Really nice apts but people play music at all hours of the day outside in the common areas, do not care if it’s a school night 10pm, 11 pm they do not care. Apt management do not enforce any rules so that apts can remain peaceful and clean. I can’t wait to move. Parties at the pool people drinking beer they don’t care if there is kids present in the middle of the day. I don’t know who’s idea was to design the drive way when you enter the apts but it is so small, a car crashed into me before . I’m dumbfounded by the logic behind that drive way lol .

A new high end apartment complex with internet service in club house, swimming pool, gym and client tailored services. Water utility is included and one must connect light.

Had a great experience at The Heights, rented for one full year and only had to relocate because of work. The management team is super helpful. Any concern or help I needed was tended to in a timely manner. Despite other reviews, I have never had any complaints about noise. I have 3 children and they all loved the community and monthly events held for them by the staff. Great job and a great affordable community with lots of great amenities!

Beautiful place but they have roaches and lots of animals on the property that belong to no one. I would not recommend! And management is very unprofessional!

Appt are located near a canal and get lots of mosquitos, spiders, flying roaches and bugs.. management is very unprofessional and lazy they NEVER have a responce for anything everything is out of their control. WORST PLACE EVER!! Appt are made with cheap material that you can hear everything outside and if you live on the bottom and neighbors on top with kids good luck with that lights and chandelier shake when they are running and good luck with help from management with that. The gate never works properly so its not gated community since management leaves after 5 and they leave the gate open ANYONE CAN COME IN AND OUT after hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!

If youre thinking Im renting an apartment here, be ready, especially if you live near the pool and barbecue area, for, noise noise noise. All hours of the night. Trucks drive through here with radio full blast, and I mean the radios are worth more then the vehicles theyre in. Kids screaming outside your apartment door that dont even live in your complex. Drug deals going on outside your apartment at all hours of the day and night. No place to subject your children to, if you care about them. If your a Christian, a god loving Church going person, as I am, its no place to raise your children. Beer beer beer. All over the barbecue area, as well as a swimming pool. Maybe one third all the residence obeid by the rules. My windshield was smashed because I complain about a woman that was smoking, in a non-smoking establishment, which those apartments are supposed to be, right below me, after I reported her for smoking. It took them 9 months to get her out. Been literally had to rebuild the apartment. Telling me the whole time that there was no smoker living downstairs. Miranda and Raquel the management, will not respect any complaints that you Lodge against anyone or anything as relates to the apartments. Yes I was evicted. I have stage 3 cancer. My liver is destroyed. And I know that when you mention that you have liver cancer right away people think that you are a drunk, or an alcoholic, not true. I got my liver cancer, and I am on a waiting list to get a new one, which I need very soon, I got mine through bad tattoos 30 years ago that were tainted with hepatitis C. Which is a silent killer Im the liver. But never mind that, if you live anywhere near the road way bet goes through the complex or near the barbecue pit or swimming area or even Wisconsin road which leads to the apartments, you will, and I absolutely mean it, when I say that you will absolutely be subject, along with your children to extremely Loud music coming from trash trucks by tenants that do not have any respect for themselves let alone anyone else. Your children could be woke up at any hour during the night. Which is not good if they have to go to school the next day. If your children go to the swimming pool are you barbecue for them at the barbecue area, they will be subjected to music at times that have vulgarity swear words, and non-stop beer parties. So if you want your children subjected to this lifestyle, then this is probably your place. And as for the truck radios, which by the way are against the rules, but it started out with one truck, and then another and another until Each truck is in competition to be louder than the truck before it. At times there is screaming and yelling out on the streets with people that cannot get close to the people that theyre talking to for some reason, received you have to yell at each other from down the block. Do not ever try to Lodge a complaint about anything, whether it be an obnoxious tenant, or wether there is something wrong that needs to be fixed in your apartment. Any complaints about things going on outside of your apartment, will never be addressed, but issues that you have with air conditioning or water or other issues inside your apartment will be addressed, at their leisure. And may I empathise the word leisure. These management persons are extremely unprofessional. They just do not want to get out of that plus seat and office that they sit in. All they do is apply makeup, answer the phone, an issue papers to place at all doors about ridiculous activities that never take place, in the apartment. I can tolerate a lot with all my health issues, and I am for the most part a very happy kind and loving person. But the year and 11 months but I live there, they have practically taking all that away from me. But I am at a new place now where the people are extremely kind, nice, all around beautiful people. I am only glad that with the advice of my doctors and others who saw my health deteriorate in the time that I live there, I was able to get out before they took me out in a box. Is more butt no space

Trashy management kicking us out on December for having a little puppy and supposedly me and my girlfriend are smoking and throwing the buds anywhere & I didn’t even know I smoked until I got a fee of it (sarcasm) but yeah no presents this month yay!😀😀
