Completely incompetent at the Edison location. My last 3 deliveries took three delivery attempts before I got my package. Tried registering for delivery manager, but it will not accept my address. This is the correct address I have lived at for 40 years. Reading the reviews, I am not the only one with this problem. I guess FedeX doesnt read the reviews. USPS and UPS seem to get it right, but not FedEx. In the future I will not use any vendor that ships FedEx.

Incredibly incompetent drivers and horrible service. I have had damaged packages arrive here before. I have left instructions to leave package at location without signature and still twice the driver did not do so. If I can give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. If I had a choice I’d rather ship and/or receive items from another carrier such as UPS or USPS and not this lackluster, scumbag carrier.

Absolutely disappointed in FedEx, I call customer service in regards to a package getting sent to the wrong address. My address is 100 Main Street but gets sent to 100 S Main Street. FedEx never notified the driver or the local company to ever resolve this issue for future deliveries. I’m writing this review due to the several complaints Iv put in to potentially resolve this issue. Not only this, but everyday I check the shipping date it changes! I can’t even do the driver the courtesy of just informing him of his mistake. I have to escalated to this. Not only that, but I had a customer service representative tell me to put in additional shipping information so the package get sent to the correct address. If the driver can’t read a simple address what make me thing he is going to care for the shipping details when he assume s Main Street is the same as Main Street.

This pace is absolutely amazing. I had a package that was suppose to be delivered to me on December 23rd. My package was not delivered because no one was home to sign for it even though it didn’t need a signature. Than it was labeled as “hold at facility” because they stated the pharmacy that my package was from said to hold at the facility when they did not. I was giving the whole run around from everyone I spoke to on the phone at fedex. Once I reached out to the facility itself they went above and beyond to find my package that contained 80k worth of medicine that would have been bad by the next day because it was sitting in dry ice. I am very thankful for everyone that helped find my package. Thank you all so much! I know with the holidays they are stressed out, I will forever be thankful for them finding my package.

Easy drop of load but a bit tight access. Empty trailers are located off site about a mile away from main hub.

My package made in cross country from california in 3 days, yet its stuck in Edison station for at least 3 more days for some unknown reason. I live only an hour away. why would it take 3 days to arrive when i live so close? something is not functioning right in this company :/

My order was supposed to take 4 days, then the date was changed to yesterday. This is a week & 3 days past when it was supposed to arrive. At 8 P.M. last night the statist changed to delivery date pending. I just got off the phone with the customer service number where it stated that my delivery is now on the way to the post office. I work in a food delivery company who uses FedEx. We have at least 100 reships a day that I need to send because peoples food is melted because it never gets there on time. I will never ever use a business that uses FedEx as a delivery service ever again. Oh and I forgot to mention that in January I had over $400 worth of baby furniture from target that never showed up at my house. The driver stated that it was delivered even though I was home all day and have huge windows that overlook my outdoor porch. Fed ex never responded to me the many calls and emails that I sent. Luckily Target came through and resent the order, this time to the US Postal Service and it arrived properly and on time.

I love it here at the Metuchen HUD in Edison. The manager here are Amazing! A great place to work!

Delivery guys for some reason is too hard for them to read and place the package on the floor. They just throw the package around 10 feet from the porch not thinking thats whats inside can brake.

They claimed customer was not available but my security cameras prove it was a lie. I asked the driver why they didnt just leave it at door as usual and he said they were just too busy to even get to my house. I appreciated his honesty and dont blame the drivers. The corporation told an easy to prove lie to cover their error. Why didnt they blame it on weather like they usually do when theyre frequently delayed. Then on hold for 30 min to reach customer service in Domican Republic for another 15 minutes only to find out it may or may not be delivered today. Folks unless youre company, FedEx doesnt care about you at all. Smh.

My package left here 6days ago and I have. Nothing! I live 20mins away! No customer service is willing to help

The worst service ever i had 2 days delivery service and my package took more than 5 days and yet delivered it showing me every morning it is in out in car for delivery what a funny service

Delivery Exception because customer not available - As with the other reviewer this is a complete lie. We are working from home!!! No delivery note and clearly no attempt to deliver. Ive had issues with FedEx before and after contacting customer service, I then got angry phone calls from someone purporting to be the Edison Manager who was very aggressive and wouldnt comply with Customer Services request to deliver the package. Why?!

This really is a sad place to call business. First you call customer service they give you the run around and then this location does not even have a phone number. No professionalism, no help but they will hold your packages for days without explanation.

Easy place to get work in between jobs. Packagescan be very very heavy. HR is never around when you need them. Very disappointing when you cant get a good working computer with internet connection to get HR things done after work.

Cool place to work but heavy work so for those that dont want back problem i suggest look elsewhere

Don’t give any international shipment through Fedex. They are the worst. They charge you more than 50$ than DHL but shipment doesn’t go as told. I faced serious problems with my shipment with important documents.Please be careful.

Constant Multiple In transit Scans. I get a lot of packages and Everytime I see a package scan into Edison NJ Facility, I know it has about a 33% chance of being scanned multiple times as in transit from the same facility. Its like a merry go round. I picture my packages going round n round on multiple days only to be rescanned while I sit less then an hour away n pray it leaves before being scanned again. My latest package has be scanned 4 times over 2 days in the same facility. It made it Cross Country in 2 days only to get stuck in Edison for 3 days. Just seems to happen more often at this location. I wont give it the lowest score tho as nothing of mine has gone missing from there... Knock on wood. Anyway, hopefully they will iron out whatever issues they have soon as I usually prefer FedEx over the other carriers.

Schedules and pay change .. Never answers the phone if you have an issue. Plus you’ll have to answer to multiple different managers for one problem

Terrible, I worked there for 2 years. From the start. The managers dont care anything about your health, if your tired, physical injuries.They expect workers to quit and be replaced be new hires. Terrible environment, they try to cheer everyone up, while all the managers order take out and sit infront of the security cameras.HR doesnt care what happens to you.The sign up with how much they pay will never be offered. The highest pay is for the night shift at full time, they cut hours constantly, to the point full time are all part timers now.

It is a very unorganized and unprofessional facility they’re orientation process for hires started 45-50 minutes after the show up time they told me. Which was 10:30pm they had no consideration for the fact that I was waiting in facility for the job. I felt unappreciated and they showed a sign of disrespect for taking that long to start and then ended up starting it when I left to go get a bottle of water. They’re a legitimate joke and they’re security is also a joke as well. A bunch of Tyrants
