Just want to leave this right here...should you ever get into a circumstance where you are unable to afford your membership they have predatory practices that allow them to keep charging. Therefore, your debt compounds even after asking the agency to stop payment. Honestly, you all should seek a class action suit. You would definitely win.

Zach from Redwood Personal Training was AMAZING!!! I’m so happy that I worked with him. He is very knowledgeable and I’m excited to start my fitness journey with him. So glad to be a part of the team!! 😀😀 it’s a great program to keep you on track with your goal!!

Zach Krulik was super phenomenal, took me through an intense 30 minute work that was super difficult to get through ! We had an developed conversation with many goals and objectives to overcome. I was spoken to as a man and spoke back to him with a high level of respect. I would strongly recommend this guy as a trainer and make sure if you are going to wow in east providence go see him!! Had a Great session with Sam the other day! If anyone needs or wants a personal trainer, hes the guy! (Im sure their other trainers are great too) Coulda ran me to the ground and I would have been happy about it - very motivational and encouraging. If you have the funds, and already attend this (or any) gym, OR if youre Thinking about joining a gym; I highly recommend working with Sam on anything from goals,to a plan, to diet advice to get what you want out of your body.

Very clean gym. Ive been a member for over 7 years. I love the womens workout room and the new personal training room. My trainer Ryan Handlin is hands down the best trainer I have had (I have had 5 over the years). Very knowledgeable and always explains each workout, corrects my posture and gives me confidence that I can do the workouts on my own, instead of me using the same machines over and over when I am working out on my own.

I have really enjoyed training with Ryan Handlin. He explains each exercise very specifically ... how to do it correctly so I get the most benefit possible, what not to do because I have a bad back ... and he answers all my questions (I ask a lot of questions)! Hes very professional, but we also have fun.

After they reopened from the COVID quarantine there was no communication of that and by that point I had totally forgotten about my membership. I noticed a few weeks ago I was still being charged so I tried to call and cancel. I was given the run around and spoken to as if I was a burden. No issues were resolved until today when I finally was emailed back by the manager who canceled my account which is great but that doesn’t help me with the 70$ they are still charging to my account even though I haven’t been in roughly a year.

This is a terrible company do not go here or sign up with them. I have been subjected to their predatory policies and what they are doing is illegal. I suddenly started seeing charges for Wow Workout on my card when I never even signed up for a membership with them. I had never heard of their business. I have been trying to extricate myself from this company that is doing illegal things and trying to continue to charge me illegally. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about them and they should be shut down immediately.

My trainer was Ryan, and with his help I’ve lost over 20 lbs!! He helped me accomplish my goals, and get into the mindset to keep going. He was definitely that extra push needed, and I’m glad I decided to get a trainer!!

I’ve been with WOW for more than two years always dead lifting and all of a sudden they want to become like planet fitness don’t grant don’t even a little bit what the hell I had suggested the management to put a platform for deadlifts like the other walls in Bellingham in forever but they don’t want to invest cheap.....,, So upset

Don’t ever get a membership here if you think you’ll cancel. I was told I would be signed for a single year contract because it’s mandatory even if I was going with a friend. Two years later, I’ve only gone the ONE TIME and have been trying to cancel ever since. I called another location about cancellation because I was still being charged and have tried canceling since I can’t afford the gym. Turns out, they lied and told me that I was on the monthly membership and that this location is known for doing this to people. I was then told to send and email and upon doing so and waiting for a reply, I was charged AGAIN and told I’d STILL have to do the paperwork even though I was informed I wouldn’t have to if I sent an email. If I could give 0 stars I would. This franchise is awful. Don’t join Workout World

The worst experience I ever had! Let’s just starts by saying their staff is terrible! My very 1st time in I had to tell them to give me a tour. Long story short I ended up canceling my membership because it was just more affordable stay at Planet Fitness. I was under the impression $20 included babysitting, however it does not. So I been there ONE time and that same day I cancelled. APPARENTLY they wasn’t doing their job and my paperwork was NEVER SENT over and I been charged repeatedly since then. So I called and they stated my account was never cancelled. No paperwork or anything, so I’m out the money for now because I’m filing a claim with my bank. I called corporate to make a complaint and also finance to assure my cancellation of the policy. This place is a JOKE go to LA fitness or Planet Fitness.... If I could give 0 stars I wouldUPDATE! I cancelled my policy months ago! I went back and fourth with these incompetent people all morning... I will be getting my money back though. But FYI CHOOSE ANOTHER GYM

Ive tried different gyms and this feels to me like the best bang for my buck. Since some ratings compare WOW and Planet Fitness, thats what Ill do. WOW is WAY better than Planet Fitness if you actually want to get fit. The machines at Planet Fitness, and the whole place in general, is mostly designed for beginners. It promotes feeling comfortable and happy. WOW focuses on empowerment and self-improvement, and has a higher diversity of machines and weights. Its a judgement free zone and people are approachable.Golds Gym and Anytime Fitness are great if you want to spend the extra cash, but I find WOW to be less expensive and less overwhelming.Finally, and I hope the owners of WOW see this, but Chelsea is a manager there and is super helpful, down to earth, and she really cares about her customers.

This is a great gym! It has very diverse classes that truly work and are at convenient times! It also offers a womens only area with great machines, both for cardio and strength, along with weights - absolutely love it! It also offers relaxation with their tanning booths and sauna! Aside from their machines, their staff are truly amazing! They are all friendly and make you feel extremely welcomed. The group class instructors truly want to help and make a difference, they are tremendously motivating, kind and helpful! The last amazing thing about this place is the price - extremely affordable! Absolutely love this gym!

Ive been a member of PF, Blast, and now WOW. I have to say that this is my favorite gym out of all. The machines are always working, theres plenty of free weights, and the staff is very very nice and helpful. Plus its nice and spacious; even when its busy you dont feel on top of each other. I havent tried the group sessions, but they sound like they are a lot of fun. Id give it 5 stars, but overnight there is a homeless man that will wait for the front desk staff member to look away and he sneaks in and uses the machines without cleaning them.

Terrible place, I do not recommend. They make it completely complicated to cancel your membership. I’ve had other gym memberships but I’ve had to cancel because of moving and they’ve always been able cancel on the spot, Not Wow!! You go in for no reason and they tell you that you’re obligated to send another place cancellation forms and never mind the fact that they make you pay one additional payment because you’re supposed to give a 30 day notice. Pure ridiculousness. Staff also sucks

Cant deadlift any amount of weight without the girl at the front desk telling you that youre slamming the weights. Came in for a free day pass to possibly sign up & I will not be returning. Lost my business.

I would not RECCOMEND this place. If they dont like you it becomes a group effort with staff and members to assist while your exercising to break into my locked locker and steal my cell phone and the pretend they found it and return it to the front desk. I placed my cell phone on top of my back pack in my locker because my back pack was locked. I didnt feel like digging for my keys Thats how I know what I did that day. Watch your belongings or better yet dont bring them with you

The womens area is great if you need a little privacy while exercising, there are a variety of classes and theyre all fun. The kids babysitting room is amazing, my daughter calls it her baby school and cannot wait to come every morning. Couldnt be happier.

DONT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!After I canceled my membership they said I never canceled and then charged me $211 to a collection agency! There is no way I can pay that I have mouths to feed and college to pay for. They took advantage of me because I said I couldn’t pay the membership anymore! So much for a no hassle contract, no commitment... if I could give zero stars I would! Oh yah and when I called them they told me It had been canceled but clearly It wasn’t.

The employees care more about talking to their friends in this place. I asked for 1 favor and the employee completely forgot because she was too busy talking to her friend. I didnt even bother reminding her.

Big plus its 24hr gym they got old school plates which I really like they have new and old equipment which I hope it doesnt change.. also they have a hack squat machine thats another plus ... need more racks and maybe a bigger gym besides that its worth the money one more thing.. they have a clean bathroom

This is the second time I have gone through the cancelation process with WoW. The first time it was because I had moved and it took over 6 months to finally have my paper work filed and be refunded the money they CONTINUED to charge me.This time Im cancelling because I have not USED the gym AT ALL for roughly 3 YEARS! And I am now a fulltime student with no income to pay for the membership. I have made several attempts to cancel my membership and I have even gone to the extent to cancel the card it was automatically charging.Now they are calling me every day-when I told them months ago I want to cancel my account. ABC financial gives you the run around. And NOW I have just been charged the annual fee of 49.99 while in the process of canceling.... so Im expected to pay the annual fee even tho Im canceling- explain that to me.Also I signed up in 2014 so i was given the wrong information from multiple people because the agreements have changed since then.Also because I cant pay it off in fill I will continue to get late charges until its paid in full.Never again will I sign up with them.Sad because it was a nice gym- I liked the ladies only section.Also, the people you speak to on the phone from ABC financial- dont care.WoW should change agencies.

Blast Fitness transferred the membership to WOW after they closed. So far from what Ive seen its a little cleaner. The womens only area needs more equipment. What can I say about some of the staff I have encountered? YOUR FIRED! No personality, didnt offer to show me around the gym when I transferred over & when I called the woman on the phone couldnt wait to get me off the phone. If I were the Manager I wouldnt tolerate this.

This was my first time to this gym. And I dont plan on coming back. The customer service is absolutely right. You want to feel wanted and respect and they dont serve that here. Its not even there an appetizer. Oh yes the manager shes the worst of all. She should be fired

I used to love the place when it was Ballys and had a swimming pool and hot tub. No, more hot tubs or swimming pool. Now, the place is like a joke.

I can now give WOW 4 stars! The AC is fixed and they make an effort to clean (and repair, when needed) the machines. Im fortunate enough to be able to go in the morning when its not too busy and Im usually able to use the machines I like!

Terrible. If you like dirty nasty gyms, this one is for you. It’s pretty much a planet fitness but gross. Dust bunnies the size of small animals, pads ripped and stained with sweat, nasty locker rooms. They also don’t allow you to lift weights and some of the staff walks around like they own the place. Go somewhere else.

Great price to just lift weight and stay fit. Suana could be better but overall if you are trying to lose weight and be fit you cant go wrong.

Terrible, place looks clean but watching members not wipe down machines spreading possibly MRSA gross. Some equipment is broken. There are times of the day you cant get on a treadmill. Heard stories people having their cars getting broken into or damaged in the parking lot. Tried to cancel called and was told to send them a certified letter to them only be called and told to send it to someplace else even after speaking to them. Googled it to find that address only to find wows own instructions a PDF file on how to cancel and it says to send a certified letter to the place you signed up with. Worst gym experience I ever had.

Do not sign up for this gym better off paying 10$ a month at Planet Fitness. I was not informed by the staff member that I would have to send in a cancellation letter and pay 49.99 to cancel my membership. The staff member gave me a copy of my memebership agreement without explaining to me how i would go about a cancellation after I had already signed everything. On a Gold membership which states theres no contract, your still bound to contract terms. Basically dont waste your time or money its not worth it either way you lose.

Iam so disappointed. This Gym is not serious. I called twice to make sure of right time of the zumba class. But the girl on the phone just wanted to get rid of me and told me the wrong time for the two time that ive called. I got to gym late because of the class already started one hour ago.

Bit cramped compared to some other Wows Ive been to but well maintained and cant beat the price.

They try and rob you with fees and change your membership and plan without notice. Also smells in the building like a New York subway.
