Hello, my name is Kim Denmark and I am a visitor in your city, I am actually “Walking Across America” for homeless veterans. I needed to wash all my laundry and was referred to the laundry with the “blue cloud” floor. I found the location to be very clean, nice and most valuable including its customer relations. I noticed attendant helping several customers with their requests. Lastly, a child came into laundry with her mom, attendant immediately changed the action movie to something more complimentary to child’s presence. This shocked me because some laundry mats don’t care. I must commend this facility. I will visit again when in town. Oh yes, it smelled so good it actually calmed me down to take my time and just listen to music. 5 Starr’s is not high enough for this business. Congrats. KD

This place is amazing! The nice young lady has the most positive working attitude for any business and so polite, attentive and caring! Very Very well maintained space and good music! Support her business, you wont regret it!

The facility didn’t have an operating coin machine for change. So, I went down the street to get some quarters. This was my first time, so I wasn’t too sure on how to operate the machines. I wasn’t sure about the pricing either. It only said “24” on the washer. I thought that meant someone left time on it. So I asked the guy at the front desk (I didn’t get his name), to come over. He seemed upset. Then, when I asked about the number on the machine he rudely said “it’s $6.50, 26 quarters” and rolled his eyes. I washed my clothes this time, but I won’t return.

Very nice revamping of this place from when I went there like 15 yrs ago. Customer service excellent! Very clean and orderly.

For my first time going there it was a very nice environment clean. If I have one thing to criticize I wish you would have had on the ceiling fan because during the hot summertime it was hot in there even though he had on the air. But other than that I will return

“The will of God will not take us where the grace of God cannot sustain us.” Not even the laundromat. Im new to the area and not sure where a safe place was for me to go do laundry. Im not gonna go into all the details of my day at the laundromat, but Im leaving here feeling blessed and sustained. The cleanliness and helpfulness of the lady there was just what I needed to calm my anxieties. Good music, good company, and great conversation of like-minded individuals. A true hidden gem, as one person called this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Ashley was such a GREAT help!! She greeted me when I came in. She explained parking to me, as well how each washer and dryer worked and the prices. Ashely even suggested which washer would work best for me with the clothes I had. The laundry mat was very clean. She offered water and assistance often and asked if everyone was doing okay. She even thanked people when they left. This is my first time at a laundry mat and she was very helpful. I really appreciate that. I will definitely come back if I have to. Oh and the music is great! This laundromat has to be the cleanest, most well kept laundromat I have ever been to. The owner is very attentive and hands on, the customer service is amazing. The music is soothing. The machines work really good and are in great condition. After washing my clothes here I will not be going any place else to wash. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you

It was clean and what not but Ive literally never spent so much money washing. I usually go to the laundry mat in Jonesboro but my car is in the shop so I took an Uber to the nearest one and Im very disappointed. I had my usual 5 loads and I usually spend $18 total in washing and drying. Today I spent $44 and my clothes still arent dry I just got irritated with putting more money into the machine so I took home damp clothes. Wont be back

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LAUNDRY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I’m new in the area, staying at the Residence Inn nearby and came here after finding this laundromat on Google. I was impressed with the 4.9 stars rating, but after my experience I couldn’t figure out why they don’t have a PERFECT 5⭐️! This place is amazing!!! The friendly and extremely helpful attendant; the washers; the dryers; the vending machines and the cleanliness are all EXEMPLARY!!!

Im at the laundromat now and its great! Clean inside with a clean bathroom, and there are no people hanging around outside. You can comfortably do your business here.p1

Best laundromat Ive ever been to! The place is clean and the owner is very nice. Awesome prices ($4 for medium wash and $2 for an hour of drying). Dryer worked really well and dried a big batch of clothes in an hour completely. Also, they dont make you get a laundry card which is a plus Machines take quarters but they have a coin exchange machine. Definitely recommend!

I love this place. I’m so overjoyed that I found such a gem of a laundromat.....this place is inviting and soothing and just a flat out oasis to wash your clothes. I kinda wanna keep it a secret.... lol

This is the best laundromat that I have ever been to. The place is clean and the owner does an excellent job of making sure that washers and dryers are working properly. The owner took the time to make sure each machine and table was sanitized after they were used. She walked around asking customers if everything was alright. There was 80s and 90s R&B playing in the background, which I throughly enjoyed. I will definitely be back.

Clean, Clean, Clean! Respectful, Helpful, Attentive, and Customer Friendly attendant on duty. I witnessed her sanitizing promptly after individuals had left their respective washing machines and dryers. The air is fresh. Hand Sanitizer is readily available. Everyone was masked up! Rules and Regulations were posted for clarity. Music was soulful. I will be back!

This is simply a hidden gem. Thank God I was able to google and find this clean, safe, and friendly staffed laundry center. Ive passed by here many times and never knew it existed, but whenever Im in need they will FOREVER have my business. Thank you!!

The customer service is always awesome and the facility is always clean. The one thing I have a small problem with is the incense maybe they could just light one instead of two but other than that I really like this place.

First off the place is clean. Do you know how hard it is to find laundromats that don’t have washer and dryers that don’t stink? Hard as heck. Second the owner is so sweet and generous this is my second time coming here and she is on top of everything. Exceptional customer service!!!! I was extremely hesitant to enter another laundry place in East Point, because most of the businesses are run down and dirty. But this place is extremely clean and well kept. The owner has exceptional customer service. I also didn’t have to use my headphones because she had old school, 90s and current R&B music playing. Also the machines work!!!!! I will definitely be back!!!

This place is always clean. Like if you drop your food on the floor, youll probably still eat it type of clean. I mean you shouldnt, but maybe youre hungry. Anyway, it always smells good. The owner is nice too. I recommend it if youre having home laundry issues. But I also recommend having your own washer/ dryer because leaving the house to do laundry sucks

Very nice, clean, affordable, great location. The only thing the owner/manager went missing outside of business about 15-20 minutes. And no way to contact them if services needed or emergency. Which did happen.

Good experience. The attendant that works here is warm friendly and helpful. The place is nice and clean. Even during pandemic the attendant is sanitizing and keeping stuff clean. They have nice music playing and they keep temperature cool inside. The dryers dry pretty good. 7 mins per .25 cents.

The owner came out and met me at my car. The laudramat was clean and in order. The prices were affordable and the she helped me take my clothes back to my car. I will be back, thanks Ms Ashley.

I LOVE the renovations and the new owners are really kind people! I’ve been coming to this location for many couple years now and before the current owners stepped in, it was really run down and sad and i wouldn’t feel safe to wash here. Now i feel welcomed and I even take my time to fold my laundry where as before I would just stuff my clothes in my bags and fold them at home. I would definitely recommend doing your laundry here! East point really needed a good laundromat and this is it!! So Much appreciation to the new owners for turning this laundromat around and making it a comfortable environment for everyone! (:

Love how the new owner changed this place around. Went from a homesless ppl use to keep warm at to a warm welcoming atmosphere. Coin machine works all the dryers work. TVs so your not bored. Ashley is very customer oriented. She does special things like decorates the laundromat for every holiday, provides baggies for your coins. The laundromat is also extremely clean. Here I am passed business hours starting up my loads of clothes. I pulled up 25mins before closing time (I failed to read the hours) upset with myself. I decided I was only going to wash my clothes here, and that I would dry them somewhere else being that she was closing soon. But she allowed me and my son to stay and dry our clothes 🤗 I also noticed 2 others walk in past the business closing hours, and she greeted them openly. The owner interacts with everyone, and she keeps this place extra clean. The machines all work too lol. This laundry mat has been a major upgrade since she took over. She keeps her facility clean, wiping everything down and I been coming here for a few months since she took over. Continue being consistent, your business will continue to boom

I used to be weary about coming in here because it didnt look safe and run down😕 The new owner Ashley is awesome, funny and really kind and caring. She has that place clean, smelling good with her scented candles and omg😱 her bathroom is spotless and you can actually sit down on the seat😊👍she treats you like a person💗and makes you feel welcomed. Immaculate. THE place to do laundry. Both sizes washers. 24 dryers. All machines functional. Change machine that takes $1, 5, 10, 20. No ATM, no cash on site, vending machines there for drinks, snacks, laundry products. Attendant on duty.

Their machines are great and the people that work there are very nice and professional and it’s very very clean.

This was my first time here and I must say, it’s very clean... It’s quite and there’s a nice big television to help past the time. It’s also cheaper to do laundry here than a lot of other places I’ve been. The owner Lavanderia is friendly and does a great job at checking on customers to make sure everything’s ok. I’d definitely come here again... Support her business!

Since Ashli and family has taken over this location, its been truly a blessing. The facility is always kept clean. Theres always someone on the premises if a problem accurres. Clean restroom, tv, plenty of laundry baskets, free wifi, and surveillance cameras on the premises. I feel safe when here. The Wash and Load coin laundry, isgreat for our community.
