Older lady did my toes. While she did a great job cutting down my nail. I came to relax and get toes done. I tried speak/conversation with her multiple times and explain to her I have neuropathy so my legs and feet jerk at random. Anytime I jumped or jerked she huffed and puffed and looked at me. She was so rude all she said was when done pay now and snapped her fingers at me. So rude and not relaxing at all. I paid her and tipped(cuz I think you should even if unhappy with service) her and couldnt be bothered to say thank you or anything. Made me feel very unwelcomed. This is not how you gain returning customers at all. Super disappointed with the customer service part and will not be returning which is sad cuz been here before and they were super nice no idea what happened.

Visit this business on regular basis, had pedicure done last week, going in this morning for manicure, hoping to get tips w gel polish on two short nails and regular Mani and matching polish on rest.Last year went in for Mani pedi before my daughters wedding in Vegas in KISS chapel, had Gene Simmons and Paul on my big toes.Great job!

Rose does my nails and pedicures...she is awesome,! but, I have been to others, when she isnt available..and have always had good service. UPDATE 2021- I highly recommend this business as I have been going here for years, they do nail art (yours or theirs), acrylic and gel nails, pedicures etc., they are a clean business &covid compliant. reasonable prices.

Ive gone here for 10+ years and never have been disappointed until the last visit. I specifically showed a picture of what I wanted, shape and design. The nail tech disregarded everything I said and did whatever he wanted. Time to look for a new nail salon I suppose!

They did okay. Was a little disappointed with the shape of my nails. I asked for coffin and he did do that, but they are all a little different and not even. The tip of my nails are not a straight across line, it’s like a slanted line. Would recommend if you want something on the cheaper side but what you pay for is what you get.

I see David here. Hes a stellar nail artist! The place is always busy which means it could be a little cleaner but probably why its not. Always get in when I want. Rarely do I have to wait, if I do its only a few minutes. The nails are the best nails Ive ever had in my life! I get compliments on my nails all the time, even from strangers in public asking me if theyre my real nails or acrylics. Id recommend Regal Nail Salon to anyone!

Man if I can save anyone from coming to this place please do not go first of all my acrylics were all lifted up and the lady kept being rude telling if I pay more she would of done a better job the acrylics came off and my nail natural are broken real bad in the middle I believe is the product they use is real cheap the causes the nail to break and also the lady is dirty I got a nail infection I had to go to the doctors

Wow! Wonderful! Excellent! They are all words which i could say about Regal Nails. I was attracted by it as soon as i went here in the first time. My life has completely changed since my nails have been cared in this salon by professional staff. The space is cosy and friendly. It also is very clean. I feel comfortable here. Now, i am confident with my beautiful nails. Perfect!

Ive been going to Shawn for years. He is fast and efficient and does a very good job. Mindy does my pedis and always helps with my problematic nails. Their prices have been consistently the same for like, literally more than 10 years. Would definitely recommend.

Sean is an expert and a really nice guy too. I recommend him to everyone who asks where I get my nails done.

The worst nail salon in the area. You get what you pay for. Cheap nails that lift and get bubbles after a few days. They are super busy all the time because they wont turn away business. They had me done in 15 minutes once because they were so busy. I will never go back!

Needs a really deep cleaning. They get very negative when you dont agree with the way they are doing your nails.I took my rings off to get a manicure & they came up missing. There are 2 Asian older ladies that act like they cant understand a word you say, but have been working there for years. Very, very nasty. Really dont deserve1 star but I had to rate them. I tried to speak with the manager/owner & he just laughed it off & pretended he didnt understand the words that were coming out of my mouth👎

The ABSOLUTE WORST Mani-Pedi. I had to ask for a new unused pumice stone. I ask the man to wet my feet before he scrubbed them, was told no because of the product. He scrubbed extremely hard. Did not do a good job removing bad skin from toes or fingers. I would NEVER EVER RETURN or REFER this salon (butcher shop) to ANYONE
