If I could give zero stars I would. Went for an oil change and there was just one guy working. He said he could do it but it would take and hour to an hour and a half. Not his fault but that place needs some staff. I went elsewhere.

Mario the manager was awesome! I didnt have to wait at all. He came outside to greet me and guided me. He was multi tasking with other cars and was pleasant to everyone waiting and very efficient. I felt well informed during my service and was pleasantly surprised to not feel oversold on things I didn’t need at that moment. They gave me an upgrade in oil at not cost and the district manager was really helpful!

Obviously it two prices black people price and white people price. This place wanted to charge me a 100.00 plus for a OIL CHANGE on a EFFIN car. When my Girlfriend who is non black got charges a little over 59.00 for a SUV. I will not be back there under any circumstances I just hope they actually put oil in my car and not vegetable oil..

While I can’t say the same for many oil change places nearby, Benjaman, Tre, and Jacob were friendly and knowledgeable. Despite a computer problem, they were able to process my fleet vehicle quickly and set me up with the proper synthetic oil for my car. Nice work guys!

Generally we use another place for oil changes, but I found myself with a little time to kill and the car was in need of an oil change. I was able to drive right up and be in and out within a half an hour. Mario, the manager, was very helpful and courteous. He kept me informed both of my options as well as the updates about what they were doing with my vehicle. I was able to find a coupon online for $15 off and he was happy to accept the coupon. I was very please with the service and the customer service provided.

Stopped in tonight for a over- due oil change. Was greeted by a friendly and professional service person named Rick who provided excellent service. Explained everything well, was fast and yet I didnt feel at all rushed. As a woman I felt respected. Ill definitely be going back.

As a black woman, its not always ez to go into place and be treated respectfully, its truly scary sometimes to ask for help. When I went into jiffy Lube in Edina I had no oil in my van and I was so scared that my van was dead, the men at the store were so kind and very reassuring that it was something ez and it was they filled me up and make sure I had a better grade of oil that would last, due to a small leak I have. Thank you for your kindness!

Had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. Kicked my Sunday morning off with a quick oil change and fluid top off. Mario had me well informed of what was happening with my Forester and in and out within 25 minutes! I was so pleased with my experience that I treated myself to a bacon breakfast Crunchwrap from the neighboring Taco Bell. This then brought me back down to reality, as the wrap was poorly made with the cheese not melted inside. Making it a slightly less positive overall Sunday morning outing, but not because of Jiffy Lube. Thanks Mario!

Here’s how the conversation went:Me: I want to come in to get conventional engine oil for my 2004 Honda AccordAdam: Sure, you can come in, but we recommend you get synthetic engine oil, that is better for your carMe: Thanks, I still would like to get conventional oil, as I always get thatAdam: Car manufacturers keep on changing the recommended oil and now we recommend synthetic for your carMe: I understand, but I would still want to get conventionalAdam: But your car’s engine can seize if you put conventional and you could sue usMe: I am happy to commit that I will not sue youAdam: People say that all the time and if their car’s engine goes bad then they sue usMe: So are you saying you can’t put conventional engine oilAdam: No, we can put it, but your car’s engine can get damagedMe: I am using conventional engine oil from 15 years and if you put conventional engine oil today, my car’s engine will not seize.Adam: It could seize while in the workshop and you could sue usMe: That is fine I will take that risk and not sure youAdam: Even if you come, there are 5 cars ahead of youI am not sure if Adam behaved this way because he has a pressure of selling more Synthetic engine oil and thereby increasing profits or he simply didn’t want to take more work on a Sunday afternoon. Either way, I am not going there again. It’s unfortunate as I live right across the street and wanted this oil change to be successful.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Mo the Manager and Lonnie the tech. My mechanic shop and Chevy dealer both stated they had to remove my bumper or use a special tool under my tire in order to change my light bulb. Quoting me crazy prices. I was so happy I came to Jiffy Lube. They managed to change it out and do my oil change in 45 min or less. I highly recommend working with these great gentlemen. They saved me lots of time, $$ and headaches.

Extremely friendly staff. Very kind. Didn’t try to up sale and gave me good options. I had just been to Valvoline who were trying to sell me extras then refused to give me the oil I requested. We know engines, we know what were doing. I actually left because they refused to honor my wishes. Showed back up to Jiffy Lube and they were respectful and responsive and gave me more options then Valvoline. I had the pleasure of working with Brian J, Thomas W and Richard H.I will definitely be back in 5,000 miles and I wish I had just gone there first but I went for convenience which was a mistake at Valvoline.

Zero stars should be an option for this place. The manager is a total jerk. The techs replaced a light bulb, and in the process they unseated the headlamp, damaging the headlamp adjustment screws- the result is that my headlight shines too high into oncoming traffic and cannot be adjusted to its original place.When I brought the truck back, the tech stood in front of the truck and said It looks even from here, without even turning the lights on, while I was looking at the headlamp, clearly not seated correctly in its place. He was trying to tell me that what I was looking at was indeed something else. This is insanity, and makes less than zero sense. Its like were looking at a tennis ball and he claims, No, it looks like a basketball from here.The tech claimed it wasnt broke, and the manager claimed they didnt break it (by logic, this is admission that it is indeed broken)- the inconsistency is obvious and moronic.I honestly pity these unkempt, grungy, fools. Do not trust them further than you could throw them- you just cant reason with stupidity.Further, the manager referred to me using derogatory insults behind my back; unfortunately, the oaf cant even do THIS correctly, as I am fully aware these comments.To the manager: should you have the literacy to read this, please do yourself a favor and resign before you embarrass yourself further by insulting customers after you damage their vehicles.

These men were thorough in their explanations, extremely polite upon first arrival and are exceptional human beings who care about you. These guys are an example of the finest customer service imaginable!

I stopped at this Jiffy Lube on July 9, 2019 at around 6:40pm. Desperate because my front tire was completely flat. I asked the man in the bay if he could please put air In my tire. And he would not. He told me his hose would not reach. Even though it looked pretty long then he told me I would have to drive in the bay, but said I couldnt because my tire was flat, also he would have to check all my tires . Told me to call a tow truck. He was very rude. I will NEVER come here for any services. I did however go around the corner to good year, met a very friendly and helpful man, who did put air in my tire .

I have been going to this jiffy lube for years and have always had outstanding service. I visited on Tuesday and Mario was my cashier. I absolutely hate getting my oil changed but he was so courteous, kind & efficient it made my day brighter .

As a woman I brought my truck to a jiffy lube and asked for the exact cost of an oil change I was told 42.50 when I went to pay the cost magically changed to 56.00 I refused to pay because I was told one price and the price changed at which time an another customer proceeded to put me down and pay the extra telling me I was inappropriate for not paying the extra. I wanted to speak to the manager but was completely belittled and treated as though I was completely wrong.I will never return to a jiffy lube again. Ive been belittled and degraded enough

Great service & no high-pressure selling of unnecessary services. They even washed the exterior of my car and vacuumed the interior while completing the service in record time. The gentleman went over my options with me without trying to steer me toward the higher-priced services (even though I did get the full synthetic oil change!). I hadnt been to a Jiffy Lube for quite a while. If they are all like this one now, kudos to the company. If not, the company should visit this location to see what extraordinary service that wins loyal customers looks like. Thank you!!

Fast, got the job done, seemed a little expensive but that was probably just me...

This store, and the manager, Mo, was great to me. They drove my car over the open floor when I was nervous to do so myself (I dont know what came over me that day?), without even making fun of me. I have two young kids (who apparently feed the back seats more than their own mouths) and asked if they vacuum as part of the service. They told me the cost and I frugally declined. When I returned to my car, not only did they service everything they normally wouldve, but they also vacuumed it out, for free. Such a small act, and it meant the world. THEN, as if thats not enough, a couple days later, my windshield super fluid appeared to be gone. Which was disappointing since Mo and the Jiffy Lube crew had supposedly refilled it. (And I had been so happy about their service). So I drove back over, drove in (myself this time) and told Mo I had just been in and somehow my washer fluid hadnt been refilled. He felt awful and opened my hood up. My fluid had been filled and I was mistaken. My lines had frozen in the -25 degree weather. I felt sheepish for accusing them of not doing it. And for wasting their time. Mo was so kind and even offered to RainX my windshield while I was there. Anyhow, check them out. Best customer service Ive had in a long time.

Took advantage that I didnt know the type of oil and sold me the most expensive and told me thats what was used last time. Got home to realize that was a lie and that synthetic had never been used in the car.

I’ll been using this Jiffy Lube for years for my vehicles preventative maintenance, and will continue to use them because of the great service I receive. The staff is always extremely friendly and I never feel pressured by them to purchase any add-ons. I’ve also never experienced any issues with my vehicle once the service is completed. I had an excellent experience as a first time customer. I knew I was behind on oil changes and expected to need some extra service. I explained to the staff and was advised they had options for an engine cleaning, why my Toyota should use sythetic blend, and shown my three most advised options. The tech was honest that I didnt need the most expensive oil blend. They did not make me feel pressured or create a sense of being upsold. I told the guys the truth: they were absolute gentlemen!

The service was quick, professional, and everyone I dealt with had a smile on their faces. I worked with Paula at check out and she was such a delight. I would certainly go here again for a quick service.

You should probably think about replacing your tech that crushed my transmission filter and caused all of my transmission fluid to leak out. This is unbelievable... Youre supposed to know how to complete a basic oil change, right? Isnt that your one job??? I was in on 3/5/19, 2002 Saturn.
