After waiting a whole day for them to perform the service, they did not reach out to us with a phone call, a phone call was made to them and the receptionist promised to call us back within minutes, finally after two hours she calls back, and stated it would take two hours for the wrecker to get there, no phone call back and no wrecker. Very poor professionalism and service, don’t call them, do not recommend them. They should replace the lady who answered the phone, she is the main key to the business, I should take her job.

I called and they provided a better solution than I needed. I was expecting a tow bill but the guy offered to just pull start my truck. He did and the price was fair! My father trucks was brokedown on 83hwy, the hwy patrol call the towing company M&M hook the truck, they move it to the shop in San Juan, Tx around 5 miles. This company asked him to pay another company JJ.S Towing. They took advantage of a handicap man. He paid JJ.S $3500 for 5miles this a totally rip-off. I am writing the review here because M&M is the company who tow the truck, which I have proof. And JJ.S collected the payment.You can report me anyware you want. I will file a report to the TDLR for both companies for malpractice. They refused to explain the charge of $3500 plus they did not provide a proper invoice. They have been calling to delete the review. Reviews are to share the experience with this company so other can be aware of this two companies are collude to rip-off people.

I never thought Id be rating a towing company, but here we are. These guys are great, I had multiple vehicles to tow including an abandoned 40 foot RV that was partially buried in weeds and the crew calmly moved everything using knowledge and learned tricks to solve every problem. If you have towing needs Valetin and his crew will exceed your expectations.

Okay, so I needed to take my broken down SUV home which was 10 miles away from the restaurant it broke down at and they were going to charge me $125, which sounds reasonable, but when I wanted to have to towed a few days later from that same restaurant to my mechanic that was close by (approximately 4.6 miles away, I verified via Google maps), they were going to charge me the same price! Which makes no sense to me because then how is the price decided exactly? Its less than half the distance for the same price which is ridiculous. It seemed really unfair so I went with another towing company in Edinburg called JC Auto which charged me $65 to take it to my mechanic compared to M&M Towing which was $125, was the better deal.
