I believe this company is a scam. I was contacted by Shirley Bhujade (whos name doesnt even come up when googling her), she called me 4 times before I finally called her back where she had a job opening. I said okay and then the next day she called me six times, a couple of texts and an email. When I called her back she said that she was going to email me the information to call the hiring manager. I called the hiring manger on Thursday and not even an hour later I got the job. They told me I had to take a drug and background screen within 48 hours of signing some paperwork that included my social and bank account information without even seeing a true offer from the company. Dont give any information to this company, they are just scammers who unfortunately just want to prey on people looking for work. After doing more research, the manager, and other people that I talked to all had fake profile pictures on their linkedin.

My experience working with Integrated Resources has been very positive. I live in New York but the agency is based in New Jersey. I did not have to go to their office even once. Everything was processed smoothly online/ My recruiters Aman Gupta and Himani Agarwal would call, text and email me regularly to follow up and make sure everything is going well. They set up appointment and paid for the physicals, drug screen, and background check. They referred me to the best healthcare employers and supported me during the interview process. The followed me up after I started working. I get paid on time weekly. Pratyush Saxena, the employee relations lead, email me every week to remind me to complete and submit my time sheet. I have been with IRI since November 2020 and hope to work with them for a long time.

I was very interested in a job they had posted. They recruiter hounded me for information the moment I answered the phone- I provided it all promptly. A week later I followed up- no answer. I’ve sent 5 messages over the last week with no answer to any of them. So incredibly rude and unprofessional!! Steer clear!

This company is very ligate, their a medical staffing company that helps you find great jobs in the medical field. They ask for certain important documents as someone mentioned in the reviews is because these documents are the same they would ask for if you were going to a Job straight thought the hospital so Im not sure why people are complaining or acting nervous about the company asking for the same documents the hiring manager at a hospital would ask for. BEWARE: This recruiting agency is nothing but a TOTAL SCAM. Someone with a very thick foreign accent will call you very quickly, get all of your info to access your bank account under the false pretense that you are providing your info for direct deposit. They will lie about your start date then weeks later they will tell you the position they hired you for is full. This is a foreign scam. Find a reputable staffing agency.

This company I believe everyone needs to watch out for. The representatives are foreign and does not explain the position as to which you apply for. They ask for very personal information like the last 4 digits of your ssn, your birthday, Your most recent salary amount and your address. I didnt provide the rep with any of my information and asked what does my last 4 digits of my ssn has to do with the position and why is it needed. She could not provide me with any information but kept talking in circles. I was also curious as to why a company in Michigan is using a staffing company in NJ???? Another red flag.........Dont provide this company with information it is a scam

Beware. This place is a scam it seems.I almost believed for a moment. Received an email that stated they’re advertising on indeed for a position as a nurse with CVS performing COVID testing and the pay is biweekly, 37-38 hours per week, etc. The woman had a middle eastern accent. A couple of minutes into our conversation the woman said she had to go as she had a meeting to attend and would call me back in 15 min if I were indeed interested in the position. Before we were about to hang up she asked me to send her my picture ID and nursing license. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable doing so and that the name of the company didn’t sound legit, etc. She immediately said for me to Google the company and sent me a link and a blurry/cropped picture of what she said are the scheduled hours for the position with CVS. Anyway, I didn’t send her my ID or nursing license verification and she never did call back 15 min later. I clicked on the link she sent me and everyone listed as an employee on their website was of middle eastern decent, except for what appeared to be one Caucasian employee.

They asked for WAY too much VERY personal info in order to even process my application with the hiring company, including last 4 of my Social Security Number, a copy of my drivers license and my birthday. I also got a text and three other phone calls with the same 732 New Jersey area code within about 30 minutes. They seemed way too much like a scam for me to risk giving them this information and proceeding any further. If you look at a larger number of their reviews and sort by date, you will see that most of the five-star ratings are from reviewers who have less than one or two reviews, indicating those reviews might be part of a scam. Whats sad is that I am looking to help out with a very important cause giving COVID vaccines (Im a nurse), so if this is a scam, they are a really really dirty operation. Im giving two stars instead of one because I dont have actual proof that this is a scam, it just stinks really bad like one.

As others have said I think this company is highly suspect. Stated they had a covid clinic job with CVS but CVS does not outsource their staffing. Given other reviews decided this is most likely a scam internet company with lots of fake reviews. Dont trust them.

Do not trust them. I am a nurse. They contacted me about a Covid 19 vaccine position through CVS. When I call cvs they say they don’t have contracts with any staffing agencies. I gave them some of my information and I was hacked. They keep calling me and sending me email so they can get my full social security number. Please stop calling me. I’m not going to give you the rest of my info or do a background check. Scammers.

Ive worked with many recruitment companies and none have been as unprofessional as IRI. Ive been in contact with it seems three different consultants, all of who are extremely aggressive and pushy. The latest, and the one who helped me make my decision to write a review, has posted a job to Indeed under a fake company (because boy will I never apply to one of their jobs again) and when asked why he did that he said oh its my business and Im using it to post free job listings for my clients Meanwhile his business is a delivery company. All very strange, not sure what their angle is but I would says youre better off avoiding them than figuring it out.

These people scamming. And the 5 star reviews are FAKE. Use common sense people. Since when did Indians start recruiting for an American based company??? Never. They’re hired to assist in customer service calls, that’s it. And that’s the truth. I haven’t posted an active resume to anyone’s job boards or completed any type of job search as I’ve been gainfully employed for 6 consecutive years now. They don’t “come across your resume”, but receives our contact info on a paid marketing list.

One of the THE WORST agency ever. If you can get get another agency do it! They dont pay on time. When you call them they have attitude issues. They e-mail you back days later. Just not worth the hassle. They also have no idea how ADP works... They Simply just dont care. The agency gets paid off what you do at work while they lowball you.

Working with Mr. Keyur, Barot, my recruiter was a wonderful experience. He worked very hard to find my dream job. (QUEST DIAGNOSTICS). CONSTANTLY stayed in contact with me every step of the way. He has excellent customer service skills and always responded back right away if I had any questions or concerns. He is an excellent recruiter.

All my interactions were pleasant and professional. The follow up was consistent and I was provided everything I needed.

My only complaint has nothing to do with Integrated Resources but does have to do with the position fir which I was hired. My original schedule was to be 8-430 M-F and no weekends. Turns out the schedule ended up 9-530 with 1 day every weekend...not every other weekend but 1 day every weekend. Again, not a complaint of IR, but a complaint nonetheless.

I was not impressed with how the recruiter explained how she found my resume (she couldnt exactly say) or her knowledge of the position she was recruiting me for. It was very challenging to understand her heavy accent -- she had to text me words so I could understand. She pushed very hard to get a salary related commitment as well as ask me for personal info such as my date of birth (which she later corrected to just birthday) as well as the last 4 digits of my social security number. I declined providing information. She pushed to have another conversation later in same day with her manager at 5pm. Overall I found the interaction unprofessional and a turn off. I declined further discussion although the job description looked interesting.

Doing well in this position. The background check and employee clearance part was kept simple and the on-boarding was easily accessed online.This is my third day and I am completing the clients on-boarding modules and documents as well as hands on training. I think I will like doing this work.

Be careful when you talk to these guys they most likely are a scam I got a call from someone named Ronnie and started to search far and wide about the company. How the hell did he get my number, then wanted a resume. The reviews say it all, only one time reviewers with no picture. Dont call them. They are based in New Jersey offered 25 dallors an hour, for a job near where I live in California. I wasnt even searching for a job and I havent used an agency since 2008, changed my carrier and phone number.

From the first phone call to the point of hire, I have had an excellent experience with this agency. Roy and Naman are true professionals! I have been a Nurse for almost 20 years and this was my first experience with a recruiter. I have been truly impressed. I have read some of the negative feedback and can state that I am not a fake. I will recommend this company to family, friends and colleagues.

Im sitting here completely freaked out that this company has now stolen my Identity or my personal information which includes my social and my bank account. I assume since I went for the actual interview at the real company but this was a legitimate offer and then the day before I was supposed to start they called me and said my background check hadnt been completed all the way yet and they would let me know when I was going to start. Then they called me and said my background check has come through theyll call me tomorrow with my start date. And then they call me the next day to say the client pulled the plug on the project. Completely fishy and suspicious. stay away from this company.

I work as a Recruiter. I think they may want to dig a little deeper than an old Monster account to find information on a potential candidate. They called me offering me a front desk assignment in Flint, MI. I live in Grand Rapids, MI. Perhaps find people who speak English a little more clearly and concisely as well.

Received a call from them today regarding a position for which they felt I was a match. From what she spewed on the phone I couldn’t see the match to my skills or background. Upon further questioning she said she would send me an email with the details for me to review. I insisted she explain it then and they are being as she already called and had me on the phone. She did not seem to understand what the position was she was trying to fill or how it mapped to my resume. Out of frustration she must’ve hung up on me I called back twice and The phone was answered nothing was said and then she hung up. Third call back she couldn’t explain The hangups. Did not know the job to be filled did not know the client filling the job did not know how to vet a potential candidate. Basically a huge waste of time.People if you don’t know your job or what you’re doing you’re in the wrong industry.

On boarding process has been a breeze I spoke to many people and they were all nice especially my recruiter Van T great person I’m so excited to start.

Although Im grateful for the opportunity to work, they call you way too much. They extend the offer to work with them, they send emails. Whether you respond right away or not they call you several more times to make sure you received the email, but also to get you to reply. They have management call you to go over your resume, but they call you several more times to remind you that a manager from their business is going to call you. Then they call you again to say the manager is going to call you within 30 minutes, then call you again saying the manager is on the line. Finally when you talk with the manager it is over the same information you discussed with the recruiter. So, that call was unnecessary! I wanted to ask them why they call so much! Also, they are hard to understand because of the language barrier. I also kindly corrected them on how to pronounce my name, and they still got it wrong. The company that they are sending me to, I had already applied for personally and was told that they were not starting a new class for training until March 2019 and they would call me back. However the recruiter from IR said the class would start on February 25th. So I really dont believe them. I am going to go ahead and go to the interview tomorrow, so well see what happens. Just beware.

The staff here all work together as a well oiled machine with good synchronous communication. I cant count how many times help and clarity was offered during my interview. As well as the prepping for in person as well and on boarding steps were all treated with care and diligence. Thank you Ashutosh, Eddie, Yugashu, and Ruhi. I was very well served and pleasantly rewarded

Its a good thing I have stopped trusting anybody that has an Indian accent over the phone. more than likely they are scammers based in India. Then I checked the reviews. Im pretty sure its a scam.
