My friend Alexa recommended “I Love Nails” and I am so glad she did!I’m extremely picky with my nails and I have been searching for a nail salon that does gel nails and Nail art well and this is my place!Mimi, Billy and Kim are all AMAZING!!! And always take care of me! the rest of the staff is so kind and friendly as well!I can finally have my dream nails all the time!Highly recommend!!!!!

THE WORST NAIL SALON! RUDE, NASTY, NAILS FALL OFF 4 days after fill!! I have given this place so many chances. Every time i get a fill it’s $100, they (billy, kim or kim’s husband) complain about having to do designs which they can not even do!! I pay so much extra money to give them my business for simple designs and they are nasty about it telling me they can’t do it! Also They have no clean rhinestones or any proper equipment to do nails!! I PAID $100 and 4 DAYS LATER ALL MY NAILS WERE LIFTING AND CAME OFF! BILLY IS TERRIBLE. my usual nail salon was booked and i was desperate so i went here. i had to get them all fixed and the other salon how terrible my nails were. $100 down the drain!! I went back and asked Billy to fix his awful terrible job on my nails and he said he would crazy glue them!!!! Not even repair them! I have crazy glue at home what i wanted was a repair or my money back they refused! They also are very nasty talk badly to customers and Billy even cursed and had the audacity to make a nasty comment about my appearance. He is in no position to talk about anyone considering the way he looks. This place is DISGUSTING! do not give them your business you will regret it! SO so so unprofessional and HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Sooo, I gave this business a few chances I’m not one to complain either, the good reviews to me Are bogus. Well billy messed up my nails the first time, left them so messed up and I already sent copies to BBB now, I pay more for a gel instead of acrylic which i just got done last week one week and I already need another fill the nail fell off 4 days after I got it on. Color is chipped completely how do I need a fill after one week? Definitely won’t be returning and already filed a complaint with BBB with all the copies.

I am very disappointed. I decided to give you guys a chance and I regret it. My nails are terrible and bulky. The guy sat on the phone most of the time. And got rude when I tried correcting him. I’m very sad bc I don’t have the time to get them fixed. A HORRIBLE JOB DONE ON MY NAILS

This place is excellent. I have been coming here for years. The staff is competent and friendly. No matter who I go to I leave happy with my pedicure/manicure. Very clean. And they have increased their standards for COVID-19 and I feel safe coming here. Would definitely recommend to a friend 10/10

I didn’t understand why there was a $5 up charge for coffin acrylics. Paid $35 for a full set (no gel) which is higher than I usually pay at other places but my nails looked stunning.Update: nail chipped the next day and they fixed no charge will definitely be coming back to this place

Kim has been doing my nails for a year. Not only does she do a beautiful job she’s super fast and the product is great. Blanca does an awesome job with my pedicures & waxing. I ran in rushing for an event the same night. The gentlemen was very welcoming... and a woman offered me water during my pedicure. Mimi did my pedicure great and she has a cool personality! All the staff were nice! I will definitely return to receive a manicure and would recommend...

I LOVE this place! I live in Asbury and I’ve tried a ton of different nail places in the area. I work at a medical spa and always need to have a professional, clean manicure. I’ve been going to Billy for months now and never in my life have I had such meticulous, wonderful acrylic nails. The atmosphere is positive and the customers are in return very positive.

Not sure what all the good reviews are. I went on Thursday. It looked like a 5 year old painted them from the second I left. All I got was a gel manicure. After two coats it still looked unfinished. I asked for a third and it still looks terrible. My cuticles have cuts all over. It’s already chipped after 3 days. So disappointed and a waste of $30.

I’ve been coming here a couple of times, they all do a great job,The salon is very clean, they are really sanitary, They do amazing designs, they take walk ins but I would recommend an appointment that way they take you right away and they are very polite and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They even have complementary beverages and WiFi. I’m definitely recommending this salon to all my friends and family.

I wont be returning. I came an hour and half before closing for a Pedicure and they couldnt take me. No one was waiting. 2 customers were in the chairs getting pedicures. I love I 💞 nails. I have tried many others but only the the girls here get my nails correct. Very little break in between fills. Moon and Blanca are great with pedicures. Kim and Jessica do one of the best jobs on my nails and I beat up my nails all the time. Kim does the best designs also. I have had many great designs over the years from Christmas to 4th of July art on my nails. Give them a try and tell them how u like your nails, They listen to what you want.

They always carry the newest colors, have a huge selection of colors in gel and basic polish, and they always keep up with the current nail trends. Its a very nice and clean salon.... and the owners are such nice people. I am always 100% pleased when I leave there!

So clean. Staff is so nice and good at what they do. Walked into a busy shop an hour before closing. It was 6 pm and I thought they closed at 9 rather than 7. They said I would have to wait but they took me. I was done at 7:10 and no one had an attitude that they had to stay a little longer. I will definitely return.

They are so nice.. my nails always come out the way I want them.. many different colors to choose from and most of all they are quick! If you make an appointment, they go by that appointment time so youre never waiting long.

Its only been 1 week since I got a overly on my natural nails and 3 of them have lifted..they werent done right from the beginning...they were all different sizes n shapes! The girl who did them barely spoke English and didnt understand what she was doing! I was charged $45 for pretty much nothing...I wont ever go there again or refer anyone to them save your money go elsewhere!!!

Ive been a loyal customer for 4 years and I like their work 85% of the time. However, over the years Ive noticed some behaviors that are not kind or professional and I heard some pretty awful statements made by Kim.Tony is one of the owners and he is awesome! Great guy, but his wife Kim is not nice to everyone. Ive watched women come in that are African American and listen to them be told that they have to wait because they dont have appointments, then someone other then African American comes in with no appointment and they take them immediately.Some of the customers seem to be placed as a priority over other customers. If you mention it to Kim, she get upset and say they have an appointment but thats not true.Unfortunately, the people that they dont like get sent to the new girls who are learning or have to wait for no reason.With that said, I will not be returning. All people deserve respect.

We got our nails done the sat before last. I paid 208.00 and tipped everyone doing our nails 10/each. Shortly after I realized my nails were filed crooked. Weds ( 5 days later) I noticed the gel that last alot longer was cracked on my pointer. I got crystals which started to fall off my nails. My friend and daughters nails did the same exact thing. I called them sat one week after and I was rushed off the phone and told to call back later lol.I didnt want to deal with them, my friend and daughter went in a little while agoThey were met with an attitude and my friend was told my daughters toes would have to be chargedReally? Then says we cant come in and have it done for free again. Well maybe do it right the first time! Almost 250 we paid and they have the nerve to have an attitude! Just got it redone. Some crystals arepurple and they painted over one!!!!

Superb mani-pedi. They take their time with you, so plan on 2 hours. Fingernails in the short oval I prefer, all uniform. Relaxing, gentle leg massage and flawless pedi.
