I have been going to A1 Dental for almost 10 yrs now. Dr. Bhavi Bhagya is fantastic. She does the procedures so well that I havent had any complications after that. I practically go off to sleep during my procedures !! ...she is that good 👍. She is very calm, great bedside manner, friendly yet professional. Her staff also reflect her personality.

This was the worst experience I have ever had going to a dentist. I have had a cracked front tooth for a long time now and wanted to schedule a later appointment to get it fixed because I also need to get a new retainer made by my orthodontist.I get in there and the dentist informs me I have four cavities but didnt fill them. Said that theyre on the first layer of the tooth and that the tooth could naturally heal itself which is false. When he came back in decided to fix my front tooth even though I said I wanted to do it at a later time. And just started doing it.When we got to the cleaning part it felt like he was sticking needles under my gums. My gums were bleeding so bad when I left that my boyfriend was worried there was damage done to my gums.Now because I couldnt wear my retainer my teeth are moving and may need to go through another Invisalign treatment.And when I wanted to schedule an appointment to get my cavities filled they couldnt see me until the next month. And the receptionists are pretty rude.Worst dentist I have EVER been to. Do not go here.

Felt safe in the clinic in this Covid situation. Very clean environment. Luckily no other patients when I visited. I visited yesterday and today my 5 yr kid had appointment. The dentist is so good, answers patiently. At the end my kid got a goody bag with paste, brush, stickers. Kid felt happy and confident at the end of the visit.

Got there as the first patient if the day. Completed paperwork as a new patient, and went back to wait in the car till the morning prep was complete fast, friendly, and efficient. Given an an itemized list of charges and follow up visit. Total time in the office 1 hour, and was able to get an afternoon followup after my work hours. Very pleased.

No wait times, amazing customer service, amazing dental service and dentist (explains procedures and educates you as needed), clean place,... First time here and I am satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Went for my first dental consultation. It was a quick sign-up with some forms fill up and then I had to wait for only a few minutes (despite me being 30 mins late for my actual appointment). Very friendly staff. I was then taken for some X-rays immediately. The service was very quick and fast. There was no wait time. I was then checked by Dr. Katherine (not sure if the spelling is correct). But she was the best dentist I have consulted so far. Very friendly and had a great conversation with her. Even though I was scheduled for just a consultation, they decided to do some cleanings and a temporary filling that was necessary. It was pretty quick. I was referred to an external dental surgeon for taking out my wisdom tooth since its not covered under their clinic. The overall experience was excellent and Ill highly recommend people to visit this clinic for any professional dental services. I was also given some goodies like a free toothbrush and a small toothpaste but I think thats pretty normal at every dental clinic. I wish they could have added a floss kit too. 5-star experience so far. Also, great precautions for COVID-19 and very safe settings. Go get your teeth fixed! :)

As a new resident to Edison NJ, I struggled to find a dentist that I was comfortable with. Prior to A1 Dental I went to three different dentists in the area and didnt feel comfortable moving forward with them. As I can recall while writing this review how frustrated I was while visiting those dental offices. Everyone was trying to sell me something without understanding or listening to why I was there for.I was pleasantly surprised when I visited A1 Dental 8 months ago. Dr. Bhavi Bhagia from A1 Dental took the time to give me a free lengthy consultation and answer all of my questions. She patiently listened to my concerns and went beyond my expectations in creating a cost-effective plan for my treatment. She is an excellent doctor always putting the best interest of her patients as her priority.Furthermore, her entire staff is super attentive and friendly. One can feel their compassion and dedicated professionalism.The clinic is always super cleaned, and they adhere all the CDC recommended Covid19 guidelines.I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a compassionate dentist with top quality dental care in Middlesex county.

Dentists sometimes get a bad rap because they drill your teeth! This practice always takes care of my dental needs and I leave feeling treated well. The staff are always professional and courteous while taking care of a business in a timely manner.

Dentist did a great job at cleaning my teeth..Dr. Sharon was very informative about answering my questions concerning a replacement of a missing tooth. Staff is also very nice and polite.. I traveled back from Florida and waited for treatment at A-1Dental because i trust this doctors opinion and treatment options more than any general dentist i have been to. Love this dental office. Doctor is very personable and warm. Naira who did my cleaning and took my x-rays was very polite, efficient and professional. She explains everything she does to my teeth in detail. I am so glad I picked A-1 Dental.

Hardly ever a wait. Doctors are very informative, hygienist are very thorough, and front staff are very nice. Ive been coming here for 3 years now and I dont plan on going anywhere else. If they take your insurance go there. The only negative to point out is that there are no in-house surgeries such as wisdom teeth removal. But they will refer you somewhere.

I went to A1 Dental to treat my tooth ache. Dr Bhagia treated it in my first visit as well. I was very nervous at first, but she kept me well informed on her plan of action and I was out of the door in 30 mins with no pain and with follow up appointments for next course of action. The front office was very responsive and sent me reminders for my appointments. I would definitely recommend this place.

We are from south jersey and drive one hour to her office each way and its totally worth it.The office is good, and the staff at the desk were amazing and very friendly. It was my daughters first dental check up and i am mighty pleased with the way they took care of her and explained in detail. Very clean, superb staff and would definitely recommend them :)

Rooms are a bit noisy with the open-concept (no doors, mid height walls) but they took good care of me right away. I made a 2pm appointment and suggested I come as a walk-in. I was in a chair and with the dentist in under 20 minutes. Cant complain about that!

I went to filled my only tooth but without giving any prior information, the doctor drilled my 10 theeth!!! and i am a government employee and my dental plan is cover all kind of dental works eventhough they charged me 200$, later i called to my insuranse Co. and they said me the Doctror cheat you and ask your money back! Money also matter but they deeply drilled my 10 teeth!! i cant even eat now!! beware of this cheaters
