It was all fine except when they lost my BARBER TOOLS.NOW I FILED A CLAIMSTAY TUNED

I was supposed to get loaded with 22,000lbs but ended up getting 37,000 so be careful about this place they lye about the weight.

I been here for 8 hours now the loading and unloading look like they don’t know what they doing. 2 girls in the office it took them 15 mn to check me in the is the most unorganized place ever

Been in a door for 5 hours so far, and they havent even started on loading me yet. This was after showing up early and having to wait 2 hours. They refuse to give me or my company any reason for the delay. Drivers, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Update: it took them 7 hours to load 16 pallets, that is inexcusable

Terrible experience here as a truck driver. I came 3 hours early hoping to leave on time and the didn’t. Many other drivers told me they were didn have shipment ready or enough personal to load trailer fast enough. My app was 3 and didn’t finish until 9pm. Now I had resechedule my delivery. 7 days to deliver a load, unbelievable. 🤦‍♂️

Dont be fooled by the sign on entrance Inbound and Outbound side. They ship they loads mostly from Inbound side and shipping office there by the Door 20. Friendly ppl and they load pretty fast. Watch out they will call you and give you paperwork so no need to come back to shipping office.

I was late on Friday afternoon around 4:45pm. Was loaded & rolling within 45 minutes. Excellent.

The lady in the office is SO RUDE, when I checked in on time, at 1pm April 16,2020 she told me there’s no dock available, actually there is, I can see, when ask again, she simply said:get out! And drove me out of the office. Is this the way they treat truck drivers working under this difficult situation? I would like people know this warehouse!

I was 30 min before my appointment, friendly people, 1h and 10 min I was loaded !

The girls working in the little ratchet office ignore you for at least a good 5 minutes before they eg even care to bother with you. Then they are just like all the other places and snobby sand rude. This place seems very unprofessional. Dont like it.

Had pprwrk for my load w/seal in plastic folder. was just about to tell me door to load at then she saw my load date was the next day. wld not let me park overnight, wld not let me drop trailer so it wld be easier on me to find a place to park. so, i’m back at 07:00 when they are suppose to open and nobody is here.

Overnight parking, rest room, load me in 1 hr .but you had better to ask someone wheres the office, because they dont put any sign on any door, you will get lost if you dont like to ask people questions:)

They have moved back side of the building by door #75 got me loaded pretty fast

Was here two times. Load me in 15 minutes. Second time appointment was at 11-00 and they successfully loaded me at 9-00. Good job guys !!!

Dock supervisor is only English speaking person... Very easy in and out as long as you only deal with him

Arrived at 1545, took them 30+ minutes to figure out what I was picking up even with all the information from the broker. Most of the people in the office spoke Spanish and were not helpful with English. I backed into my door, 3 hours later I go to see why nothing was being loaded and when I walked in the office and said something everyone looked confused. The one girl tried telling me that I had only been here for less than two hours, the dock worker looked as if he did care and just walked around, I had to go to the truck and get the bol as they still didnt know what to do, then it took 25 minutes more to start loading.This place is extremely unprofessional and just has been a nightmare to deal with.

So stupid and rude people working shipping, it’s unbelievable! Make me drive my truck around the building twice for nothing! No shipping signs - have to go pull every door to find the entrance your self!
