Ive had Sam and his team complete a few repairs on my 2005 BMW X5, and in short they do great work. Sam is friendly, honest, and wont try and push unnecessary repairs on you. His mechanics are knowledgeable and do great work. Highly recommend taking your car here for repairs and maintenance.

I have finally found the place. This is the place that I go to for all my Automotive Service needs and Propane. The owner, Sam is a wonderful human being. The prices are reasonable and Sam always takes the time to explain exactly what the issue is. He also encourages you to look around and double-check facts always. Something that is not very common. As I type this, I have a vehicle at his shop. He has been nothing but terrific. Hes prompt with communication and is a professional individual. All qualities that I appreciate and admire. Now, there are too minions that work inside. Do not let your experience be affected by the two of them. One in particular, Brian, is a very dry and unhappy human being. Im only saying this because if you happen to go into the shop and dont find Sam, you will find either Brian or another employee who is a lot better but I encourage you to wait for Sam and only talk to Sam.

In the middle of winter, my car stopped working, billowing smoke from the engine. I had it towed here because it was the closest place. The compressor had broken and burned through the drive belt completely. They replaced the compressor and drive belt. I didnt use the ac for the winter, and after the first month of using the ac, the ac stopped working. I found my receipt and returned to Town Gulf. (The tech at Town Gulf said he never saw a compressor explode like that. ) when I brought my car back in I said just check it out and let me know before you do anything because we are talking about a 12 year old car with a ton of miles. They call me up and say your car is ready it is $225. I said why did you do anything when I said let me know what is wrong and needs to be done? They said the part is under warranty, and they are charging me labor. I asked if they can do better, because they already charged me to put the defective compressor in. They said it wasnt their fault the part was bad...and I say it isnt my fault either, so why dont we split the cost of labor. Mike says Ill take my part out and you will have nothing. Your part? I paid for it.I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AND THEN YELLED AT FOR QUESTIONING THE SECOND CHARGE!!!!AND THIS WAS AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO THE WORK BEFORE THEY CHECKED WITH ME!!!!!OVERALL A HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

We have finally found a good place in the area for all your repair needs.We were in town from Florida and needed immediate engine service found this place and they took care of the repair in less than an hour great Pricethis is our new favorite mechanic the father-and-son team will not disappoint you.

Needed some brake service done quickly. They were able to fit me in after calling several places who couldnt see me until 2 days later. They assessed my car as soon as I pulled in had it on a lift in less than 5 minutes. Didnt try to sell me on fixing the front brakes. Had the car done in about an Hour and a half.

Great work by Sammy and his crew all the time. I usually go there all the time, but on my wait to work my car started to leak fuel. It was really bad so I took it to the mechanic next to my job and they made me wait 2 days to tell me that it would cost me over 1000 dollars to fix the leak on a 98 Honda Civic EX. On the first day they told me it would be 300 dollars to fix the car than on the second day they told me it would actually be over 1000 dollars after taking a deeper look. I took the car back to my job and got a ride home. The next day I called Sammy who advised me to take the car anywhere else but that place. He told me he would take a look and told me that no matter what it wouldnt be remotely close to that cost. I took the car there and within 2 hours got a call from Sammy saying that the car was fixed for 75 dollars. I have been using the car for over a week and it runs great and no smell of gas, so he did a great job. I truly recommend this location if you need a repair or a RI state inspection. I have been going there for over 6 years, one time one of his guys even drove me home so I could leave my car there for a repair.

Real professional of your mechanics to be yelling and beeping at my mom while she was just trying to put air in her tire because apparently she was blocking the garage, then to laugh at her as shes leaving. You wont be getting our business any longer

I never had a problem starting my car ever even though it is an old car. I took it to this place for a tune up. A few hours after picking it up and paying $280. the car wouldnt start. I had to have it towed back to the garage at 10:30pm that cost $20. The next day they said it was a fuel pump problem. The supposedly fixed it but left at 2pm (Saturday) so I was told I couldnt get the car until Monday.Monday came and it cost me another $150.Guess what, I still am having trouble with the car. It wont start. I want to know who else has had problems with this place. I am a senior citizen living on a very fixed income and cannot afford to be taken advantage of like this. I will never even get gas ever again at this place.

Went here for propane they are reasonable and available 7 days a week, never had my car serviced here but a friend has and says they do pretty good work and prices are reasonable.

I used to go there faithully! Every 2 days even. But today i went there, on mi birthday mind you and this guy i havent seen before took 2 people that just pulled up as i was sitting there. I asked where the boss was (The one I always see) and he told mi he owned the place and i can take mi black ass to another station down the street.. Never again.

Someone is skimming my debit card at this location. Have never been to this establishment but had several small identical charges to my card. Called bank, disputed charges, got new card issued (with new number) and still getting small, identical, repetitive charges. Beware
