I took my daughter here today at 5:26 pm for her 5:30 pm APPOINTMENT to get her nails done. We just left at 5:50 pm because firstly, we were never greeted by neither of the 2 workers that came to the front of the salon. Secondly, none of them act like they wanted to do my daughter’s nails after she was acknowledged( 12 minutes later) because she doesn’t fit their type of clientele and didn’t want a gel set. I’ve heard this many times about this salon and I haven’t personally experienced it but my daughter has experienced it many times with them before. For example, Monday 9/20/21, when she was told they were booked but I see the man was sitting there on his cell phone. This is definitely horrible customer service and is very inconvenient.

The most unprofessional service I have ever had in my entire life, I would never recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money here, they clearly don’t appreciate their clients and do not take pride in their work. I will personally make sure that this is posted everywhere within Monmouth County!!!

Maybe a fluke - I picked blue Essie nail polish for my toes and within 3 days it was horribly chipped. I think they thinned the polish with acetone.

My wifes go-to place for pedicures. Nice and clean place with friendly enough staff. They have dividers all over the place for protection. Seems like a nice place in the mall.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would but this place is completely unprofessional and their manager Tony is a heartless person!! My cousin and her boyfriend went in for their anniversary to get their toes done, the nail technician Juan(female) was making jokes about my cousins weight( which is something she cannot help due to a health problem)when she called her sister crying and explained what had happen she then asked her sister to call the store in her place because she does have a learning disability and can’t express her feelings in the way some people can and she gets very upset in confrontational situations. The manager continued to tell my cousin sister on the phone that she was wrong and that his employee said she never said that and that he believes her since it’s his employee. So therefore I would not recommend this salon terrible employees and terrible management!!! GO ELSEWHERE!

If i could rate this place -100 i would . I sent my sister and her boyfriend in for a pamper day as a gift and my sister got a woman ( her name was wan) she made jokes of my sisters weight the entire time she was there, when she walked out she called me crying about her horrible experience . I then called the store and asked for the managers number i called him and explained the situation. He then tried to deny his worker ever did any of that when he wasn’t even at the store today he told me to have my sister go in and talk to the women, i explained to him she has a learning disability and cannot go in there and talk to anyone about this and that was why i called . I’m disgusted at the fact the manager argued and hung up on me. What a horrible salon with horrible management. No woman should walk into a salon and be antagonized for her weight. Would never send anyone i know to this salon ever again . HORRIBLE

The manicurist that did my nails did a superb job... I walked on with paper thin nails and walked out with awesome looking nails... Will go back there again... 🙂

Never again I just wanted a full set removal and pedicure....I could barley understand what the man was saying and he cut me 4 times...he rushed my pedicure and was sloppy...he charged me 50 dollars for a terrible job dont waste your time and money...

Today i got the worst gel manicure of my life they put to much layers of nail polish my nails look so fat and ugly i ask for square nails and not even that my nail don’t have any shape at all they didn’t even paint my nail at the sides terrible 😣 if the costumer didn’t get a good service they shouldn’t charge at all.

Danny is amazing he use to be at the downstairs location hes been doing my nails since 1998.This review is for the incompetence of the rest of the staff. They never pick up the phone!! I called to make an appointment 9 times they finally picked up the tenth time. I called last week to make an appointment but Danny was booked, instead of trying to book a different day she just hung up, NOW hes on vacation until August, do you think they told me that? NO!! So annoyed! I wish he would go back downstairs I NEVER had this problem.

Today I walked into the salon to get a gel fill in at around 5pm. The receptionist sat there in front of me at her desk on her phone. She waited a while then asked me if I had an appointment. I told her no I’m a walk in. She said they cannot take me because they have someone coming in soon that needs a gel for fill in and they can’t help me till after 7pm. I told her I can come back.. she said after that I cannot get help. ... Smh

I waited for two hours and they took a customer before me. There was another woman who was there an hour before me too and she got cut by a customer and when she stood up and asked what was going on she gotten treated very rudely. Never coming here again honestly. My nails broke and some started peeling off the next day. Literally the biggest waste of money and time. And im never getting that back

I really like this place. Pricing is reasonable, they take walk ins, and you just feel welcome. Ive never gotten designs done by them so I cant comment on that, but the regular manicures and pedicures come out nice and its relaxing.

I went in for gel manicure and regular feet pedicure. This guy starts using the machine to remove the gel that I had came in on my nails. I’ve been to places were they just file the gel and that method seems to work best because they can measure how close they get to you natural nails. I walked out of here super uncomfortable about the job done. He didn’t remove the gel completely and he did a crappy job with the coloring. He rushed through it! I went to front desk to address the problem and they tried to put me with someone else but after being there for two hours I didn’t have time to stay to start job all over again. I didn’t get a refund for my money. Waist of time and money. Not coming back to this place.

I have continued to go to Nail Pro for a few months now, there are a few people there that are very nice and really do an amazing job. However, with that said there are many workers there that are nasty and not very nice, as a person who has worked in retail for over 6 years I would never act and talk to customers the way some of them do. There is a woman there named Angel who is excellent, and another young gentleman named Lou who does a great job. If it wasnt for them two working there I would no longer go there.

Stopped in to get a regular manicure and not very happy with the results. The lady was flustered, she seemed new which is understandable. However one of the men in the shop kept coming over and yelling at her. The process took over an hour, my nails are crooked and messy.

Loved my nails after they were done. Next day the fall off. Had a wedding to attend. Had to go get them fixed else where. When I came back I called and complained about them. The receptionist did NOT offer to help in any way. Horrible service won’t recommend to anyone. My friends who go here will no longer be customers neither. Such a horrible place !!!!! Will NEVER RETURN UNLESS IM REFUNDED.

If you go to anyone besides ROSE your nails will look horrible and break/crack in a matter of two days. I always have an issue with the guy at table #14. He’s rude, doesn’t pay attention and is lazy when it comes to doing ANY type of shape. My nails are lumpy, and the gel is chipping already. Like I said if you don’t go to Rose, expect disappointment.

I will never go back here again. I always get my face waxed and I usually go to one person at a different nail salon but she is away on vacation. I was waiting at the mall for my phone to be fixed so I figured I can just get it done at this place. The girl that waxed my chin burned my skin off. She pulled it the wrong way and on top of that she waxed the same spot twice. It’s burning and very uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend anyone to get waxed at this place.

I got cut. The nail guy wasnt focused the whole time. He kept looking around. My nails look horrible. Some of them are too long and my thumb is so short. Never coming back. Do not reccomend.

I took my mother down the shore for mothers day and while we were shopping we decided to get our nails done here. To say the least this place was BY FAR the worst nail salon we have ever been too. We got manicures and pedicures and the staff was very rude, sloppy, and lazy. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICES. It is a waste of good money on mediocre work. My mother was so upset her manicure was already chipped and broken by the end of the day

I got charged an extra $15 for a removal. When I went back to ask why they had told me that I had also got a manicure. Never did I ask for a manicure. Julia, the woman that did my nails, asked if I wanted them cut and usually they don’t charge but apparently they didn’t ask if I wanted a manicure and just gave it to me anyway. On my receipt, it only has nail removal on it. I want my money back.

Very upset with what happened. Woman did a terrible job of waxing my eyebrows and my face. Now im covered in painful blisters/pimples. They tell me it happens. I ask what they use after. Its oil!!!. WTH. Now I look rediculous and in alot of pain.

The staff was very nice but I was very disappointed. Now I understand why they are cheaper than most places. The lady that worked on my nails did not care about quality whatsoever. A simple task of making sure that my nails were trimmed to the same length was too much to ask for. When she was working on my cuticles my finger started bleeding and she didnt apologize or anything. She took nail polish remover and put it on top to cover up the bleeding which hurt obviously. I understand people make mistakes but you can say something or bring a bandaid to make it better. I think that she did not care about the work she was doing because she was Skyping somebody the entire time she was working on my nails. She put earbuds in and just talked to them while working. Its very disappointing that I wasted my money on something that I could have done at home while spending my time and doing a better job. It should be about quality not quantity.

This place was HORRIFIC, I was having a bad week and decided to get my nails to make me feel better only for the guy doing my nails make finger bleed! not only did he end up making my nails bleed he made them crooked and said it was my actual finger that was crooked, another thing is when I asked him to make them shorter he caught an attitude, I still tipped to try and be nice. I cam back the next day in hope of them fixing it because I trusted them the same guy was doing my nails and made some snarky comment as to why I came to them shorter, on top of that they made me pay $5 to fix them. The guy made my finger bleed even more as well as made more of my fingers crooked. I asked for my money back (witch I have NEVER done because I hate confrontation and try to be as nice as possible especially to people who do a service to the community) but I asked for my money back because of the pain my fingers were in and how bad they looked they laughed at me and talked about me in whatever language they speak. The boss/manages aver was rude and so was the guy PLEASE nobody go here I have never wrote a a bad review on any site no matter how unstaisfied I was with any service but this was just HOTRIFIC!

I usually always go here but they really mad me mad today! I asked for a specific design they couldnt do it. My pedicure was horrid. Didnt do my cuticles right. Always make me bleed whether its my toe or finger! So aggravated.

Got a fill for my nails and it barely lasted a week! Sloppy...but will give 2 star as the people were pleasant and that means a lot to me...

Very dissatisfied. I got my acrylic tips removed and ended up with a cracked, bleeding nail. My gel manicure lasted 24 hours before chipping. Overpriced & not recommended
