Been trying to reach this people for a month…they send a second notice but every time we call they give us the run arounds…and guess what the price keeps going Up…we called again and they say we have to go to office for a price..we are 5 hours away….and they can’t give us a price over the phone smh…stay away from these scammers

Workers arrived very fast. They helped me tow my car and were very professional. Driver was very nice and gave me a reasonable price. I definitely recommend. They offer a wide range of services for good prices.

They didnt send a notice of a towed vehicle until a couple of days later making the total go up drastically. If we would have been notified earlier we would have just payed 600ish instead we payed over 1000.

I don’t understand how the price started off at $275+ labor to the price going up to $1175 to get my car out of a ditch and towed less than 4 miles away.

Very unprofessional called 15 times to get an exact price to get my truck and each time it was a ridiculous price change ended up with an extra 250 dollar charge and total was $1370 imma report them to the better business office and my lawyer will be in touch with them get.

Very professional service they came out fast and my truck was good taken care of they even fixed it for me very good service hands down the best in The Valley and very well recommend !

Their sign says 8am-5pm, you call he says they open at 9:30am to 5:30pm. I go at 5pm gate is closed and no answer or call back. They cant give you a price range of how much you need to pay so you could take cash out before going because they dont take debit cards.

Over charging isn’t right to begin with! There were days that were not supposed to be charge! I was given a late notice that even said that I wasn’t supposed to be charge after three days and I was charge for those days by a rude worker! Please educate every worker! A law is a law and this company is not following it! Bad service!

Awful people they are criminals with their overcharges. Dont trust other reviews they are lies. My car was towed by them without my consent and overcharged me. Dont recommend at all. I had to call the police to get my car out, and in the end they came to my apartment home and demanded that I pay them for something that was already paid. These people are criminals and if they come to my apartment again I will call the police.

The worse towing company ever. This company over charges people. The fees this man IVAN charges are against the law. He is so rude and not professional whats so ever. Its only matter of time this business closes for all the illegal things he is doing. I suggest if anyones vehicle is towed by this compnay to call texas department of licenses and regulations and make a complaint against them!

Very bad service, and what they charge is not a fair prize. And no we werent drinking..and besides that they stole things that where inside the car.

If i could give no stars i would.. they stole our personal belongings. they went through our stuff and were very rude. we had rolled over our car and are from out of town and he had no sympathy about our situation, then tried to charge me $375 to get my car out after only holding it overnight and $150 just to get our belongings out. VERY VERY RUDE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!! JJ’s towing if you see this, you need to do a better job and not let your feelings interfere with your professionalism

My car got flooded and they went to go help me really quickly they only took like 20 mins to get to me and help me out!

Over charging people and rude. I am hoing to put a complaint to the regulations in Austin texas. These people cant continue to poke peoples eyes out. I strongly encourage everyone to do so. These people need to be put out of business.

They basically stole my car after a flood. It was parked on private property so we issued a police report after them. Police are still investigating and we plan on suing this company. They kept raising the price every time we called and kept saying the person before was wrong for telling us. Horrible customer service in general. Very rude and unprofessional. Worst part is there was no reason that they were in Alamo when they are located in the deepest part of Edinburg.

There was no parking at Bourbon street Bar and Grill so I parked across the street at the now defunct gym. I go outside and see my vehicle being towed by these guys. I had to pay $250 cash for them to give me my car back (parked in an empty lot). It was legal thievery.It was absolute legal extortion.

Super rude service very unprofessional kept given us a run around they were damn good at collecting but couldn’t provide a policy what I paid covered there paper and printing services yet they couldn’t provide a policy!
