Staff is nothing but rude and have negative energy toward them. No one is at the register when you need them. The manager said its because theyre doing stuff and I should have said no excuse. Hire extra people. Dollar tree at least has people at their register. Itd only 2 ladies running the 25th street one in Wilson Borough. I always felt negative vibes from those two. Also a form of dictatorship seems to be in order. Even if youre vaccinated you still have to wear a mask. You dont see people in dollar tree complaining about it.

The prices are great. Its just that every time I go to this location it seems to be such negative energy coming from the employees. Today I walked into the store and the employee was having an extremely negative conversation with someone. Not even working but in the way with bad energy. I figured f@!# it and left. I dont plan on coming back. Family dollar from now on.

What can I say, its a dollar store. I needed underwear they had them, I needed sockstuey had them. Reasonable priced, but the workers are kind and terrific

I had a pleasant experience here and recently forgot a bag of items that I had just purchased here. The staff of Shanika and David noticed the bag and placed it in a secure place because there was items of note and didnt want to just hand over my bag to just anyone. I would like to thank them again as they will see more of me and my familys patronage to such a fine establishment. Keep up the good honest work 👍

Small store tons of reasonably priced stuff from toys to food! They are doing their best to keep the store clean and everyone is taking social distancing serious and making everyone wear a mask

Friendly, helpful employees. The assistant manager (as of July 2020) is very nice and professional and Emily (I believe thats her name) helped me find something Ive been waiting for a few weeks for.

Dollar general has been a life saver during this Covid-19 crisis! They have stayed well stocked with everything and they are making sure everyone is wearing a mask and making people stand further away from each other and there is only a certain amount of people allowed in the store at once

Im a Dollar General fan. Always spend more than I plan getting items at great savings or items you cant find anywhere else. Examples: greeting cards, wrapping paper, bows, and gift bags are super cheap. Oil of Olay products are a great savings compared to anywhere else..

They have nice fall stuff but be careful when you go to grab anything in the back isles of the store. I found a decent sized spider one an item in the front of its row of things back there.

Normally this place is decent but as I was checking out today, I overheard a girl tell her co worker just because youre pregnant doesnt mean I wont hit you. That toxic behavior shouldnt be tolerated in any environment and should not be the attitude somebody has for simply being asked to help a co worker to do a return on an item.

Generally well stocked and has what you are looking for. Parking, and just getting in and out of the store is tough.

Went in around 8pm to pick up a couple things for the fourth of July and expected them to be open until 9 or 10, however when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said they would be closing at 8:30. There was stuff blocking aisles all over the store and a ton of people and little kids running around. Ive gone here before and had a good experience I dont know what changed

Was overcharged on a sale item last visit. I came back today with receipt an was told by cashier once u left the store u cant get refunded, and why did you take a few days to come back? I said that this was the 1st time Ive been out since.I then asked 4 manager.The manager gave me a complete attitude and said I should have read receipt before I left the store and will not reimburse me.l then told her that I am going to call the main office and I will need her name and also the cashiers.She walked past me and saidIll give you your money! I said thank you and saidI know its only 80cents but Im am disabled,a veteran and on a tight budget. Then she reluctantly handed me the change an scolded me 4not reading receipt b4 I left the store.i then told her that I am almost blind in both eyes.i then apologized while they turned their backs and ignored me.seems that ur store can use the Xtra change for training people to treat people better than I was!!! I stopped at this dollar general.. definitely disappointed, . I usually go to the one on 25th Street which is amazing but I stopped at this one and was completely disappointed and the difference between stores

Have been overcharged and mischarged for items marked on sale or clearance. Was given $5 back in change that I wasnt owed. Most of the time it is a good experience.

The type of dollar store where you can get anything. Parking is the worst, but most dont know, there is a parking lot behind the building. You can avoid having to back out onto the always busy Butler St. Cleaning supplies, candy, food and household stuff is all available in one spot. Most of the time its busy and they only have one register open. I waited 5 minutes for 1 thing, while the guy at the end of the line got to cut ahead even after coming in after people in line. Service is kind of crappy like they dont care about their job, but its convenient and thats why people come back.

Some prices are super dope . for over the last couple of years i do some shopping there for baby items household products & Hygiene products . greats prices compared to cvs or any other stores that want 8 dollars for bodywash here you can get about 3 for 8 dollars ....
