I went there a few days ago to get gel nails done and my nails started chipping after 2-3 days after getting them done which isn’t normal. I got the nails that were broken fixed at another place and added a gel topcoat to every nail, one of the nails that was originally done at Cozy broke the day after that. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very fast and good service but a bit pricey. Michelle was great quick and efficient.

Been going to Cozy for years and they have always been so amazing and still are. Everyone is so nice and talented! Also a very relaxing environment to be in with great massages!!

Needed manicures fir 3 girls. Made appointment for 3:00 .... 3:36 still waiting - only because it’s my daughters birthday and she really wants her nails done. The girls are finally taken over and they have one person working on all 3. First and last time here.

They did a great job with nextgen and even fixed one nail for free a few days later. Will post another review when I get designs.

New Cozy just recalled my confidence to get a manicure in Nail spa. New Cozy must be one of my Nail Spa “must go” lists. I just remember last time I got a very bad manicure experience in another store because they made me bleeding and they didn’t think they did wrong and still asked for regular tips!! I got a great treatment at New Cozy. And they are so nice and patient and fast to do the manicure for me. It was really a great tech and I like their attitude!

Do not recommend this place, I went there to get my gel tips and a pedicure. With the pedicure they did not clean out the foot bath area before switching customers. I had to ask them to clean it out before I put my feet in. it They went from one customer to another without cleaning well. Secondly, within three days after getting my nails done 3 had popped off and 1 chipped in half. A total waste of money and time. A Nice looking nail and spa with horrible service!!

Great experience every time I go. They always have a lot of staff working so you never have to wait long if you dont have an appointment. They always do a great job on my nails. It is super clean! Overall, wonderful salon. I highly recommend it.

Rude...I was really sad at the rude and dismissive treatment I received at Cozy. When they first opened I was super impressed and then when I came back to visit I was given the fastest gel mani ever and it completely showed. When we went it was a weekday and they were understaffed for the amount of walk ins. When I was finished my nails werent cleaned right and the polish was stuck in every single cuticle, like how it looks when you paint your nails at home. I asked if they could take the excess nail polish out of my cuticles the woman said can you move over I have next customer nothing I can do just wash your hands and it will come out. I was honestly speechless and was thinking back hard if I had said anything to bother her. I wont be returning.

My nails came out good, however when I left the lady at the front desk came running out after me because I didn’t tip enough. I’m sorry who in the world tells someone they didn’t tip enough. So I go back in and tell them just put it on my card but they refuse saying I have to use the ATM which they charge you for too. Then once again I try to leave and they say you didn’t tip the guy who massaged you. One it was a free massage and two I shouldn’t have to be tipping for that absolutely horrible massage. My back is in so much pain now I can’t even put pressure on it. All these people are trying to do is sponge money out of you. I will never be going back there! Horrible people. If you have any option to go somewhere else, absolutely do it!!!!

The staffs are easy to talk to and very willing to listen to what each customer wants. They give free and great massages to customers while getting nails done. It’s a great place to me, and most importantly, nails really last very long, much longer than I’ve got from anywhere else.

Michele is who you want to get your nails done by her she is absolutely wonderful and Gentle.

Erica gives the best massages. I go regularly and have never been disappointed.

I got a pedicure and its was really good the paint lasted long and they give you a great leg massage so if u wanna relax and get away for a alittle go here its awesome

I’ve been here twice and I had Cindy the second time she was terrible she gathered several of the workers together and started talking about me in Chinese or whatever they speak I had to tell her how to do my nails which was completely stupid, I was not satisfied with my nails so I left then she comes running out asking for a tip lmao. My acrylics ended up chipping a week in and my nails got infected. Would not recommend her at all she should not even have a license she’s just terrible.

Zero stars. If you want to have a totally frustrating experience this is the place to go. They are continually trying to upsell you on their services. Worst customer service ever. Im done with this place.

Horrible experience today. Came with my 2 girls and they where rude, disrespectful and left my 4 year old crying on a pedi chair for an hour as they neglected her and went on to another child who just came in. The young girl behind the counter was rude, mocking, and didn’t even apologize. She just shrugge her shoulders and walked away. Never coming back again!

Horrible service. I make an appointment to fix 1 nail and then be told that I have to wait a long time after my pedicure because I wasnt there for my 10am appointment for my nail. I WAS HERE AT 10 YOU ALL ASKED MY TO DO MY PEDICURE FIRST...... HOW ABOUT ASKING WHO I AM AND IF I HAVE ANY OTHER SERVICES GOING ON FOR MY TIME THERE !!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! They literally have 15 people working there and half of them couldnt do the task. After being told 5 more mins for 15 mins I paid for my pedicure and left luckily that was wonderful. Oh btw as I was sitting and 2 other customers were complaining that their polishes peeling off their nails (bad quality polish) & the other was that her nails always break ( also bad quality products) DONT GO THERE!!!!
