The absolute worst company that a man could work for on any level. Extremely unprofessional from the office managers and anyone else. The workers work for weeks and weeks before they actually see any money. Then when you ask for the money that you worked for, your dealt with disrespect and unprofessionalism. I worked for this company personally and I literally had to fight tooth and nail to get my money and still to this day im not caught up with any of my hours and my money. They also charge workers $25 for tools and helmets that are supplied by putside contractors who said to my face that they dont charge, but Tradesmen takes it out of the employees pay checks right under their noses. Working for tradesmen inc of borth jersey has done nothing but put me behind on bills and raised my stress level to the highest it amost ever been. They should be ashamed of how they treat people considering their making money off the backs of the employees.
