I had a really great time picking out my wedding gown at Davids Bridal. Jess was my stylist and she was super helpful. She had me and my party pick out a few dresses but also brought a few recommendations of her own. She also helped pick out amazing dresses for my bridesmaids and mom. She was fun and patient as we rummaged all the racks and offered a friendly outside perspective. Im really glad I chose Davids Bridal and had Jess as my stylist. My appointment was stress free and my wedding day was perfect, and she was a major contributor to that!

Loved how our consultant (Airk) was very easy to work with. I was impressed how he really took time ask questions and listened to my daughters answers. She had some favorites but wanted to keep looking, our consultant was able to recognize my daughter was over whelmed and didn’t pressure her to make a decision and gave her a few suggestions to help.

I was disappointed when I found out the dress I found online wasnt going to be available for 3-4 months due to it being with a new line.OTHERWISE our experience was AMAZING!! My future sister in law, her sister and I went to find the dress for her & the bridesmaids dresses for each of us. All 3 of us were able to purchase and take home our dress 💜 definitely crazy, seeing how we all are very picky! Davids Bridal in Eau Claire was a fun, memorable experience and we recommend our guy (forgot his name) 100%

Were on an abbreviated schedule and went to three other bridal shops and none could accommodate to our time schedule! I was helped by Jessi. I went in having no idea what I was looking for, I only had a few ideas. Jessi listened to me and didn’t rush me. She suggested dresses based on styles I liked and in the end I went with a dress she picked out and I love it! She was also a great help when picking out the wedding colors for the groomsmen and bridesmaid. I would 100% recommend, there customer service is amazing.

I have always bought my bridesmaids dresses here, they are affordable and I love that you are able to try on dresses to get fitted for the correct size. the dress comes in quickly and ends up being exact to what I had tried on.This time around, I had a wedding I was in that was delayed due to Covid-19. A year later I tried on the dress and of course it did not fit anymore. Davids Bridal was extremely amazing, they worked with me to make sure I would have the perfect fit just like I was always supposed to have all along.

Airk helped me find my dream wedding dress. He was so helpful and attentive. He made me feel so comfortable. It eased the nerves of trying on dresses knowing they had multiple sizes of the same style dress. At the end of the session he gave everyone credit for the dress we chose and told me he knew from the first time I tried it on that it was my dress. Eric was most helpful. I picked a few dresses I thought would work. He patiently helped by giving fitting tips and suggestions. He noticed which dresses I was leaning toward, then brought one from the rack that I hadn’t considered because I didn’t care for the way it looked on the hanger. I just had the absolute worse experice Ive had in the last two years of planning my wedding. I did not purchase my wedding dress here and Im now extremely happy I didnt. I had my four bridesmaids and my mother in law and my mother buy their dress here and I wish they didnt. I made an appointment to have my dress cleaned and steamed on the phone and upon arriving at Davids Bridal I was informed we dont do that here in an extremely rude manner. I then asked if the alterations person could look at my dress to see if the zipper needed to be replaced and have some small fabric removed from my dress and I was told you can do that yourself. They not only not helpful but extremely rude and unhelpful. Just what every bride wants two weeks before their wedding right! I will never come back here and will be sure to inform other engaged couples to shop elsewear as well.

I had a great experience at this location! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they handle the mask mandate/COVID regulations with ease. I went here to look for a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in a few months. We had to make an appointment beforehand (which is nothing new) and when we got there we got checked in quickly and started searching for dresses. They had a lot of options for bridesmaid dresses and several styles too! When trying on our dresses, the staff gave us their opinions of the dress and any adjustments we could do if we got the dress. I was a little nervous at first, because previously I went prom dress shopping here and paid for a dress that was 300 dollars. Turns out, bridesmaid dresses are usually a fraction of that price at David’s Bridal and so I only paid $130 dollars! Overall this was a great experience and I am glad to have found a dress that suits me!

We had an initial bridal appointment with Martha at this location and were thrilled to have her help and guidance as we figured out the right size and styles of bridal dresses. She was patient and adjusted so well to our changing preferences. Id highly recommend Martha!

I’m giving two stars as I love the dress I found, though I was less than impressed with the service. We were so excited to go pick out bridesmaid dresses and a wedding dress and we’re extremely disappointed with the customer service. Shay was rude and told us I would have to spend at least $500 to find a wedding dress that looked good. I ended up spending under $200. The lady with curly hair and glasses was also unhelpful and passive. Shay brought me dresses that were way out of my price range and didn’t have anything nice to say the whole time we were there. Some enthusiasm would have been nice. Not once did she provide any compliments about how we looked in the dresses.When we picked out dresses she said “okay. so that’s the dress then..” For a day that I want to feel my most beautiful, I left feeling very upset.

I had a great experience at Davids Bridal in Eau Claire! I was looking for a dress for my sons wedding. Abigail was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me find just the right dress. The store was clean and bright. All of the staff were very friendly. I couldnt have had a better experience!

We had an AMAZING time. We were working with Arik and he was fantastic. They double booked him for two groups and he STILL managed to make us feel like we had all his attention. We had six girls of varying ages and shapes and we felt so taken care of while trying to find styles for everyone. Also, David’s Bridal was the only place we could find that would let us all come. Everyone else wanted just the bride, mother of the bride, and one bridesmaid. How do you find dresses like that? You don’t. And David’s Bridal understood that and ensured we would be able to shop AND be safe while having a great time.

Consultant Airk was great! I previously went to another Davids Bridal and had a mediocre experience. I found a dress I really liked but not from the help of the assistant. I was in Eau Claire in a whim and decided to go in and try on my favorite dress and to see if they had some that I favorited online but werent at the other store. They did! I was a walk in but Airk took me on. I tried on more than a few that I expected to and found my dress. Airk was beyond great and patient with me as I tried on a few multiple times. I was alone so he took pictures and accessorized me to the nines. He took the time to explain what I can expect with alterations and showed me a few bustle ideas! Needless to say, I left with my dress! Thank you Airk. You made it the experience I expected the first time around.

I went shopping for a bridesmaid dress and the staff were super helpful and friendly! I had told the operations manager what kinds of dresses I was interested in and she pulled them all for me. She even pulled similar dresses to the ones I liked to compare, and she pulled dresses in the correct color so I could really picture what my dress will look like! There was no pressure to order a dress the day of my appointment, either. I’m very happy with the experience I had!

After trying on a few dresses, the consultant picked out a dress that had all of the aspects of the previous dresses that she liked, but we would have never gravitated toward. It ended up being THE dress, and Abigail even suggested specific alterations that made the dress look even better! We were so happy with the service we received! I went to Davids Bridal in Eau Claire as a last attempt to find a dress I love. I’ve been to countless bridal salons-including two other Davids locations and tried on hundreds of gowns. I had settled on and purchased two dresses. However, with less than a month and a half before my wedding the dress didn’t feel right. What I found at David’s Bridal in Eau Claire was a complete five star experience. Arik was FANTASTIC. He had dresses ready when we arrived, pulled dresses based on what I liked and didn’t like and gave great advice. He was extremely attentive and kept our appointment going seamlessly, even when a bride from an earlier appointment stopped back in. Arik was SO knowledgeable - about everything! There wasn’t a question I had that he didn’t offer helpful suggestions to. He had excellent accessory recommendations and his energy, even at the very end of the night, was incredibly positive, fun and upbeat. At no time did we ever feel rushed or hurried. And I found THE DRESS! Before we left, I had a question on an accessory for my moms dress. Greta and Arik worked together to find what we needed and even offered many suggestions on how to wear or modify the wrap to what my mom is looking for. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for anything wedding or formal related definitely visit the Eau Claire location!

Very friendly customer service both on the phone and in person! They were timely to assist me when I entered the store and I didn’t wait long between transition times. I went for alterations of a bridesmaid dress and it turned out beautiful. Fit much better than before despite only have straps adjusted and hemmed. Store layout was clean and organized.

I came in today looking for my wedding dress, and I had a wonderful time with Airk! He was so helpful and full of compliments, look out! 😁❤️ I am a little self conscious of some areas but he made the experience wonderful and I felt like a princess in everything I tried on! I had the pleasure of having Arik as my assistant. My fiancé actually came with me (not traditional, I know, but it is what works for us!) and my mom was via FaceTime. Arik was the absolute best person to get! Not only was he knowledgeable and kind, but he was honest and hilarious. He was able to answer all of our questions (even the respectable but sometimes annoying mom questions😉) and even pulled out his manager to make sure that he was 100% before giving us an answer on harder questions. I am getting married in less then 3 weeks so we have time sensitive issues and he made sure it worked well within our time frame since I had to order my size in the dress and made sure there were reasonable arrangements in case the dress didn’t fit! Our experience was exceptional and I highly recommend Arik for all your David’s Bridal needs!!

I actually bought my dress at a different David’s bridal location closer to my moms house but got it altered in Eau Claire. I wish I had done everything in Eau Claire because the customer service was much better than the other location I went to. When I got my dress in there was something wrong where it didn’t look the way I was promised it would. I took it into the Eau Claire location and the alterations department fixed it right away for me. Both women I worked with in alterations were very helpful and professional. After one fitting my dress fit perfectly and they made sure that I was totally comfortable in it. My dress is now home and wrapped up so nicely for my big day. They did a great job.
