Ive been using Undercar for the past 3 years for both my cars. I have never had a problem with them. Always honest with me and their work is high quality.

They do a high quality job fast and reasonably priced. They also did a great job communicating with me every step of the way so I always knew what the current status was.

Kevin always does a good job at a fair price. We appreciate him very much.

Ive had great experiences with these guys and for sure I wouldnt trust any one else to look after the familys cars.

We started going to Undercar for just routine oil changes because it is close to my work (walking distance). All the staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. They do a good job of diagnosing issues and helping us prioritize what needs to be fixed and they understand that we are on a tighter budget. They even told us that we should forgo a repair on one of our vehicles because the work would cost more than the value of the car. They could have said nothing and just taken our money, but they did the right thing. Undercar Services has gone above and beyond for us more than once and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fair, reliable car maintenance services.

Mike is very accommodating and fair. No BS, even gave some advice on things I could do to save money. Found my new favorite shop!

Rude over phone and intruputed 3 time-when try to explain what I’m try to say about car and they say not interest and hung up. Owner think I’m sale person which was former customer. Used attend there with good service providing until rude attitude over phone then give them 1 star. Would had five 5 start if better approach than that

After having our van in a shop several times and getting repairs that didnt repair the issue based on it sounds like... we took it into Undercar. They dont guess at the problem, they diagnose and repair it. One $10 sensor plus labor and we had a vehicle that worked like it was supposed to. That was 10 years ago and we continue to take our vehicles to Undercar for all major service needs. Ive always felt like Im getting the straight up honest report on what the vehicle needs. No run around and upsell like Ive experienced with dealers or nationwide chains.

Undercar Services is a joke, they have no Service of any kind, no communication to their customers, no sense of time, and wrongly estimating repair cost. Go anywhere else but here. They were suppose to have my truck serviced within 3 weeks it was simple transmission work, tuneup and alignment. They kept having excuses on why my truck wasnt finished, and in the end had my truck for nearly 3 months. My truck was in better shape and condition before I brought it here. I had to bring it to another auto mechanic to have them redo everything. I got ripped off, and you will to if you go here.

Unquestionably Honest.Undercar services has repaired many vehicles for me for many years. I have had repair shops recommend unnecessary repairs. If Undercar says it needs fixing, I know it really does, and I know it will stay fixed. Last week they diagnosed and repaired an ABS Trouble dash light for less than $80. Thats a very low price for that system full of expensive sensors and modules. It would be easy for a dishonest shop to replace a $200 part, and who would know? But you just dont have to worry with these guys. Highest recommendation.

Always fair prices and very helpful in the those emergency situations.Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
