Ive been to the Eau Claire (Clairemont) location about four times in the last five months. Ive never been disappointed with the level of service. They always have my online orders ready when requested, always answer the phone with a LIVE person within a couple of rings, and the quality of the printouts (in my case blueprints) is excellent. Ive also pre-ordered cut foam board. I highly recommend this store for your copy and supply needs. Ed
