Going to be moving to Texas in a couple months. I went with my family to help me scout out some apartments. As it was my first apartment on my mind I did not really know what to look for or ask. Luckily I spoke to an associate there named Ryce, she helped me out with all the odds and ends and explained to me the whole process. She was incredibly helpful and helped my family ease up as I won’t be around them when I move. Incredible customer service.

Been touring a number of places in the area recently after having a bad experience with my previous apartment complex. I came here for a tour and was pleasantly surprised by both the apartments/amenities and the girl who gave me a tour, she was super helpful and was able to answer/put up with all of my questions after Id had a long day of touring other apartments.

I moved into Devon Place in August and have been exceedingly pleased. I teach from home and am in my unit most of the day. Maintenance team is quick to respond and management is very responsive. Units are brand new and in great shape. Love the quiet and respectful atmosphere. Thanks!

I love that I can park my Jeep right in front of my apt. Being that I have a bad back it really helps that there’s a handicap parking close by.

We love the environment here! We were looking for a new apartment and went to a couple places before coming here, and when we met Tammy we felt welcomed since the beginning, we did not think twice and we decided to move in!! It has been the best decision, the amenities, the attention, the apartment by itself, we wouldn’t change it!

I was a resident there and I have to say it was a bad experience. Spiders in the apartment all the time even if pet control drop by. They say pool closes early is a lie people stay there till 2, 3 in the morning. I called cops in two occasion. Manager is very rude!!!!!! She rolls you in at the beginning when youre about sign contract but that is over once your in. On top of all its over price. This place is a JOKE! Good luck to whoever signs with them.

Ive lived here since the property opened and I love it here, the location is perfect, the apartments are spacious, the office and maintenance people are very friendly and attentive.

The staff was very helpful! I appreciate their time and their willingness to help!

Ghetto residents/visitors throw their beer cans, cigarette boxes & medical masks in the hall ways/in front of other resident’s doors! Loud music is played at any time of the day!

Very rude behavior, i called Devon apartment to ask for prices for the one and 2 bed rooms and a Pearson with the name of ammy answered me, i asked her for the prices and she tried to give me high prices that is different from the one post it on their website, when i asked her why is that different she hang up the phone on me, very bad and rude service i believe that she is doing big scam, i tried to call her back again and she never pick up the phone, i do not recommend this place to any one, stay away from those bad peoples.

Terrible place to live, very cheaply made and terrible management wouldnt recommend this place very over priced, for the quality of living.
