I was sent to this Salon on the recommendation of my daughter who has been going here for quite a long time, she also gave me the name of the manicurist that I should see since I get Acrylic fills and this person does her step daughter all the time. My issue is not so much with my Manicurist but with the fact that at my last appointment I was charged $3 because my nails were trimmed !! Bad enough they just increased their prices and it now costs me $10 more to get a French acrylic fill but you are going to CHARGE for trimming my nails ?? Is that NOT what is involved in a manicure ?? Plus I was NOT told this was an up charge either. I asked around and NOBODY is charging for this. I would have stayed here, because my nails are always beautiful, they do not chip or peel or need to be redone, but the HUGE price increase and this Ridiculous charge for trimming my nails just has me seriously annoyed. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere now.

Worst salon ever. I walked in for my 1:45 appointment and didn’t get seated until 2:00. I asked for a French ombré. THEY LOOK HORRIBLE. To make things worse, I went to go pay and she said $45- an extra $15 for ombré!!!! Are you kidding? Aren’t you supposed to tell the customer the extra charge first. I was in shock I had no idea. I will never go back.

I like this place. Some of the nail techs are better than others. They work quickly though. I go for basic things nothing fancy. I am a repeat customer though which says they are good!

I thoroughly enjoyed my green tea spa pedicure. This was my first time there. Everyone was pleasant and it was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend. ❤

Absolutely horrible customer service! ( Elaina) at the front desk and the manager ( Nicky ) had my eyebrows botched twice, after the second time they were unable to fix and unable to help and did not care! Was told there was nothing they could do now stuck with uneven differently shaped eyebrows after I showed the second lady a picture she told me she could fix she made them worse. They basically told me it was too bad nobody here could fix them for me. Would never go here again. Definitely don’t recommend

Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and the pedicure took forever. There were people that sat down after me and they were done before me. Not to mention I had two different people during it, so unprofessional. Then for the manicure I had ANOTHER person do it and it took 10 mins, it was so rushed that I didn’t even get the full manicure and left with gel paint on the side of my nails. Worst experience never coming back.

First time client and my stylist Michael was great and my hair came out just right. My cousin had Anthony and she was very happy.

I’ve been going her for a few months and there was one technician named Anna who was actually good but she quit and now I’m regretting still going. The nail tech I had this weekend was rushing and made many mistakes I let a lot of them slide because it was busy so I understand the rush. But she messed upSimple things like painting the nails and she changed the shape from what I originally had. Absolutely disappointed.

The first time I used this salon was for a normal Gel Manicure. Amy took her time and they came out very good. Only lasted about a week but I was not too concerned considering I wanted them done again anyway for my Halloween costume. The second time I went I got a full set gel manicure. This is where I am mad. I got a complete gel set that was $45 and than they charged $12 for a simple design that I could have done myself at home. That was Tuesday. Come Saturday two of my nails were already falling off and I had to go to the store and get glue to keep them from coming off. It is now Monday and the paint is chipping off of multiple nails and they look horrible. I’ve never had a worse quality set before. Totally not worth the money. $57 for nails that didn’t even last a week. My last time going here.

I have been coming to beyond for a year. I just came in for a gel fill I was charged for services, such as a repair and a cut down, which I’ve never been charged for before. I don’t mind paying for these services, but it’s not consistent and that is not fair for the costumer.

I’m here every 8 days or in today’s case I was here on Sunday. My nails were cracking down the middle after 3 days!!!! I called and I asked for replacement for 6 nails I explained that they were cracked or on the verge of coming right off. I was still charged $45? The girl had the NERVE to come to the tech and speak in another language then proceeded to ask me “i thought you said one nail” no I did NOT say one nail, but maybe if you listened when your customers call and don’t ask them to hold on a second every few minutes you would have understood. Very very very unprofessional. Disappointing after years of coming here. If you want to replace your nails often, come on in.

They use to have better customer service, but off late the general attitude of the employees has been very callous. The energy has been very sad.I ignored it the first few times but this time I almost got an eye roll from the guy who was doing my pedicure, and that was it for me.A nail salon is a nail salon, but what sets it apart is the customer service.I have gone here for almost 5 yrs, and I am not going back there anymore.

The blowouts are amazing and for a good price!! The last blowout I got from Neil lasted 3-4 days and he did exactly what I explained!

I could not communicate the haircut that I wanted. They did exactly the opposite of what I asked. I told him full on the sides I got short on the sides.

Went and got my nails and toes done, I had an 11 o clock appointment arrived 15 minutes early and did not leave until 1:45. You think that would mean they took their time and did a good job. Today is a week and my nails are all chipping and lifting. They cut me multiple times with the drill. I got an extremely light color (I was going to a wedding) and you can see the previous color that was on my nails not tips on multiple nails. Besides the stress of them switching between two different technicians back and forth it was a horrible experience and not worth the money!

The people here are very nice but as far as nails go ... depending on who you get .. majority do not do so well ... I went and ( should ) have gotten a refill acrylic set *as I asked * . Woman tells me to come in at a certain time .. I do ..& she Just paints over my nails ( very bad job ...) didn’t do as I asked ... because apparently she was “busy ..” which isn’t my problem ... so I go back 2 days later to see if I could get them fixed & they charged me THIRTY dollars .. which wasn’t right because I shouldn’t have to pay AGAIN just because she was in a rush and didn’t do them correctly !!! I found that to be very unfair and unprofessional.. oh may I add .. the nails I got redone.. the design fell off ... I’d say they’re amazing at eyebrows but as far as nails and lashes go .. A no ! I’d never go back ...

I was apprehensive at first, but was extremely happy with the service... I came a second time to this establishment and got a male to service my nails and he was also excellent... I believe that they are all good there at what they do... Not much in communication skills, but awesome in there services...

As I always get Gel polish on my toes every summer, I am very familiar with the quality and the time frame that the Gel lasts many weeks. After the quarantine, I wanted to get my toes done and since a friend recommended them I made a appointment. I got white Gel and in 5 days every toe was lifting and chipping, I was extremely frustrated so i decided to contact the salon to see if they could fix it. They told me they would fix a few toes but if i wanted all of them re done i had to pay an extra cost, which I thought was unacceptable since all of them were messed up. When I went back as I had no choice because i wanted my toes done I had to pay an additional price to get them done. I am extremely disappointed with the service/quality and i would not recommend going there as they were aware there was new workers that could or possibly did something wrong as far as applying the gel and still did not take care of my issue !!

My family and I have all come here since it opened for our nails, but after my sister’s recent negative experience with her manicurist, none of us will be back. We have already been on the fence about returning since the quality of their services has been steadily declining (my acrylics break after 2 days, their dip manicures chip the same day), but today her manicurist was blatantly rude and unprofessional toward her. The mediocre-at-best service we receive here isn’t worth the poor treatment.

Do not go here!! I tried to get an ombré on my nails and it came out horrible. Nothing like the picture. Then when I got it redone all my nails chipped in one day.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at my last appointment. The front desk lady was very nasty to me when I entered for my appointment. This was the first time I had been to the salon since before the pandemic so I wasn’t aware of the new protocols of sanitizing your hand & taking your temperature, nothing was mentioned to me Over the phone either when I initially made the appointment. Anyhow, the front desk lady raised her voice & spoke in a very unprofessional manner multiple times to me. It was embarrassing & as mentioned before super unprofessional to be screamed at. To top it off I paid 27 dollars for a pedicure that lasted all of about 20 minutes. the pedicure was very rushed & it seemed like she wasn’t even trying.

The receptionists are always friendly. You dont have to wait long whether you have an appointment or are a walk-in. The techs give a small few minute massage while your nails dry. I dont like the fact that some of the techs dont really understand English, especially when Im trying to tell them exactly what I want. I also dont like the fact that the techs Ive had dont seem very creative with nail designs. If you want something basic or a glitter nail or two, theyre good for that.

I had a woman named Lee. She was excellent. She did my pedicure, eyebrows, and acrylic tips. She did an amazing job and she takes her work seriously. She took her time and it was all perfect! I loved that we werent rushed out of chairs. My only complaint is we booked a bridal party for 6:30. They still had non guest customers comimg in for service although we had about 10 of us. Still the visit was pleasant and I will be returning

Beyond Nails is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The décor offers a modern look and luxury atmosphere with multiple TVs around the pedicure and gel manicure bar. Each pedicure station is nicely separated so you feel like youre not overcrowded. There is a hair salon off to one section and acrylic tips are done in a separate section. Always clean and a pleasure to the eye with a fish tank by the reception area. The salon is FULLY STAFFED at all times. Other salons have 3 nail techs and make you wait even when you have an appointment. This salon has NEVER made me wait whether I had an appointment or just walked in. Emily, my nail tech, is always accommodating and a pleasure to see each time. Yen, the manager, is always receptive to my questions and my nail needs. I have broken nails, changed nail type from acrylic to gel to dip powder, and I have even requested finishing designs with stones or specialty chrome polishes. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I like their Cash Card Reward Program. Their great customer service, clean trendy salon and nail tech skills are the reason why I return.

I really wanted to like this place. When we walked in, the decor is very modern and the nail bar is a great layout. The receptionist was super friendly. Our nail techs were nice enough but the quality just wasn’t there. They cut toenails way too short and gel nail polish was applied far too heavy, one set almost looks like acrylic thickness. The UV/LED lights were only partially working so they were improvising. Overall, just disappointing.

I have been going to beyond for a couple years now and I’ve loved my nails when Kelly or Gigi do them but i made an appointment with my sister to get our nails done and another lady did her nails. She didn’t get what i made an appointment for and charged extra for not what i wanted in the first place and her nails were gloppy and bubbly the French was smudged and everywhere it just didn’t look good and they costed a fortune. But i was able to sort it out and get them fixed by Gigi and she did a wonderful job. I highly recommend my trusted technicians just not everybody is on the same level.

I had Zhu Zhu and she was fantastic. I highly recommend. She did a spider web French manicure on me and it was perfection. She also gives an amazing pedicure and doesn’t rush. She is very attentive and wants to give you the best possible experience. I’ve been trying to find a nail salon I feel comfortable at and have been hopping from place to place but now I know I will be coming back here every time I get my nails done. Thank you!

We love Yomi. She has been doing my daughters nails for over a year now. She does such a great job every time. Most places rush because she is a child but not Yomi. She takes her time and always does a super cute design for her. She does my nails as well and always does great. I have had my nails done by many other nail techs there and have never been disappointed!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. Never had a bad experience. They work with you and make sure you are always satisfied with your service. Ask for Gigi shes the best. But you will not be disappointed no matter who you get!

Save your money, go somewhere else. The lady was literally on top of me, making me very uncomfortable and invading every ounce of my personal space, pushing me out of the way to get colors she thought I would like (instead of just giving me a few minutes to look and pick my own color), that’s the first thing. Throughout the manicure she was cutting at my cuticles so much that it hurt, instead of pushing them back which is not good. After getting my manicure, I looked at it in the daylight and there was all sorts of globs of polish touching my cuticle and skin that later like peeled off. Then, after a week, my gel has already peeled off on one finger!

Hellen is the best. I got a powder gel manicure and she did a fantastic job. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep as she was doing my nails. The color selection they have is amazing and the place is super clean. I just recently moved but my mother-in-law has been going to this place forever. So happy I have a great new nail place.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I had the best service for me and my wife ! She had Yomi do an Acrylic Full Set/ Pedicure and I had a men’s manicure and pedicure. Tony was very good with my ingrown toes and Amy provided a very enjoyable manicure ! I would 200% recommend going here !

Delighted to find a place I can count on for a quality manicure. Ive used a number of different technicians here and have had a consistently positive experience with gel manicure and pedicures. They always look great and last (gel manicures easily last 2+ weeks). The shoulder massage while drying is a lovely bonus.

I had to write this review after my wedding happened. I had never felt as uncomfortable as in this room. Last Saturday I went to this salon to do my gel nails (manicure) and pedicure. The girl who looked after me did not do much with her. They have a watch to be a minimum of time cleaning your nails and masajeandote. She barely cleaned my nails and spent most of the time massaging my feet that reached the point that hurt me, (I do not clean my nails well). She also started making me a manicure, I have to say it was the worst experience I could have. The girl was looking forward to finishing soon. And everything was fast. I told the local manager that it was my wedding the next day that I wanted what I had in a photo and if they knew how to do it, she very convinced me she said yes. The girl who was taking care of me had never done it and was practicing with me !! I leave the nails of a hand very badly done that I decided to tell the manager, who told me they would change it. This time I was attended by another girl, who seemed very bad-tempered, and I asked her to do the same to me with the hand I had liked. She invented something else that I had not asked for, and she almost told me screaming and angry that I would respond already if I liked it because I had a client waiting. I had not asked for that, I had asked them to put what I had in my hand that I had liked. I felt a little uncomfortable and I said yes. Then I change the two hands. But I thought I would never go back to that place again. Not only for the bad attention, but the bitter drink that I passed. The room is very nice, but what good is that, if later the attention is horrible.

Today was my first experience at Beyond Salon and Nails, and it was glorious! I went in, with no appointment and tried their Spa Pedicure. I waited about 5 minutes, and the receptionist started my water while I chose a color. They had a huge assortment to choose from! The place is huge! The layout is fun and modern, allowing for a lot of people to be serviced and there were a lot of staff for a Wednesday afternoon! I had Fanny, and she was fabulous! I’ll definitely be going back, they have so many pedicure treatments to choose from! They also have an ATM on site, which is great when you want to give cash as a tip! Thank you!

Took an hour and a half to get a fill. The original color I wanted they said was $15 extra per finger. They promised to do something very similar with another color and some glitter for much cheaper. End result was nothing even remotely close to what I originally wanted. I asked her not to make them sharp and she didn’t listen. Left very unhappy, won’t go back here, don’t recommend.

Today, I went to Beyond Salon and Nails and was disappointed. Im normally a repeat customer with my family and pretty content with the service I have gotten in the past. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for a gel manicure. When I went in to Beyond Nails, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. But the problem is the communication between the receptionist and manicurist is lackluster and nonexistent. Instead of getting the gel manicure I was scheduled for, I received a regular manicure and my manicurist was very sluggish and aloof during the whole time. Even before hand she was corrected that it wasnt a regular manicure, it was gel. She seemed uninterested in giving me the gel manicure and was set on giving me a regular manicure. Im very disappointed and will now be finding another nail salon that can give the proper type of/requested manicures to their clients.

This is definitely the best place to get a Manicure or pedicure. I love you guys, truly Life changing 😇😇😇

This is my wifes favorite place. We went and had pedicures done. They spend a good deal of time on you whether you are male or female. My wife opted for the spa Pedicure for us. They go through a few procedures and your feet and legs feel great afterwards. This is not the cheapest place to go, but you really get what you pay for. I would recommend this for any guy. You should get a pedicure and is more important as you get older.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had in this salon! Just a little bit of background, it took me FOREVER to trust a hair stylist after a bad experience I had awhile ago. And I had made a decision that I wanted to cut off my hair (which was extremely long), to above my shoulders and I needed color badly. Needless to say, I was very nervous for many reasons, but from recommendations from friends, I chose to make my appointment with Chelsea (who works here). She took her time with me, while I showed her photos of what I wanted, and she explained what would work best for me. She was super patient because she knew I was extremely nervous as well, which meant the world to me! She also discussed my concerns with me in terms of how much time I had to style my hair, etc. She took her time with the cut and choosing the color, and made sure it was everything I had asked for. When all was said and done, I had EXACTLY what I wanted! It is soooo refreshing to have a hair stylist listen to what I asked for, and to get the cut I actually wanted! I had never had a better cut in my life, and for once, I felt completely satisfied with the result! Although I have been to high-end salons in the past, I have never encountered a stylist that was so compassionate and professional with the whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend her to ANYONE looking to get gorgeous hair cut and color!

My new favorite nail salon. Its always clean and tidy and everyone is very friendly. Prices are fair (you feel like theyre paying everyone a living wage) and theres a frequent shopper card when you pay cash. My gels always last 2+ weeks.

If i could give a negative amount of stars I would! Thats how horrible it is there!! I have been going now for a long time for hair and nails and today I went for a manicure for a very special trip and I needed a design on one finger. it was a simple request, just a flower and yet they couldnt accommodate me and then they had the audacity to do a design that did not look anything like a flower!!!!! And no one speaks English to you its terrible and it is very challenging to communicate anything!!! DO NOT GO THERE EVER!

So disappointed in this salon. i came two weeks ago, got gel tips in which they were not filed right and they looked huge, let it go as it is not the end of the world and just went in yesterday to get them filled, they came out alright but i was charged $40 and the website says gel fill is $30. i didnt get anything special or french, just regular gel polish. very disappointed in their business, every single person in that salon is very cold and not welcoming and the entire time im there i feel as if they just want your money and to get out asap. definitely will not be going back after this.

Been here a few times cant say that Im impressed. The last time I came here I got a pedicure. The lady that did my feet didnt put enough effort into my pedicure. I looked around and saw other people getting thorough services and I became annoyed. My feet arent crusty and dont need any extra work..do I think for the price I should have gotten a nice massage like everyone else.

This has been my go to salon for the past 5 years. It’s a bigger salon so they generally have openings available when I call to schedule the day before or day of for a pedicure/powder manicure. They also do hair there, but I can’t speak on that.

Omg I just walked in to get the gel removed from my nails, to go back to natural. She immediately started trying to pick the gel off the top of my nails with nail clippers and made me bleed within 30 seconds. Every time Ive gotten a gel fill theyre able to send them off Im not sure why she was picking at them. I was in and out in 2 seconds

Terrible experience. I went to get dip powder and Kelly ended up doing my nails. She was very aggressive the entire time, yanking my hands towards her and viciously filing my nails. All of my fingers are red and sore, not to mention the fact that she made three of my fingers bleed and didnt seem to care. She was also not paying very close attention while using the electric filer and to put it simply filed my skin rather than my nails the majority of the time. Will NEVER be back.

I was very excited to get my nails done there and thought this was going to be my favorite spot however my gel nail tip broke and some jewels fell off the SAME day and they charged me for a fix which I was a shocked since other places fix it for free if it breaks the same day or even next. I will not be returning.

I used to throughly enjoy coming here for both manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, I can no longer say the same. I visited last week with a friend, and Helen, who attended to my friend was making disgusted faces at my friend’s nails. Not only did she ignore what we were saying, but she only spent about 10 minutes on that manicure. You pay for your service and hospitality, and that was definitely the last time that I will give money to this facility. Deeply disappointed and inconvenienced by this experience.

This place is great!! It was recommended to me by a co worker so I had my nails done by the owner and got a gel fill with a really fun design. I asked for him 3 weeks later because it was so great and unfortunately he had a family emergency which I understand being a fully booked hairdresser myself it can be tough. They had someone different do my nails right away and being a little hesitant I ended up pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with how KiKi did my nails. They look flawless! Its nice to know you can trust more than one person .. The place is very clean and sanitary quick and efficient ! Thank you beyond nails : )

The young lady at the front desk saw my stress....and asked Cindy if she could do a quick polish change, which she graciously agreed to do....Great polish change, in 15 minutes. This salon used to be my favorite. The last two times that I have gone for a pedicure, I have been very disappointed. The pedicure took all of 15 minutes, she didnt cut my nails properly, and the nail polish came off so quickly. So very disappointed. I will be getting my pedicure elsewhere.

Save your money!! This place literally used to be the best when it first opened. I was so excited that we finally had a great nail place in this area, I used to recommend it to everyone and bring friends here. Over the last 2 years it reallyyyy went downhill. The service is poor, quality poor, and they raised prices which are undeserving of the service given. The staff is plain RUDE. Not the front desk, they are always very nice. But the nail staff is rude, almost as if the guests are inconveniencing THEM. I never judge a place if I have 1 bad experience. I always give another shot. I gave it about 4 bad times then stopped going last year. Tonight this was the only place that had last minute appointments so I took it being that its been awhile since I went so I thought things probably got better. I got there for my appointment at 630 for basic mani pedi. They close at 730 so an hour should have been plenty. I waited. At 6:50 they sat me in the pedicure chair. Apparently I had to get my manicure and pedicure simultaneously. That was extremely UNRELAXING. Which the whole point of going was to relax after being sick for a few days. The manicure girl was rude and the pedicure girl seemed inexperienced. I wanted no lotion, no massage just extra time with the purple exfoliator and the scrubbing stuff and she had no clue I guess and spent 30 seconds with the exfoliating stuff and the purple pad was worn down to the thinnest piece which was gross. She proceeded to dump half the bottle of lotion on my legs and slop it around for a few minutes, no timer set as they usually do. 25 minutes later at 7:15 both my nails and feet were done... 25 minutes?! Thats not relaxing. So Im sitting there annoyed letting my nails dry in the station and the whole staff is sweeping around me. Literally SIX minutes later the woman hands me my purse and says bye. She told me time to go. It was 7:21. They werent closing for 10 more minutes, there were still 2 ladies getting nails done. There are signs all over saying let your nails dry for 10 to 15 minutes to ensure they are really dry because we dont give refunds or redo on regular nail polish. But after SIX minutes I was literally told to leave and asked for my tip money. This was an insane 30 minute experience. I will be calling in the morning for my refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They are so nice here I really love Kim doing my nails I truly recommend her she’s really good at what she does the stuff is amazing there so kind and so warm hearted and truly welcoming

Rush rush get the job done like an asembly line not my style nor is the customer service. Would never return. Btw charged me full price for my 10 year old daughter cause I didn’t tell them she should be charged as a child b4 we sat down. Like really my 10 year old is tiny looks her age. Never again

This place was my favorite in the beginning. Jerry was awesome. But after he left no one had great customer service and skill to match. Let me explain most here are very nice. The massage is what kept me coming despite them ruining my nails. But when the attitude and inconsistencies started happening I began to speak up. One woman was literally scheduled to take off my nails before doing my daughters nails. She flat out refused and was nasty. This place was so bad from October to December I came weekly to fix what they messed up. I paid everytime. I received gift cards from my family for my Anniversary and had to waste them because they couldnt do my nails right. The front desk staff was really trying to help me. Gigi is by far the best. I would have kept coming except she was always in a Rush. Flat out told me shes lazy and doesnt like to do pedicures so dont ask. Lied to me over her ability to do designs. Stating she only does lines. Lie I follow the salon page. The straw was 2x she didnt do the massage. Lisa is my favorite great customer service and massage. Here is what this place seems to be good at. Gel manicures, Gel nails. Thats it. As a long time Acrylic with Gel Polish person they just cant match any salon in area for skill. You would think the manager would have reached out about it. I am done. My daughters, neices, friends gave up on them a long time ago. I should have followed long before my own nails were ruined. Lesson learned.

Very pricey, horrible customer service. I never write reviews but this I could not hold back. I Went there for the first time ever and brought my mom, my nails came out fine but my mothers did not they could not understand what she wanted and when she tried to explain they told her they didnt have those colors (gold and a light pink) she opted to go with there idea and as she was getting her nails done she told the girl she did not like the way it was coming out and to please stop which in return the girl told her its fine shell like it when its done...... of course when it was done my mom still didnt like it....... I then found the correct gold (that they said they didnt have) and the pink that she was looking for (which they had put on her toes but told her they didnt have that color in gel for her nails (a standard light pink)) my mom then asked for her nails to be redone and the ladies at the front desk somehow talked her into a French manicure and made the same nail tech who just ruined her nails the first time redo it (with an attitude) they then proceeded to charge my mom more money because they said she now got the French. The customer service was horrible and no one cared enough to make the situation right. My mother wouldnt have cared so much about her nails if she wasnt getting them done for her sons wedding.

I have been to Beyond about 6 times for either a manicure or mani/pedi and have had excellent experiences each time. Amber has done my nails and the classic manicure has lasted a week-better than any I have had anywhere else.The price is right and my nails look great.

I went there last Thursday and today all my nails have popped off very very angry that I spent money at this place will never go back again! Also my mother got her nails painting and not even two days later they chipped and looked horrible would never recommend this to anyone!!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I went in ealier and showed a picture of nails that had each a different color polish. Simple enough and they told me in the front it would be 50 dollars which I thought was fair (gel fill) The nail tech got the colors and this other lady walked over to me with the nastiest attitude saying ‘You cant do that here!’ ect and wanted to charge a extra five PER NAIL to paint them different colors. It would be 100 dollars to get each nail a different coloe . Not only that is a rip off the staff is Incredibly rude! Terrible customer service, and i left upset. I went with my whole family for a family trip tomorrow and this place was the wrong place to spend my money. I would never recommend this place and will advise everyone i know to stay away. I shouldn’t of even let them do my nails, the people who work here don’t deserve my money for how they treated me, spoke to me and made me feel .The nail tech was okay at best! Spend your money somewhere else

Went here for the first time today to get a Dip Powder Manicure and I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else to get my nails done. Excellent service and the place is extremely clean!!

I went to this salon for a haircut and I noticed how the hairstylists used the same brush from the previous client and we have two different hair colors, I found that to be gruesome. I did ask him if I could have a clean brush and he replied saying it was clean with a smirk. Its like a factory there, youre just a number, its all about being rushed. Pure CHAOS!

I had been here quite a few times in the past to get my hair done and always had an excellent experience, but went in this past weekend to get a mani/pedi for the first time. also had my mom tag along for a pedi and a gel fill. not only were they able to get us both in at the same time, but we were blown away by the level of service! My nails were cleaned efficiently and trimmed exactly the way I would do them myself, and here I am, 3 days later w/ regular polish and havent had a single chip (Im on a pc all day and type A LOT). on top of regular service, we were both given calf massages, foot rubs, hand rubs, AND a shoulder rub at the end while our nails were drying. everyone, manager included, was SUPER friendly and helpful, answering all my moms questions about available services (because she, like me, will definitely be returning in the future). I wish I could give more than 5 stars because our experience was beyond what we could have expected. Keep up the good service!!

Salon was nice, clean and organized. Service was quick and I had no complaints.

I am so disappointed in my first experience here! I can see that they do some good work, but I got the girl that didnt care. I was so excited to get a pedicure for the first time this summer. Im on my feet all day for work and have been working so much these past few months. I went with 2 other people and watched what they were having done compared to mine. She was so much more concerned with talking to the other girls and just skated by on my feet. I didnt get a foot massage, she just rubbed the same spot on my leg for 5 mins. She didnt scrape my heels, and she managed to finish me 4 mins before the people I came with even though she started 5 mins later than they did. I dont have nasty feet at all, so there was no reason for her to do that. Not worth the $27+tip at all!!!!
