Immediately I knew this was the right store to help me.I had hoped to have my ring redone but could not decide on what I wanted.The owner Rachna patiently took the time to give me ideas & once she felt she knew what I wanted Sahil took over to design me the most stunning ring.I was speechless when I saw it finished. We bought silver from this shop and paid around $400, after coming out of shop we checked in our car in the parking lot front of the store for per gram price in India and found these people charged 3 times higher. We immediately after 10 mins went to store and asked for return. They declined saying they dont take returns. These people are bogus..and are there to loot you. They dont deserve to conduct business in USA. To the owners we are willing to return it back to you so that you can give us our money back.

They have very unique and beautiful designs. We have been going there for last 10 years and never had any issues. CHEATERS!We visited this jewelry recently to pick a stud. A sales lady told us that price got discounted from original as festival offer, which was false promo. They tag it very high almost 50% than market gold rate claiming that for studs they won’t go with market rate, it’s per piece and reduced 20% from that.Unfortunately she lied to us fully and made us to pay extra, which we realized later. AVOID THIS SHOP.There are other fine jewelry shops with much better design and reasonable price in Edison, NJ

Edison is the gold capital of New Jersey, and Aabhushan Jewelers is its crown jewel. When I wanted a gold keychain fabricated, I called three different Jewelers in Edison, NJ. This store was the only one which agreed to fabricate it.Upon arriving, I was greeted by a welcoming staff and an elegant spacious store.I told the staff member how I wanted my keychain to look like; and in turn, the lady who helped me explained my options and the different possible designs. I decided on a 1oz gold bar which was later placed in a 14 karat gold bezel to which a small ring was welded. Then 3 other rings were added to complete the keychain.4 days after I placed my order, I went back and picked up my one-of-a-kind gold keychain. Since the keychain is going to be in and out of the pocket repeatedly, and because its going to come in contact with my keys; it is bound to get scratched and loose its luster. To prevent this from occurring, their technitian placed the gold bar in a clear vinyl sack which fit the bar like a glove.I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and experience which both the associate and the technician possessed.

Just recently got a simple custom made gold jewelry set made by Aabhushan, the whole process of getting it made went very well, Rachna at the customer service was very helpful in suggesting the design and taking us through the ordering and also got the set ready and delivered on time as we had asked for. Unprofessional and rude behavior. They got the repair job done but never bothered to follow what was asked from them. When asked she just kept making one excuse after another including the person who attended us is sick probably of corona and may not be back for quite some time. At least be upfront and clear about things beforehand to the customer, what all your shop can do or not at the first place. Zero star for the way they dealt, the lady behaved so out of line and unprofessional.

He showed me a few different options and took his time to make sure I was choosing the right gift. I ended up choosing a diamond necklace which my gf really liked. I just got back from Aabhushan Jewelers and had to quickly leave a review. I had a gold chain that I wanted to sell. Aabhushan, made me an extremely fair offer which I quickly accepted. Prior to coming to Aabhushan I went to a roadside place that advertises We Buy Gold who offered less than half of what the chain was worth. I cant recommend this place enough for their fair and honest dealing.

Everyone at the store were very accommodating. Unlike other jewelry stores, they made me feel welcomed and service was excellent!

Pathetic Service Arbitrary pricingI had been a long time customer but my last visit to them a week ago, left a lot to be desired. Obviously, they lost a customer.The ladies waiting behind the counter have pathetic customer service. They sell 1oz gold bars without packaging so there is no way to confirm if the Assay Numbers embossed on them are really authentic. Their pricing for silver coins is at least 40% higher than their physically closest competitor- you are better off shopping around. Still no good!

Great customer service and prompt delivery. I ordered a pair of anklets for a baby, and was able to communicate with Aabhushan and select a pair that I really liked. The anklets were shipped promptly after purchase, in an insured parcel via USPS. It was a very comfortable shopping experience, and I am glad I found a jeweler that is willing to ship purchased items to me.

I recently custom ordered a ring here, the jeweler offered a better idea on the design and the ring came out beautiful. I go here for all my gold needs now. I feel like they are better to deal with and pricing wise compared to franchise jewellery

I found Aabhushan Jewelers online and I walked in with my request. What is awesome is that they have a jeweler onsite, who created my toe rings in one day! At pick up I was pleasantly surprised that it was exactly what I wanted! Staff is respectful, helpful and extremely knowledgably on jewelry. I will be back for more custom made pieces. I went there about a month ago because I thought I broke the clasp on my necklace and turned out all it needed was a pair of pliers. They fixed my necklace for me with no charge, when it could of costed $60 for a new clasp. They are very nice people with great customer service, I would definitely recommend going there.

In aabhushan store all types of ornaments are available.Especially the Gold, diamonds, Silver etc.are available with great design. You have more options to buy the ornaments. The gold was very good and accurate. You can asking exchange your old gold ornaments with the new ones. They come up with many designs and new stylish. Good ornaments for the customers satisfaction. I have a severe metal allergy and was advised to only buy 22k gold rings. I went there to find a unique wedding ring and they not only gave me a good price, but they also helped me as I browsed almost their entire collection, which is vast. I brought my mother back to replace a jewel which was lost from her favorite ring; they were very sweet with her. I believe we will just make this our family jeweler from now on, especially since my mother loves them.
