Just a side by side picture of what I asked for vs what I got. She used glitter instead of jems after I told her I wanted the Jems, the ombré isn’t even blended, and don’t get me started on the color. When I showed the lady a picture she told me she didn’t know what nude was.. but you work at a nail salon. Absolutely horrible and walked out paying $70 for this disaster

Maria and Rose are the absolute best. They are sisters and give the best deluxe pedicure! I recommend both them. Dont skimp out and pick the cheaper pedicure. Spend the extra for deluxe, its well worth it. You will not be disappointed. I have been going here for years. I havent come across another nail spa that is actually worth it.

I dont have a normal nail place that I go to I just kind of jump around and this time I ended up at Amys place. I always appreciate the fact that theres not a long wait that Im able to get right in . A young girl did my nails and she did a great job this time Im so in love with the design and the paint color, she successfully completed exactly what I wanted!

Very clean place. The employees all do very well. My daughter and I go together and always schedule with Maria and Trish. They are both so sweet and we love them!

If your a guy and you need a good toenail digging pedicure this is the place. Ask for ROSE OR LUCY but almost anyone you get to do your toenails is great. I have never had any issues with this place clean, fast, and friendly.05/03/2018 - Still going strong. THE BEST NAIL PLACE IN THE METRO AREA. To be far anyone you have do your nails do a great and thorough job.

This place has always been my go-to nail salon. Post-COVID quarantine, admittedly, my feet/nails were gnarly and in desperate need of some attention after over a year with no professional care. Amy’s place did an excellent job of resuscitating my feet. A pedicure is $31 here— Right on par with other nail saloons in this area. They take their time and do a great job. Very clean environment as well. Highly recommend!

They couldn’t do the nails I wanted I chose 3 different designs they couldn’t do anything detailed I finally just wanted plain ombré and it was 80$ for a short fill in I left

Rose is awesome. Alot of them are talented and some there just need to stop dealing with the public, due to lack of simple customer service.I go to Tammy or Rose. Both do great jobs and this is a clean facility but there are a few in that shop that just have a major lack of customer service.

Great service but I was charged $40 for a fill

I went here once to get dip and they did HORRIBLE. I always look for honest reviews and they were terrible. Two different people did my dip and the second person noticed that they were terrible and didn’t do anything!!! This was for sure my worst experience at a nail salon in a LONG time.

Not happy i had my nail done 4 days ago and then they neexed fillex again ... and i was charged

I was in Peoria for my cousin wedding; so my cousin and I went there after breakfast. Miss Becky was awesome I enjoy her company. she was very detail with my feet and hands she was patience when I was selecting my nail and feet polish. I will be planning another trip to get my nails and feet done😀

I got my nails done today. I always get coffin shaped nails and my nails aren’t coffin they are messed up squares they don’t even look like they are suppose to be coffin shape. It was horrible my mom waited for 15 to 20 mins and no one even asked her how she was doing until she said she wanted to leave. I do not recommend this place. It was the worse experience and it was my first time there. Never will I ever go back there.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went here a week ago to get dipped nails and the actual procedure of getting my nails done was great but my nails chipped the same day. I have gotten dipped nails for the past two years and it takes about a month for my dipped nails to last before they chip. My nails proceeded to chip multiple times throughout the week. I am not a confrontational person at all so when it chipped three times today I decided to call and the manager told me since it had been over a week he cannot fix them or refund me (even though i explained multiple times it had been exactly a week). He then proceeded to put the phone down and walk away. I could still hear people in the background picking out nail polish and talking. I proceeded to stay on the line for five more minutes hoping someone would come back. After trying to get someone’s attention all throughout the 5 minutes. I hung up. I tried to call back and my number was immediately blocked. I am unable to now call this place and talk to someone about what at happened. I was calm and explained my situation calmly and the manager was completely childish. 0/10 would not go back here. If I could put 0 stars I would. I am now out $45 and have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and pay another $40.

Liked their work, pretty thorough. Nice atmosphere. Pedicurist could have done a better massage. I was never given a menu of services so I do not know what kind if pedicures they offer.

This is my absolute favorite place to go for a bit of pampering. Lucky and Mai always treat their clients with love and the prices are very reasonable.

I wish I could give them a zero I went there and to get a wax and the lady dropped wax on my face and it actually left a burn mark when I went to tell her what she did she actually accused me of doing it to my own face myself. the owner was very very rude when I asked foran apology in a refund Im in the process of finding out how I can file a lawsuit against them because this is just unacceptable. If you love your face do not go there they are rude and unprofessional

Just went in after calling and asking if there would be a wait for just a gel polish change on my regular nails, after being told that there would be no wait I Drove there within 10 minutes walked in the woman at the front asked me what I wanted, I explained to her what I needed done. She told me to pick out a color, So I did and sat down. Waited for over 15 minutes and had not one person at knowledge me until I called another nail salon that was right down the road and asked if there was a wait she then said it would only be a few more minutes I just had to be patient so I walked out. No one told me how long of a wait it would be no one even acknowledge me until they realize that I was going to Go somewhere else. If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Seriously lacking customer service skills all around.

Extremely rude staff. Came in an hour before closing time and receptionist didn’t greet me at all . Just said “What do you want? We’re closed” Although there were people available to do my nails and they had just seated someone before me. Do not spend your money here. The staff is rude and does not value their customers.

We went and got our nails done at Amy’s Place for the wedding. We had three girls all getting nails and toenails done. They decided to do two toenails, and the other girl got her nails done first. Then vice-versa. I wish we could have all stuck together and got them done at the same time and by each other, as we were supposed to discuss wedding details.I went to them regularly for months as I had acrylics, and they did a wonderful job.

Noticed that my french pedicure discolored after a few days .. also they were 50 percent more than tip top nails

Worst place I have ever been, do not buy the deluxe pedicure if you actually have calluses Bc they will make it even worse. And don’t get me started on my “coffin” nails that a huge blobby monstrosities. I wouldn’t ever step foot in here again even if someone paid me. And a side note. Me and all my friends nails have broke off painfully in the last 3 days

Im really disappointed with all the bad reviews written on here because I never have a bad experience! Overall, everyones pretty friendly and funny but I go to Jenny for my nails and rose for a pedicure. Anyone complaining about price needs to realize its great quality that youre getting there! My nails could probably last a month without a break and toes 6 weeks without a chip. I love Amys place (:

Need to have more color choices. Also felt like it was rushed. Becky was good the first trip. This time a different lady. Just a suggestion for improvment. Dont noticeably rush peoplepampering themselves. Wasnt even offered the spa pedis on 2nd trip.

This is by far one of the worst places I have been. I have tried several times to contact management, since I went the pedi I received caused a severe ingrown toe nail after one week. Tried to contact them to see if they could help. Was told I had to speak to Lucky, he is never available. The girl that did my pedi didnt speak or understand any English. I have tried to have them make it good. But evidently they dont care. Only concerned on how fast they can get people in and out for easy money.

Beautiful job! Nails were thin and looked like they came out of a magazine. I did have one break the same day I got them donebut I called and they said to come in and they will fix it with no charge. Most places charge you to fix it even if it broke walking out of the building. Very! Very! Happy!

My niece scheduled an appointment 1 day in advanced for the both of us. We arrived on time for our appointment to our dismay we were told to sit. Another customer came in and sat right down in a pedicure station. A lady was sitting at a manicure station and said, You are busy today. The manager/owner responded, Yes, all walk inMy niece stepped outside and started calling other salons and she found another place that could service us. Once we stood up to leave is when another employee rushed at us to come sit. We had already been waiting 20 minutes passed our scheduled appointment and they put the walk-in customer ahead of scheduled customers. That is not appropriate business practices.

Deluxe pedicure and OMG best Pedicure I have ever had!!!

6 of us went for pedicures and we made appointment. which they was not ready for w/ total disregard for our appointment. however we let that go and when we finally was ready they did not clean bowls when we asked them if they was gonna clean them the sprayed them with 409. I am a cosmetologist and they are supposed to soak bowls 10 min. with spa cleaner after each person. They was rude and did a terrible job with pedicure too each of us left and said we would never be back.

Everyone is accomodating. I go to Lan on aregular basis. I had a horrendous experience at a place by Ulta in east Peoria. That Is how I came here. I dont know why all the bad reviews. Ive worked in aesthetics for years. They are clean. Sanitary. Follow the rules. Give great pedicures and manicures. I highly recommend.
