Not reliable. I made an appointment, and the owner canceled on me after I arrived. Meanwhile I already took a half day at work. He has done this to me before too. Owner doesnt even have the respect to call me ahead of time. In addition, I tried calling several times before I arrived (No Answer). He had twenty BS excuses as to why he couldnt answer the phone. He obviously knew I was calling. Plus he said he would call me to reschedule. Two weeks later and never heard from him. Good thing I already took my vehicle elsewhere. Dont waste your time. Drive a little further down the road.

Brought in Chevy Malibu with broken timing chain. Originally towed to Firestone. Took to Gardners. Got car back after. Sounded terrible. Felt as though ripped off. Firestone and Gardners didnt fix the problem. Would never go to either or again. Ripped off

This place has really gone downhill. Ive been a customer for a few years but the last few services have been spotty. The last one was terrible. I scheduled a time at his convenience so that it would get worked on quickly. The car sat on his lot for a week without being touched. When i got it back there were scratches on the interior, grease on the upholstery, a parking brake that didnt work, a sunshade broken, lug nuts stripped, and wiring for the rear window damaged somehow. Brought it back a few times and some things were fixed but after a few weeks will just have to take it elsewhere (and pay again) to have it done right.

Paid 350 to get my vehicle fixed . got it back and still have same problem. Wasnt fixed at all contacted them and got no response. I got ripped off .beware

I like this Garage. The people are very helpful. I like that its just down the road from me. The prices are reasonable. Great place.
