I know that so often in today’s fast paced world few take the time to read things thru thoroughly. And even fewer take the time to acknowledge wonderful efforts and services done by there fellow Americans and Humans. I hope and pray you will take the time to read this thru. The level of kindness, service, knowledge, and professionalism soars above any auto repair shop that I have ever had done work before. In fact, I have left another 20 positive accolades out for this spectacular loving husband and wife team. Like marvelous attention to detail, they listen well, outstanding operational organization. I feel that they are at the level of a five star hotel with respect to services and knowing their business. Some details, unfortunately my car lost all power at 10:00pm on Labor Day Sunday on a very busy highway 78. For a variety of reason including dead phone and dead car I didn’t get a tow truck until 1pm on Labor Day not knowing the area or any shops. I prayed first and second, borrowed the tow driver phone to access the internet and thru some backward analysis came upon what I believed would be a great shop. I didn’t want a dealership, I wanted someone who was confident enough to put their name on their business… and some other criteria. Pickles Garage met all the criteria and surpassed them. They had been in business for over 3 decades, they are fair. They worked me in on a Labor day Tuesday because of my situation. Diagnosed the issue and determined it was my alternator that had gone bad causing the additional problem of a very dead battery. They gave me a fair price and kept me informed every step of the way! Hope, Faith, and Love. They provide all three but they definitely provide the greatest of the three Love. Love in what they do. Love their customer. And they also are animal loves who work with rescue dogs. I would travel back from my home in Maryland 3 hours to have work done and say hello.
