Nice helpful people here. Arrived 1200 for 1700 appt they had me park in staging area. Waited about two hours then got put on door. Oh so the driver entrance is Mac Lane which turns into Arizona Way.

Very fast and efficient when unloading tractor trailersone of the easiest places to get in and out of and on your way to your next stop thanks you guys keep up the good work

Had a 2pm appt. Got there at 10:30am. They called me at 2 to assign me a dock. They didnt start loading me until after 5:30pm. I left the property at 6:45pm.

Place so slow worked in warehouse for 15yrs and never did all the places we never keep truck drivers no-one then a 1hr look folks it does not take 4 hours to load are unload us truck drivers need to do something bout this we need to come together cause we run the WORLD!!!!!

I knew it would be a bad experience. Checked in at 10:30am for a 11am appointment. Boy checking me in asked, you know this doesnt load until 11am right?. Made no difference to them anyway because I didnt get a door until 12:30pm. Its now 2:05pm and not 1 pallet has been loaded.

Not really sure about why they have their check-in process the way that they have. You got to go to one dock and pick up a phone and call and then that guy sends you to another doc down around the corner where you have to call again to check in. Then you end up with 5, 6 or 7 trucks and only one dock. Expect to be there awhile

Loaded overweight on drives and wanted to argue with me putting overweight blame on me asking if I scaled it right. Said not much he could do to pull 1400 off drives. Really? Its a 43k pound load! After seeing it was loaded wrong he went on to complain about being the only one in charge and being super busy. Load them right and we wouldnt come back....

Overnight parking is a huge plus... I checked in, got a door right away, loaded up and pulling out within 30 min of docking.. Paperwork ready right away!

Usually easy to back into docks lots of room. Usually quick loading. Has some spots if you need to reset.

If you are in trucking business you ll love the place ! They shipped 24/7 and i recommend the night shift guys James John and Bryan who will get you in and out for none time !And also dont forget theyre offering overnight parking clean bathroom and drivers room !

Sitting here for hours waiting for a dock door and they do not allow you in to use the bathroom or provide porta potty.

Worst place for pick up over 5 hr had email from manager stating early pick will be ok NOT THE CASE no driver bathrooms

It’s really bad place to pick up the load they don’t let use the bathroom to the driver I talked to the office and check in office and and the warehouse everyone said no bathroom and then I called taxi pick me up went to the Walmart to use the bathroom. I spend literally $25 taxi ride . No bathroom even outside. I told the office they need portable bathroom in parking lot.

Easy check in process. After reading all the reviews I wish my appt time was on the 3rd shift. Got here at 1130 for 3:00pm appt and got a door at 2:22 and it’s 3:30 n they haven’t started. No rush but dang I’m jealous of the third shift

Great guy here that loaded me. Forgot his name but he was really cool. I told him I am almost out of hours and asked if it was cool to park overnight after I am loaded. He said no problem, pointed me where to park and also let me know I can come in and use the bathroom, microwave and snack machines anytime. Also he said if I want a shower he would show me where they are. Oh and he loaded me pretty quick also. I wish more places where like this, would make our job a lot better.

Arrived at facility 3/30/18 for a P/U. I was very impressed with the adorable caboose. The entire process was smooth, quick, and very pleasant. Third shift staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. Ill be looking forward to my return trip to this facility.

Ive been picking up here for years. Always friendly and fast. Showed up late today for a 3pm app and got loaded immediately. Great people on 3rd shift for doing that.

Great place to get loaded. Personnel get you in and out as fast as possible. Even if you are late they will work you in to get you loaded. 7/17/21 update - constantly running 5-12 hours behind schedule plus sitting in the door being loaded for another 4-8 hours. Very rude towards drivers.

We ship 24 hours, 7 days a week. Max weight for freight is 45,500 lbs. Overnight parking, Bathrooms and a break room available for drivers picking up or delivering. Be aware of your order # and delivery/pickup appointment. If your late or early, well work with you to get you in and out. Im the 3rd shift shipping manager and asst. Warehouse manager, so I know what Im talking about.

ETA 0830 for 1200 appt, friendly folks, loaded 44,000lbs of Arizona tea n gone like a freight train by 0915—Thank You!!! Entrance is 2nd drive, don’t screw things up by pulling in the exit. Go to stop sign, push button on box, nobody talks they just open gate. Drive all the way around to red caboose n check in with pu# and ID

The only reason for 4 stars was because they loaded us quick. Dont drive around back unless truly needed ..its a mass of pot holes.

Had 10am arrived at 10:08am in dock by 1015am, will porbably be done at 1130am so thats not bad. When you come in dont stop at the stop sign but proceed all the way around the building till you hit ( figure of speech) red check in caboose, and make sure you have your DL with you.

John shift manager always help me when I come here early, John hes too quick to get me out and keep moving see my new wife. Im a truck driver

For all shifts they are pretty good at getting u in and out,Ive arrived sometimes late n they are curtiouse still do theyre best at getting me ldd so I save time,its not always a perfect world but they are always doing theyre best.I drive for Motor Carrier Services from Northwood,Ohio.The 3rd shift is very professional about how they go about theyre wrk.We are in and out of here all the time.I personally hv no complaints.
