and started taking a few links off. I tried it on and asked for one more to be removed since it was still a little baggy.. the sales guy literally rolled his eyes at my request.After he removed the last requested link he handed it to me and I had trouble latching the hook since its pretty difficult on your own and he was staring me down so I became nervous. He yanked my wrist and latched it himself. Such as terrible experience at this location. Customer service was a low priority for him and my boyfriend and I are definitely not likely to support Kay again. (they dont seem to be conflict free anyway)

Went in the store planning on making a big purchase, and old gentleman was assign to help me, he was very rude so I decided to.not buy anything. I asked him a simple question what can I do to maintain my chain looking good he responded I dont know we dont get trained to know that. I will never comeback her or recommend this store. HORRIBLE

I want to say that Eric provided me and my fiancé amazing customer service for our wedding bands purchase. Eric took the time to order a ring that was not in the store in order for my fiancé to see if he would love the ring. Due to the impending 25% off sale ending on Friday, he made sure that we would be able to see the ring on time. We saved so much money and appreciate Eric’s professionalism through such an important time in our lives. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Long time Kay jewelers customer. Couple months back we had an issue at the Bridgewater location with a ring we were repairing . We had sent it out a couple times to repair the prongs but was disappointed that it would come back and I could tell where the repair was done. It didnt look the same as when it was new but the employees at that location would only offer me to send it out again as they were giving me the impression it would never look better than that . I had recently visited the Menlo park location to do other inspections and could instantly tell the customer service was significantly better, Doreen was great. I decided to bring up my displeasure with the way my one ring looked, so she had called the manager Eric over to help. He was extremely nice and helpful and after listening to my concerns he made a phone call, 5 minutes later he was offering me an exchange for a brand new ring. Not sure why the first store couldnt do that but I could also tell Eric and Doreen genuinely cared that I left their store happy. Menlo park is not the closest Kays to me but its the one I will choose to go to anytime I need something in the future..

I went to Kay Jewelers to get a battery for my husbands Movado watch replaced and the manager Eric was awful. From the start he tried to get more money out of me telling me that if I want to change the battery properly they can send it out for $85.00 but otherwise he can change it now for $15.00. He was young and very condescending. I told him I wanted it changed now for $15 and he still kept trying to get me to send the watch out for $85.00. When I came back to pick the watch up about 45 minutes later he then told me I wouldnt have to pay for the battery if I wanted some coupons. I didnt know what he meant and asked if there was a cost for this and he said no. He said I could use the coupons when I come back and buy something. I told him I didnt understand that. He handed me an application for a Kays credit card and was so shady about it. I said I dont want a credit card and he said Well its not like its a Visa card. I told him he needs to be upfront about trying to trick people. I paid the $15.00 and left. What is going on there? He was deceiving and slimy and I would never go back. Where is the real manager of this store???

Went to get my jewlery cleaned and ending up getting caught trying on watches tonight right before closing and the Woman helping me Angie was very helpful and polite to me. I will be back to buy that watch.
