5 star for the staff 1 Star for Dr. Lina DaugelaStart with the positives (yes even at 1 star) staff is very pleasant, professional, on point. Nurse was caring and understanding. Everything was decent until the doctor Lina Daugela MD arrived.Ever get the feeling that somebody just wants you to push you out the door before theres any chance that they actually have to do anything? I was in there due to being rear-ended in a collision that had enough Force to lift my truck up in the air and send it into the center divider completely destroying my truck.I was told theres no way that accident could hurt my back every time I tried to turn the conversation to my back and the nerve pain I was having I was dismissed and told that I just have whiplash and a sudden onset of carpal tunnel syndrome Dr. Daugela REFUSED to xray my back, only xray my neck.Very much seems like to me that she spoke to the auto insurance company and they told her what she could do she made sure that I felt incredibly stupid for asking questions and for following up upon my own health.I have since checked with several other doctors and had an MRI which showed that I have herniated disc and that I in fact do have major back damage that she refused to look into.I dont lightly use these words but I feel that I was seen by an insurance company shill Dr. Lina Daugela gave me terrible service improper medical advice and did not even give me the time to find out if I was in fact injured.
I cannot relate with any of the negative reviews. My family is happy and treated well in all regards at Centennial Lakes.
I just called in today. Blood in stool and throwing up brown color. Receptionist did not sound concerned at all. Maybe someone will call me back today or tommorrow she says. Having been a care coordinator myself I think bleeding or signs of it mean you should be seen the same day. Maybe Ill call my insurance nurse line.
I was a bit anxious going into this clinic since Dr. Cozad moved there from Hopkins. It was a bustling place as I am sure everyone is coming out of the woodwork after Covid. The check in was delayed as they only had one person helping, who seemed to be struggling with one check in. As a line began to form, Aaron came out from his office and one other person began to help. So, kudos for noticing. The NA working with Dr. Cozad with Elizabeth. She went above and beyond and out of her way to find a room that that had a bench that had auto height adjustments. This meant kicking up a computer, finding bed roll paper and gowns. This meant the world to me as I fear from falling getting up on the table otherwise. Seriously, in the aging population I am surprised that they arent standard. Well, I was just glad that Elizabeth understood and helped me with a smile on her face.Of course, Dr. Cozad is my favorite, very thorough and explains everything, She is very encouraging. I recommend her and her team.
Trash clinic, I have never had a Dr. call in in all patients. I would at the least expect to be seen by another Dr. at the clinic same day but they couldnt even do that. I scheduled to be seen at again and my appointment never appeared in their system, I went only to be pointed to go to urgent care. Claiming they were closed even though their website states the contrary. Will never go to Allina or recommend to any loved one, maybe recommend to people I dont like but that still seems unfair to them. Again...Trash clinic !!!
Always friendly and treated with respect. Very short wait times. Lab technicians friendly and well trained. My doctor is the best I have ever had.
Used their urgent care which was ok however they can’t help once you leave as they have all temporary doctors. Their primary care is useless for new patients as most of their doctors aren’t accepting new patients. Their online reservations and website are lacking functionality.Overall a waste of time.
Will NOT recommend this clinic at all.. The worst clinic I ever visited.. Avoid this clinic, if possible.
I made a visit for a general check up at this Clinic. The visit turned awkward when I got a bill. The bill was late and not around when my visit took place. The bill was not honest because my general check up/preventative appointment was covered at 100%. I have the top insurance!!! I didnt approve any extra charges and I was not presented with any fees. After weeks of going back and forth and practically got nowhere. I spoke to the clinic manager. She told not to worry and everything was taken care of, and I didnt see a new bill. With months of delay again, my bill was reduced but not everything was accounted for. Transparency is very important otherwise this is not health care. Allina please somehow get it together or present me with a price list as if I am going shopping. Inform me up front, not later using billing gimmicks to maximize profits.
My concern is with the approach and the technique of the Allina Urgent Care- Edina works.A small part of the Crayon was stuck in my 2.5 years sons nose in July 2020, it was visible when I noticed. Somehow, I was unable to take it out due to a small nose. I called Children hospital, MN and they asked me to bring my son to the hospital. To save time and getting quick care, I called Alina Urgent Care(Edina), someone on phone assured me that they have Doctor and tool both available and it will be removed. As Alina Urgent Care(Edina) is across my house I prefer to visit there to avoid 20 miles away from Children’s MN. After all the formalities I waited 30-40 minutes, when Dr. Brent Furomoto checked my son and said he does not have the knowledge and do not have the tool to remove the crayon. However they asked me to go to Children hospital MN. By that time crayon was moved to my sons nasal area above and he is very uncomfortable and keep crying. After that, I took him to the Children’s Hospital, MN. Where crayon was removed by a nurse. My concern is if I would know or be told the time I called that Urgent Care that available doctor doesnt have the knowledge and tool available I would not visit urgent care and directly go to Children’s MN. I would not have that trouble. My expectation was with the visit was to remove the crayon not to know where is the Children’s MN. Now I am running behind them to resolve the billing issues which they send to me. Since last 6-7 months no response.
I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t think that the everyone who works in this building is bad just one doctor. Dr Crispin J. Webb.I wanted to find a new doctor to see as my new primary physician because I moved, and I wanted a doctor closer to where I live. I decided to see Dr Crispin J. Webb. Big mistake. I went to see this doctor because I have scoliosis, pelvic alignment problems and knee and leg alignment problems. I also went to see him because at that time I was having problems hearing and I didn’t know why.Anyway. I go Allina. I get lead to the doctor’s office by a very nice nurse. I wish I remembered her name because she would be a better doctor than Dr Webb was. I tell her the reasons for why I came to the doctor, and she writes them down in her notes. Then the doctor comes in. I tell him the problems that I have been having and the doctor looked at the ears and said that there was a lot of wax in both ears. He asked me if I wanted them drained which I said yes. The nurse came in and drained my ears which is an extremely uncomfortable feeling but at least I could hear again, and she was extremely nice and professional. The only I remember about the nurse was that she had a lot of tattoos.Anyway, after that Dr Webb came back in the office and I again told him what my problems were with my back, pelvis and legs and he asked me what do you want me to do about it?” When I heard that I felt shocked, felt alone (because I came to the doctors appointment without my parents for the first time in my entire life). I think I told him that I wanted the problems fixed. I told him that I saw a physical therapist for these problems many years ago and had physical therapy exercises to do. In the end he simply told me to keep doing my physical therapy exercises.Have you ever been to a doctor and they ask you what do you want me to do about it?” When you tell them the reason you came to the doctor? I would be surprised if anyone who sees this review says yes, because its not something a doctor should ever say to a patient.“What do you want me to do about it? What kind of doctor asks that? I think Dr.” Webb shouldnt be anywhere near a doctors office and should have his doctor license revoked. As I said before the nurse who drained my ears would make a better doctor than Dr Webb.
I love my doctor. Scheduling has been great. However, the Billing Department stinks. I have a claim from 8 months ago that was submitted incorrectly. I have asked several times for them to submit it correctly. The answer I repeatedly get is that they have decided that it is correct and they refuse to do anything for me. They have told me directly multiple times that they will not do anything for me. I thought a providers Billing Department should be looking out for my best interest, but in the case of Allina Clinics this is not true.
I like this clinic a lot. All the staff are friendly and extremely caring. My 17 year old had a reaction to a vaccination and within seconds there were 2 doctors and a nurse by his side. We will definitely be going back to this clinic. Last night I was reading the reviews for this clinic and was a little worried what our appointment would look like today. I realized the minute we walked in the door and checked in that I needlessly worried because of the negative reviews.
I went to this location last week for flu symptoms and chest pain. I was seen right away due to the chest pain. The front desk ladies were very understanding and did not rush me to fill out paper work before being seen, like other places do. I had my 4 year old with me and all the workers were helpful keeping him entertained while I had blood work and xrays done. I even got a call 2 days later asking how I was doing, which I thought was very nice. Thank you for the excellent customer service, I really appreciate it.
There are plenty of other primary care doctors in or around the area, I highly recommend avoiding this one.
New patient not sent forms yet and when called cant get direct office number and they are not at location on website. Was told they are listed as Allina provided but they are not a Allina provider. Wow. Why is this difficult?
The most competent people that I interacted with at this clinic were the receptionists, and they were great. The nurse deleted all of my medications from my file because she got confused about their new system, and added them in one by one. I forwarded medical records from another clinic a few weeks prior to my appointment, and even though I confirmed they would be kept safely until my appointment, they were lost. The provider I saw said shed send a prescription to my pharmacy as soon as she saw the records and to follow up in a week if I didnt hear from her. Once I got home the nurse called to say she was mailing a release of information form, and I needed to sign it, mail it back, and then shed send it to the other clinic to get another copy of my records. I do so, and after not hearing about my prescription I email them a week later and their response was that they sent the prescription and let them know how I feel after I start it. I called my pharmacy, and they had called my provider the previous week to say there was an insurance issue, but they didnt hear back. I relayed that to my provider, who sent another prescription, which I found out was denied after calling my pharmacy. I had to email my provider again and ask her to send an exception. I left a voicemail for the clinic manager and got a call back from her assistant, who said the clinic manager would reach out but never did.TLDR;I have low expectations for healthcare and they didnt even meet those.
Today, I saw Dr. Crispin John Webb for severe back and neck pain. Before he came to the room, the nurse reviewed my medications with me and asked me about my mental health. I answered her questions and she asked me if there were any medications I wanted refilled. I told her, if I had the option, I would like to do so. Once the doctor came into the room and sat down, he asked what my concerns were. I explained to him the severe pain I was experiencing in my neck and back and that I couldnt turn my head in certain directions. When I was done explaining, he completely ignores what I explained to him and says, The nurse tells me you have an issue with one of your medications. I said, No, she asked me if I would like any refills today and I said, Yes, if thats possible. He then went into a rant about how he doesnt prescribe the medication Im asking for because its a controlled substance and then stared at me like I was a lunatic for asking. I explained him that he didnt need to prescribe it, that it had already been prescribed by my primary physician, I just needed a refill. He then, again, went into a long rant of how he just met me today and couldnt do that. I understand if I have to see my normal physician for this, but his demeanor and attitude was terrible. He treated me like I abused a substance and thats all I was in for. The entire visit was awkward and uncomfortable. My boyfriend was with me and stated the same feelings of awkwardness. Dr. Webb seemed bored with my issues and didnt help me at all. His bedside manner was the worst Id ever experienced. I left in tears, being made to feel that my back and neck pain issues were not important. I was not scheduled to discuss anything in regards to my mental health, but I feel like I was forced to defend myself and explain why I take certain medications. My diagnosis was right there in my chart and he completely ignored it. I worry that I will be charged for additional services that I did not go in for and will now have to call the office to explain my situation. I wish I would have done so before I had left the office, but I was in so much pain that I just wanted to get out of there and go home. If you want to avoid being treated like garbage, I recommend Dr. Rosenstein or Dr. Hartmann. They have always been the most caring and amazing doctors at Allina. Unfortunately, neither of them were available for a same day appointment, so I was stuck with a bad doctor. If you want to cry and feel like youre talking to a wall, Dr. Webb is the right one for you.
I have had the same Primary Care Physicians Assistant since 2005. They provide an excellent level of care. Im treated with kindness and a welcoming smile every time I see my primary care person. Quello Clinic has a very friendly staff. They treat all people of different ethnic backgrounds with resect and thoughtfulness. Im very please with utilizing the services this clinic provides.
I was made to wait for 40 minutes even after taking appointment. Seems like there is no concept of appointment and patient are attended on first come first served basis.Nursing staff doesn’t even know how to take blood sample. Had to take blood in three tubes, after inserting second tube needle came out and nurse was inserting that same needle again and again leading to blood flow. Then nurse took a new needle and though there was no blood coming out she inserted the tube and tried sucking the blood leading to serious consequences and I fainted. Had such a horrible experience. Would never suggest anyone to visit this clinic.Inexperienced and ill-trained staff, playing with health of patients and doctor so insensitive that though he was standing outside didn’t come to attend the patient.
Unbelievable. I went in to the urgent care because I was concerned about a lump on my neck and then also wanted a check up because I have been having heavy post nasal drip. The nurse tested me for strep and it came back positive, although i have very little symptoms of strep, no sore throat or anything. When the doctor, Lina Daugela, came in to check me out, nothing she said made sense. It was super uneducated and all things I knew myself or could have easily looked up on google myself, she even brought up google at one point to show me what lymph nodes were (i have no idea why - i know what they are) and proceeded to show me google images but said nothing about them. Didnt seem to say anything about the lump on my neck, pretty much just said its not cancer if thats what youre worried about. I would give my visit 0 stars if i could. And this clinic 0 stars too as I called again today for a question and got more uneducated answers and very rude service.
I just went to this clinic. They made me wait 30 minutes and then told me they cant see me. They are not nice at all to me.
Communication was not great between reception and the nurses and doctors. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with.
Staff in great. Doctors dont care.
Friendly staff and fairly quick service.
Very friendly and quick service
Love this clinic, staff and doctors
My credit card was stolen when I visited here.
Unprofessional staff and doctors
