I came here when my regular nail place was booked up. I called ahead and they were able to see me immediately. I got a gel mani and it was perfect! Everyone was very nice and the place was clean and pleasant. Will definitely be back!

I love my nail tech. My only minor complaint is they do not do creative nail art as a standard AT ALL. So I have Tony do my nails and I upgrade them myself at home. I like to call it a collaboration. Yet Im certain many people simply want their nails done how they want and thats it. I also go to Elite because theyre nice, clean, and do a detailed job BUT without the creativity. So if you simply want your nails done plainly but nicely, they got you. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I’m almost 9 months pregnant and just got the best pedicure from Mai yesterday. She took her time and my feet feel and look a million times better. Definitely will be going back!

I got a simple gel polish on my nails and they turned out super sleek! The staff was super nice and helpful with picking out what I want. It seems to get really busy around 5 PM. You definitely need to make an appointment ahead of time. Even with an appointment I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen.

DO NOT COME HERE. Terrible. My $70 acrylic nails started lifting only after three days of it on, and I came back on the fifth day to get them fixed, if not just removed. They told me all the lifting was due to wear and tear and they cant do anything to actually fix it. If the acrylic was put on PROPERLY, it shouldnt be lifting AT ALL. And more so, this is a nail shop where 1. lifting should be prevented if Im paying $70 and tip, 2. If there is lifting, take responsibility and fix it instead of giving lousy unprofessional excuses. Obviously the staff is very incompetent with customer service and they were rude since they were treating me like I was stupid instead of being empathetic and tending to the issue. They just told me to go to a different salon lol. Wow. Will never come back and will never suggest this trash to anyone. Take my word, dont go loves!!

I got a horrible toe infection and experienced the worst pain of my life getting it treated. I am never going back here; it’s overpriced for how careless the technicians can be.

I’m visiting from out of town, and came for a refill I was told there was a wait which is no problem. I waited patiently, and was called. I sat down to begin, and was to be serviced by the man who sits at the front.I was planning to leave a great tip as I overheard that the woman before me didn’t have cash. Well he began to remove my gel polish with a drill, and I noticed that it was uncomfortable. I kindly let him know that the way he was filing was causing me pain to which he sighed and continued the same way.After another nail, I flinched because it still hurt. He stopped and put the file on his finger and said it doesnt hurt him so he doesn’t think it hurts me. I asked him to slow down and maybe it would help. To which he said if he can’t file he cant do. He then got angry and asked me if I still want the nails. I got up and said I’d wait for another seat to open. An example of how a poor attitude, lack of tolerance, and lack of patience can block blessings.

This is my favorite nail salon and I’ve been to many. I never seem to have any complaints when I get my nails done here. Very good staff. Recommend appointment though because this is a very busy salon.

Just got my nails done for the first time. Im happy with the length and shape.

Experience as good. However, some technicians need to learn how to free style designs, and not depend on other technicians to complete their customers.

I got a gel manicure on a Thursday afternoon and by Sunday two nails had chipped and one you could see where it was about to chip. (I don’t work with my hands.) She was very unkind while getting my nails done, grabbing my hand, pulling it and cuticles bleeding. I’m a tense person so I took the pulling and twisting and just assumed my hand wasn’t loose. The bleeding and the chipping I wasn’t a fan. I typically go elsewhere but worked late and could only go on lunch. It felt like if you weren’t a regular the service just didn’t matter. I would never go back here.

I love it here and have been going since they opened. I always make an appointment even though they do take walk-ins. The owners are friendly. They do take your temp when you enter, need to keep your mask on and sanitize your hands. There are also plexi shields that seperate you from the technician and you put your hands through. I always get a gel pedicure and a gel dip manicure. If you pay with cash they do offer a discount.

Several members of my family went to this establishment to get pedicures and manicures. Getting pedicures and manicures is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Well, there was no hot/warm water for the pedicures. The man who did my sisters pedicure cut her toes open when he carelessly buffed her toe nails. She was in pain and stopped the pedicure process. She did not get a manicure either.

I am truly surprised by the number of bad reviews. I’ve been going to Elite Nails for years, and have only ever had a wonderful experience. The nail techs are professional, polite, and outstanding in their craft. My personal favorite is Mai - she is an amazing nail technician. I would give Elite Nails the highest recommendation.

This place is extremely overpriced for no reason, they’re service/quality is so basic. I got a gel mani/pedi for $95 when every other place is half that price & receive so much better service/quality. Not to mention I told the lady not to leave my toe nails short because I had just cut them & did so anyway, she was so aggressive when it came to filing my nails it hurt. I asked for white on my feet, she did a very light pink. I’ve had my nails done for about 3 days & it’s already loosing its color/chipping. There’s nothing special or good about this place, especially to be charging those prices.

Each nail is very crooked they are all bubbled and shaped completely different. The woman told me i have fat fingers and continuously was slamming my hand down on the table.the salon was very packed and they were not properly social distancing like they should. i am very disappointed in their services and i do not recommend going there.

They have clients waiting at the uncomfortable reception area blocking the door instead of having a seating area designated.

I don’t usually get my nails done, but I came here to get a gel pedicure/powder dip manicure for a wedding. The entire time I was there, the nail tech criticized me for having short nails. She was also rude when I was asked to choose a color but didn’t realize I needed to give her the number on the samples. I gave her a way better tip than she deserved. I won’t be returning to this location.

I don’t typically use this salon but they were able to accommodate myself and my 3 children at the same time so I figured I’d give it a go. Words cannot describe my utter disappointment with their service/attitudes.1. They charged me $182 + tip meanwhile my 1 son was done with his mani AND pedi before I even left the pedi chair & my other finished as soon as I got into the mani chair (no they were not special gel or acrylic services and we all started with a polish free base)2. The lady my daughter had was rough and rude. She kept getting snarky with her which left my daughter disappointed with the entire experience.3. The girl that did my nails dremeled my cuticles so harshly that 4 of my nails will for sure break once they grow out.4. The girl messed up 2 of my sons toes5. They charged me FOUR surcharges for “COVID” meanwhile I could’ve bought and supplied them with a bottle of Lysol and 250 alcohol wipes for less than I was charged ($3 per person totaling $12 extra)You want a good service with quality manicurists, try TT nails on Linden St. they’re small and pay quality attention to their customers. They’re also not abusing COVID!

Great little shop. Two tips: Call for an appt and pay cash to receive a discount. Was charged more than $42 for a mani pedi so not really sure why their prices say one thing and they charge differently.

Best nail salon in the area. Many nail and pedicure options. Organized, clean, and very personable. Honestly think they should expand, lol. Always busy, which is a great sign of good work. Terrible!!! Tore my eyebrows up!! Then got mad when i wanted rhem fixed....plus this is the second time they charged the tip in the price. Beautiful salon with helpful staff. They were able to accommodate a large bridal party all getting manicures and pedicures at the same time and also let us bring our own champagne. I love that they wear gloves for pedicures. The prices are definitely fair and they give a cash discount.

Gone there three times. Different nail tech each visit. Nail gel last for one week. Products and techniques seem to be lacking substance.This last visit they used a high speed nail drill only to be used on acrylic nails and ruined my nails. Theses salons are not regulated. Be very careful.

I love Elite Nails!! I have been to plenty of nail salons in the Lehigh Valley however none compare to Elite Nails. They are quick, clean, organized and friendly! My nails are always flawless! The staff and owners are nothing but caring and always make sure you are happy with the service they provided. My nails can last up to a month before I need another fill! I always get compliments on my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon to every one! This salon is top rated!! If you want flawless nails, then this is the place to go!!

June 6th 2019. First visit to this salon. With the traffic near Madison farm I expected a way better first experience. I asked for full set and eyebrows. When the lady finished my nails she made me pay beforehand and then proceeded to do my eyebrows. The wax that she placed on my eyebrows was way too hot. It left a burnt mark on my face and in 2 days I am going on my vacation. She knew I was going on a trip because we had a conversation about it prior to the incident. When dealing with someone face she could have been a very gentle and careful. She was rough when pulling out the wax strip.

I always feel like they rush and they can be rough. Its not supposed to hurt! Nails look nice, but Id rather go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice, and when I was working 7 days a week, and could only get there about 20 mins before they closed, They never once turned me away. I was, and am so thankful!!! Im always getting compliments on my nails even after 3 sometimes 4 WEEKS!!!!!. I will never go anywhere else again! Plus I can walk right to the shop =)

I needed a new nail place and this place is it! I am beyond picky when I get my nails done and the lady that did my nails I believe her name was Cindy was so friendly and gentle. Like I literally wanted to pass out thats how gentle she was. This place is very clean and very nice!! Make a trip here its amazing!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I will never go here again!!! Took my daughter here today to have her tips removed and to get a gel mani. She selected one of the regular colors on the ring of gel color options. After her manicure was fully complete, hand lotion, massage, hot towel and all, the woman told her that the polish she selected would be an extra $5!!! There was nothing special about it!!! Reporting to the Better Business Bureau!!!

I moved here from Atlanta and got here in March I would only get my nails done when I visit home.... I stepped out on faith today and google nails places and went off the reviews this place is great 👍🏽 I love the welcoming when u walk in the cleanness and that take their time when you sit down u are priority my best friend dose nails and she approved I will be back

This is my second time here and it’s been a consistent wonderful experience. If you are looking for a new nail salon this is the one to come to. Everyone is really talented but I personally go to Jon. Today, I got the dip powder ombré and it looks amazing! They have plenty of colors to choose from as well and are open to do whatever you please. I won’t be going anywhere else because they treat you so well, they’re clean, and are always keeping busy! I went there for the first time and will NEVER go back! I got what was supposed to be a deluxe pedicure, but only got the basic pedicure. They did charge for the deluxe. Also, I have a severe allergy to coconut oil. I told this to the lady doing my pedicure. She insisted there was no coconut oil in the products based off of how they smell. Cause that matters! I tried several times to tell her I needed to see the ingredients and she just kept shoving the bottle to my nose to smell it. Luckily, I was fine and did not have a reaction.Then I got an ombre set done. For 65 dollars, the lady did not listen to a word i said. What i wanted was the glittery white acrylic blended with the pink. What I got was a blob of pink acrylic over the basic white. My nails are not shaped correctly and have a large looking bump at the base and thin at the tips. They are awful. Total, I spent 105.00 to have my nails look like a 5 year old did them. For that king of money, I will drive to the place I used to always go.Sorry, but the Easton area has the crappiest nail salons. Ive been to 3 different ones and none of them are worth the money. This place, by far though, was the worst!

I recently moved from Michigan to Allentown. It was so hard to find a nail salon . After many experiences I came across elite nails . Even though it’s not in Allentown it is so worth the drive. They are sooo clean, polite, helpful, friendly, I can go on and on. They have hundreds of colors to choose from. I’ve never been to a nail salon with so many options. Everyone is good I’ve tried multiple techs. Thank you elite nails for being so awesome

I didnt even get acknowledged when I walked in. There was a guy at the desk continued to ignore me. Then walked away. The workers would look at me. But no one came up to me and asked me what I needed. So after standing there for 5 minutes being ignored. I walked out. Never go back there the rudest people. What happened to customer service. So i went to Luxy nails. They immediately greeted me when i walked in.

Was not impressed at all. I got a gel mani at my visit. Woman filed my nails unevenly on almost every finger, when she was buffering my nails she practically buffed half my finger, and when she applied the paint, she had to redo a majority of my fingers from getting the paint everywhere. Maybe it was her first time but for the horrible service she provided, I still tipped her more than she deserved and she never even said thank you for the shoddy job she did. Wont be returning.

Elite Nails is one of the best nail salons Ive ever been to. Mary is absolutely fantastic!! The salon is super clean and they even have pedicure liners that they put in the bowls that they change after every client. I have never had to wait when Ive had an appointment scheduled. I cant say enough great things about Elite Nails!

After being in a very upscale nail salon in Vegas, I searched in my area for some place to care as much for my nails. This is the place. It is very clean and relaxing. I have never had anything but a wonderful experience. I always make an appointment with Jimmy and I never have to wait. I always get a design and each time the design looks beautiful. I will never go anywhere else.

Most unpleasant pedicure I have ever had. The woman doing my nails was incredibly rude. She kept chatting with other employees, so much to the point where she wasnt paying attention and kept missing my nail and filing my skin instead. She rushed and was so rough. The exfoliating gel was probably the worst part. She was rubbing it so fast on my skin that it was super painful! My nails are also uneven and had clear nail polish all over the skin surrounding my nails. And after 3 days (I went on Friday), my big toes polish is chipped right in the middle. Unprofessional. Sloppy. And so not worth the $30. Extremely disappointed and will never return.

Have been going here since they opened I followed the owner from the previous nail salon she worked at. They have great service here I am always happy with everythi g I get done have never had a bad service here. I would recommend anyone going here to get their nails done.

Ive been a customer for about 8 years. I use to go to the previous salon. I drive from NJ to Bethlehem because of the amazing manicures and pedicures. They are clean, meticulous, very accommodating and friendly. Ive never had an infection or a bad experience. I highly recommend Elite Nail Salon!!

Do not go here if you aren’t willing to risk your health. I’ve been here twice now. The first time for a fill and they were done just okay. For the second time, I got an acrylic nail fixed. While shaping the nail, the woman was hitting my skin with the file, filing both my skin and the nail. It was very painful and I kept wincing and pulling my hand away. She didn’t get the signal until she saw that I was bleeding on both sides where she had taken a chunk of my skin off of both sides of my nail. After apologizing and finishing, instead of taking the nail file to get sanitized, she placed it back in her drawer for the next customer. With my blood on it. Very unsafe, I’d be shocked if I didn’t get some sort of infection.

Work done was fabulous. I still am uncomfortable w no English being spoken among the employees. Always will be.

Staff was rude. Techs were lazy couldnt do any of the designs I showed even down to the most simple type. The tech doing my nails didnt even bother asking a different tech to do the design I was asking for. And when we went to make change the staff independently took his tip BEFORE handing back all of our change. Will never go back.

I’ve been here several times. The workers are so rude to their paying customers. I’m not going back there. They were also rude to my 3 year old niece! Not cool at all. Plus they barely speak English, they are probably talking about you right in front of you. Very unprofessional.

I have been going to this salon for a couple of months now and was always very happy with the service. Today my daughter and I went for mani and pedi our experience was absolutely something I have never experienced before. The lady that did my nails was so rude, I actually felt like I was being man handled. She kept looking at us and rolling her eyes and didn’t even care that we were aware of it. My pedicure was finish without any top coat, my fingers are on fire from her cutting me almost on every finger and to top it all off when we went to pay I gave her my credit card, she ran it and threw my back back at on the counter. I was in disbelief. I have worked customer service and I have never seen anything like this. She was so miserable she didn’t care for her clients at all. I will never go back here! It’s sad because I sent so many people here and I actually like going there. I will never go back!

Terrible nail service, overpriced and very over crowded. I had to have my nails fixed by another salon the next day. Staff was rude. One pedicure tech was glaring at me the entire time like she wanted to kill me instead of focusing on her client. Too many little kids running around. Very confusing place 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have been going here consistently since they opened in 2016, but I AM DONE. They simply are not using clean tools here. I have had acrylic nails since I was sixteen, have been to multiple salons and never received an infection anywhere. My nail infection was SO BAD that I could not use my whole left hand for over a week and had to go on multiple antibiotics. The place will fool you! It may look clean, but they are not cleaning their instruments. I typically dont write reviews, but people need to be aware. I have a pretty high pain tolerance too, this had to be one of the most painful things I have dealt with. Literally dont even want to get my nails done ever again. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT A NAIL INFECTION!!!!!

Went in to treat myself to a full set and gel polish mani for my daughter, and after waiting over an hour, I was told to leave when I asked them to use a new file for my daughter and me. I am a licensed cosmetology teacher and cosmetologist of 8+ years, so I know how important sanitation and cleanliness is, and this place LOOKS clean, but they use the same file for everyone. This is a potential health hazard/risk for a range of issues from nail fungus to hepatitis...go elsewhere!!

After moving here, I thought Id try out this new salon. They DO NOT clean their utensils!!! Their files and foot brushes look very old and unsanitary!!! I got an INFECTION where they removed a hangnail on my toe. A 30 dollar pedicure cost me hundreds in doctors visits and prescriptions along with a ton of pain right before I had to travel for work!!!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT AN INFECTION DONT GO HERE!!!! I will NOT be going back. Another employee in my office said she heard of another girl getting an infection from here as well. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
